Abstract: In multimedia network, Quality of service (QoS) provisioning generally assumes more than one QoS measure which implies that QoS routing can be categorized as an instance of routing subject to multiple constraints: delay, cost, bandwidth, etc. We study the problem of constructing multicast trees to meet the QoS requirements of real-time applications where it is necessary to provide bounded delays among the source and all destinations while keeping overall cost of the multicast tree low. So the cost and computational complexity are analyzed as constructing delay-constrained multicast tree. So as to optimize shortest paths, a new algorithm of ORLSB(optimal routing algorithm for link-sharing balance) is proposed. The link selection function of the algorithm not only considers the priority of the destination nodes, but also takes into account the priority of the low delay path based on local information. Because the multicast tree has fewer possible path, the algorithm reduces the probability of creating multicast tree through the minimum delay path and improves the sharing paths. Simulation results show that this algorithm has balanced cost, delay and computational complexity, and has better overall performance.

Abstract: With the rapid development on micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) and wireless transmission technology, wireless sensor networks (WSN) are becoming an emerging technology with a number of potential applications. One such application is the monitoring of agricultural environmental parameter. Such an application requires an infinite-life power source that will harvest energy continuously from the ambient environment. This paper describe about the design, and development consideration of an energy harvester for an autonomous sensing system. The sensing components of WSN are connected with the energy harvester on the same structure to generate required energy from the ambient environment. As a case study, the power requirement by MIMOS Berhad [1] developed WSN components are measured from real time deployment. Based on the power requirement an autonomous system is designed (patent granted [2]) and proof of concept (POC) of the system is implemented. The POC shows from 1 cm2 area of the energy harvester a potential difference of 0.6 V and current of 0.25mA can be achieved. These results shows, by cascading several unit area of the energy harvester and integrating it with WSN components, it is possible to achieve autonomous WSN system, which is very essential for realistic deployment of WSN.

Abstract: Measurement of interior noise and vibration signals were conducted in accelerating and constant velocity driving conditions. By using time domain, frequency domain and 3D spectral array methods, the exterior noise, interior noise, the vibration acceleration of driver’s seat and suspension, the NVH characteristics of the Midi EU vehicle were analyzed. On the one hand, we find that the interior noise is larger than exterior noise under accelerating state, due to the cabin poorly sealing. On the other hand, because of the poor isolation rate of the driver’s seat, the vibration acceleration on the driver’s seat is very great and affecting the driver’s comfort. The experimental results also shows that the isolation rate of the suspension are relative good under different velocities. These experimental results will give help to further study of the NVH characteristic of the pure electrical vehicle.

Abstract: To reduce the energy consumption of investment casting production, reduce labor intensity and improve product quality and production efficiency,a investment casting production line of automation and low energy consumption has been researched and designed. The major equipments of the new production line were designed, such as energy-saving roaster, casting conveyor, roasting car,stop-mechanism,off pieces-machine, etc.The annual production capacity of the production line builted is increased by 23%, the rejection rate is reduced by 30%, the average rate of liquid steel products is increased by 5%, the annual supplies and energy saving is 3 times the investment.

Abstract: A new method based on matlab matrix algorithm is proposed for analyzing the mechanism of MIMO non-linear system. Firstly, the mechanism is regarded as a system and system model is established. Secondly, the transfer matrix is got by separating relations between input and output, the equivalents are acquired by pseudo-inverse, then the kinematic analysis of mechanism is realized, which provide theory basis for the design of mechanism in a sense. Finally an example is given for explaining the whole calculational process.

Abstract: This paper describes the noise emulation in materials through the digital implementation of a chaotic noise generator based on the Bernoulli map. The bifurcation diagram, Lyapunov exponent and the Ergodic Theorem were used in order to determine the operation conditions under which the Bernoulli map is able to generate noise with different statistical distributions. A 32-bits digital circuit was designed and implemented in a FPGA, and it can be used to emulate and analyze the noise in different materials. The obtained results are consistent with the generalized Bernoulli map behavior.

Abstract: Although fuzzy control has been proven to be effective in control applications, the same is not true in fuzzy modeling. Fuzzy modeling in process control applications lack many other techniques in terms of applications and innovations. In this paper, modeling of a real process control rig using fuzzy modeling tuned by EA with a combination of the RLS has been proposed.

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the two operating pressure changes have a major impact on electronic equipment reliability: temperature stress and humidity pressure. The average value of the products for the whole region failure rate of product use can forecast and speed up the test data and two functions: temperature and humidity probability distribution function and probability distribution function. Compared with the normal reliability prediction technology, the authors think that both sides of the area changes between pressure temperature stress and humidity the entire product business scope for more accurate prediction.
