Abstract: In order to stabilizing terminal voltage of a generator, this paper designs two excitation controller improved from the PID based on nonlinear control and fuzzy control theory. Then, simulation results of three excitation controllers in SIMULINK are compared in different disturbance and faults such as terminal voltage step, mutant Load-shedding, one-circuit broken and three-phase short circuit. Simulation results show that: three excitation controllers achieve the goal that stability of terminal voltage is maintained. And PID +Fuzzy excitation controller has the better robustness than the others.

Abstract: In order to remote video surveillance is a necessary means of Substation, this describes the composition of remote video surveillance system, video surveillance systems, transmission systems, substation remote video surveillance and the linkage of the work process of the alarm, the unmanned subhastation should have the functionality and remote video monitoring of communication conditions. The remote monitoring system for data signals as the data source through the computer to control the substation video surveillance system, the substation as a conference at the venue, set up the meeting subsystem, a wider range of monitoring of the substation.

Abstract: For the measurement and control of seawater cages breeding site, network communication scheme of the remote measurement and control was firstly designed, and the hardware realization of the system was discussed. The system development environment was built, including the Boa transplantation, Sqlite3 transplantation, and wireless network card transplantation, etc. Finally the system software was designed, including the data acquisition, data storage and web page display, etc. The test results show that the system can achieve remote real-time measurement and control requirements.

Abstract: In order to overcome the problem of the clock synchronization accuracy between scattered nodes was not high on traditional networked control systems, proposed a new method of using the IEEE 1588 standard for precision time protocol. First studied the principle and algorithm of precision time protocol, the best master clock algorithm and timestamp detection methods. Then presented the timestamp detection method with the use of software and hardware on networked control systems to improve clock synchronization accuracy, and analyzed the feasibility of the method in theory. Finally, tested accuracy of the clock synchronization, and the test results showed that synchronization accuracy can reach nanosecond, can meet the application requirements of the networked control systems.

Abstract: This paper presents a method to achieve ladder diagram language conversion to the instruction list language based on VC multi-document application. The module by analyzing the difference between the series program and parallel program when the ladder diagram language transform into the instruction list language, and according to the special position of the element correction to arrive at a correct instruction list program. The advantage is that this method is simple and practical.

Abstract: The airborne electromechanical system is essential to ensure the aircraft flight and it is most complex system in the aircraft, the aircraft intelligent power supply system and the aircraft electrical system synthesis control is the basis of airborne integrated electromechanical system. The paper gives up the hardware and software compositions and operation features of the aircraft electrical synthesis control system under based on the current situation of science and technology. It expounds the function and structure of PSP, ELMC and RT, the demands of BIT technique and fault tolerant design of electrical power system. It refers design scheme of electrical synthesis control system according to developing trends of aircraft electrical system.
