Abstract: A workflow-based manufacturing information active sharing mechanism and method is proposed. RDF/S(Resource Description Framework/Schema)is taken as the tool to describe the information needs, which is stored in an independent space so as to increase its configurability. The information requirement, context and quality information index are unified into a system-level hierarchical structure of ontology. By the parsing of information requirement based on rule and context, the directive and information resources which is required in the activities of manufacturing management process, can be delivered to activity executive simultaneously

Abstract: A lot of research work had been carried out for wheel loader to reduce the energy consumption and to improve work efficiency. In electronic-controlled engine stage, a new way of reducing energy consumption was provided for engineering technician. The high-power could be chosen in overloaded conditions, the small power could be chosen in light load condition, as the electronic control engine can provide multiple independent characteristic curves. The energy consumption could be effectively reduced. The subject focuses on the typical work cycles in different stages of engine power needs, and evaluates the comprehensive performance of wheel loader in full power at part throttle and part power at full throttle. The torque converter and engine matching condition were studied in full power at part throttle and part power at full throttle state. The performance of acceleration time, distance and the fuel consumption was evaluated based on the data from five tons wheel loader.

Abstract: A novel catalyst support with trimodal pore structure was hydrothermally synthesized by building up nano-particles of titanium silicalite-1 inside the macroporous system of silica gel using the tetrapropylammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) as template, titanium (IV) tetrabutoxide monomer (TBOT) as titanium source and the silica gel with macropores as in situ silicon source as well as matrices. The prepared support exhibited intrinsic pore of TS-1, intercrystalline mesopores and residual macropores of silica gel, accomplishing the interconnection of micro-, meso-, and macrpores.

Abstract: A very effective approach to improve the oxidation resistance of Ti-6Al-4V alloy was proposed. The Ti-6Al-4V alloy was firstly phosphated and then coated by silica using sol-gel dip-coating technique. A duplex layer of TiP2O7 and amorphous silica was synthesized at the alloy surface. The isothermal and cyclic oxidation behavior of the treated alloy with silica coating and the corresponding bare alloy was investigated at 600 oC in static air to investigate the synergetic effect of phosphorization and amorphous SiO2 coating on the oxidation resistance of the alloy. The isothermal and cyclic oxidation resistances of the alloy were greatly improved.

Abstract: this paper calculates ultimate strength about simply supported plates based on Combine Theory of Strength and Stability(CTSS for short). Comparing the results of experimental result, the Finite Element Method and empirical Formula, the method is simple and validity to guide the Engineering design. On this base, it is derived that method of buckling analysis by CTSS is the consistent with CCS

Abstract: A resolver-to-digital conversion algorithm for Automatic Test System (ATS) using correlation method is presented. Sample little more than one cycle excitation signal, sine stator signal and cosine stator signal of a resolver, then use four-parameter least square wave fit algorithm to estimate the accurate frequency of the excitation signal. A standard sinusoid with any amplitude could be constructed based on the calculated frequency. Then the sinusoid is used to correlate with sine stator signal, cosine stator signal and excitation signal in order to eliminate the noises. By searching for the max values and indexes of denoised sine stator signal, cosine stator signal and excitation signal, their amplitudes and phases could be obtained. Finally based on a look-up table, any angle in 360 degrees range could be calculated with the error in 1.8e-4 rad and around 0.5 ms delay. The method shows strong portability. Computer simulation and industrial application demonstrate the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed algorithm.

Abstract: At present, parameterized design and feature modeling are the two main developing direction of CAD. Integrating feature modeling with parameterized technology is the effective method and measure to 3D design and modeling, which product feature is modeled by parameter. According to it’s characteristic, feature of shaft part is classified and described concretely, and feature information model is established in this paper. Feature modeling method and parameterized feature modeling technology of shaft part are studied and parameterized feature modeling module based on UG NX for shaft part is developed.

Abstract: The experiments of mixed-mode I-II fatigue crack growth under stress redistribution at crack tips were conducted with compact specimens made of 16MnR steel. This test consisted of the 1st, the 2nd and 3rd step. When the crack reached a certain length in 1st step, the loading direction was switched to a certain angle. Finally, the loading direction was returned to the original orientation. The stress redistribution of mixed-mode fatigue was formed by altering the loading direction at propagating crack tips. A finite element analysis was also conducted to obtain the and values, and then mixed-mode crack growth parameters were adopted to evaluate the crack growth rate and crack paths. The crack growth paths had a tendency perpendicular and across to the loading axis. Right after the loading direction was changed, the crack growth rate was decreased rapidly, and crack growth paths under the stress redistribution zone (SRZ) were affected.

Abstract: High power alternating voltage regulators commonly use few isolation transformers to compensate the variation of the input voltage or output load, and use a bidirectional-thyistor bridge with multiple arms to adjust the direction and magnitude of the compensation voltage . This kind of voltage regulator has been widely used for its simplicity, low cost, and high efficiency. But its compensation voltage adjustment process often accompanies with deep output voltage sags or high input current overshoots. An improved topology is proposed---adding one more circuit unit to help the adjustment of compensation voltage. The improved topology can adjust the compensation voltage smoothly---having neither output voltage sags nor input current overshoots.

Abstract: Modular design has gradually become an important method to modern design, and the modular method is the key. This paper combines extension theory with clustering analysis methods through establishing matter elements model of marine diesel engine, which is the extension of the traditional extenics and clustering analysis methods, and analysis and evaluate the results. It is the foundation of the modern design of the marine diesel engine.
