Abstract: Several novel organic material were Prepared by condensation between p-aminophenyl methyl keton, 3,5-Dicholoro-4-aminophenyl methyl keton and 5-Dibromo-4-aminophenyl methyl keton and pyrrole. The reaction condition has been optimized. The structure was characterized by 1HNMR and elemental analysis.

Abstract: The embedded transducer structure is used to put the transducer into the inside of the honing oil stone bed, which is directly driven by the transducer to vibrate and carry out the ultrasonic honing. Experiments show that honing efficiency of the device lowers by 50%, the roughness of honing surface Ra reaches 60nm - 30nm and the cylindricity comes to 10μm - 1μm, which is much higher than the traditional ultrasonic honing precision. This method solves a range of issues of complex structure, high manufacturing costs, not suitable for ultra-precise honing of the traditional ultrasonic honing head, and it is simple to process and easy to install with low manufacturing costs. Because there is no amplifying of horn, the amplitude is very small, which is especially suitable for ultra-precision honing.

Abstract: Topology optimization design of a parallel hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) body in white (BIW) by applying Solid Isotropic Microstructure with Penalization (SIMP) method is presented. The BIW optimization of HEV takes into account not only the static loads, but also the loads of HEV in turning and braking conditions. Torsion playing a leading role in vehicle turning process and bending playing a leading role in vehicle braking process are converted to related vertical force imposed on the optimal model. The optimal result shows clear skeleton body in white of parallel HEV when volumetric constraint is 25%. Beam appears in the top of optimal automotive body in white when volumetric constraint is 40%. There is no significant change except increased thickness for the basis body in white of parallel HEV when volumetric constraints continue to enlarge.

Abstract: The key to fault diagnosis of rolling element bearing is how to find typical characteristic frequencies from low SNR mixed signals. Jointing Continuous Wavelet Transform (CWT) with Independent Component Analysis (ICA),this paper proposes a method to select wavelet scales with iso-interval frequency and analyze envelope spectrum of independent signal to diagnose the fault of rolling element bearing. Finally, the effectiveness of this method has been verified by practical signal of rolling element bearing.

The Design of an Ultra Low Power and Mobile Measurement System of Underwater Target Remote Detection
Abstract: A Ship in the sea generates electric field around it, which can become a great threat to ship’s safety. In this paper, a measurement system for the ship’s electric field signature was developed, and some key points about the design issue such as ultra low power consumption, low self-noise and big memory capability were discussed detailedly. Finally, a sea test was carried out to verify the presented system, which shows that the developed system runs reliably and meets the requirement of application well.

Abstract: Three-dimensional numerical study is conducted to investigate the heat transfer characteristics for the flow impingement cooling in the narrow passage based on cooling technology of turbine blade.The effects of the jet Reynolds number, impingement distance and initial cross-flow on heat transfer characteristic are investigated.Results show that when other parameters remain unchanged local heat transfer coefficient increases with increase of jet Reynolds number;overall heat transfer effect is reduced by initial cross-flow;there is an optimal distance to the best effect of heat transfer.

Abstract: In producing stainless steel cold rolling strip, stripe and decorative pattern shape defects occur on the surface, and influence its quality. This paper uses the spot investigation, defects microscopic analysis and scanning electron microscopy spectrometer methods in order to give a detailed analysis about surface defects, discusses the essence of defects, causes and effects process, puts forward valuable suggestions and provides reliable data for the actual production.

Abstract: A cost combined life cycle assessment was carried out to estimate the economic and environmental impact of biogas production from corn straw. Results showed that the pipeline transport, electricity, and chemicals production stages represented the dominant contribution to environmental impact in most mid-point categories, whereas infrastructure, waste treatment, pipeline transport, and raw materials (e.g., straw, chemicals, coal, diesel) price played an important role to economic impact. Results indicate that it is very difficult to develop the technology of straw for biogas production in China in case without a national financial support. In addition, optimizing the efficiency of raw material consumption and decreasing the pipeline transport distance are effective way to decrease the both overall environmental and economic burden.

Abstract: This text, under the guidance of PID control algorithm, designs and implements a new type of solar water heater which can change orientation of its solar panel in real time to automatically follow the direction where the light is strongest by sensing the incident angle of the sun. Tests show that the new solar water heater can succeed in keeping a real-time trace of light source, which can effectively meliorate the traditional solar water heater's shortcoming of producing insufficient heat in winter in some areas and greatly improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy.

Based on the operation characteristics of pure electric vehicles and electric vehicle battery in performance analysis, put forward the pure electric bus operation monitoring system design, and through the Web Service technology combined with VB.NET, MapInfo, Mapx and Iocomp controls with GIS technology to achieve the monitoring software interface design, and the collection of data for real-time monitoring, for the development of Battery Electric Vehicle operation system to provide strong technical support.
