Chemicals and Materials Anatase titanium dioxide (AT) was purchased from Sigma-Aldrich, Mumbai.
The SEM image (Fig. 5a) of AT catalysts indicates its spherical nature with agglomeration gets completely transformed in to porous aggregated as well as fibrous material i.e ATNT-250 (Fig. 5b).
One of the authors (RJT) gratefully acknowledges Department of Science and Technology (DST) for funding of a project under “Fast Track Proposals for Young Scientists Scheme (SR/FT/CS- 027/2009)”.

The design requirement: type--compression spring; free height--approx. 15.
1. valve housing 2.weight valve 3.spring 4.spring guide 5.adjusting nut

According to the material property of the spring and the associated requirements about type, working load and height in position etc., combining the influencing factors to be considered in spring design, using spring design formulas introduced by Carlson [15], the anticipated height of spring was given an initial calculation and the result is to be 15.34-15.89.

Compared with tooth cutting, fine forged
gears have many advantages in life, energy and material saving, etc.
According to the modified gear configuration, mathematical model is built to calculate the demolding check at any modification points on the fine forged spur bevel gear profile.A corresponding program is developed, and practical calculation has carried out.It is proved that the method accompanied the program can be used as the main tool for the bevel gear tooth profile modification design. 2.5 3 3.5 4 4.5 5 24.9448 26.1947 27.4447 28.6947 29.9447 31.2447 32.4946 Value of Rk Chordal tooth thickness Z value of protection point Z value of affected demolding point when the modification depth is 0.03 Z value of affected demolding point when the modification depth is 0.05 Acknowledgement The authors would like to acknowledge the financial support by Shandong Provincial Excellent Young Scientist Prize Fund (2007BS0516),Shandong Provincial Nature Science Fund (Y2008F21)and Shandong Provincial S&T Developing Program(2009GG10004003).
