Abstract: In order to reduce the cost of washing machine clutch, clutch manufacturing process to improve through conventional washing machine JLX-N-5.0 clutch structure analysis, a new structure of the washing machine clutch, in ensuring the technical performance of the major premise, the clutch brake structure was improved to cancel one-way bearing, narrow diameter brake wheel, change the brake means and planetary gear train positioned. Comparative experimental results show that the clutch brake performance and a substantial increase in operating performance, with simple technology and low cost characteristics.

Abstract: The diagnosis of forging process for large problems, the use of advanced expert system for diagnosis of large forging process, forging process design of a large diagnostic expert system structure is discussed in detail the working principle and function of each module, and to the knowledge representation and reasoning mechanism of the development of key technologies such as policy, practice shows that the expert system can solve large-scale forging process design and diagnosis of problems in the field, in large forging process improvement theory and techniques to improve the forging process with large modules scientific, intelligent with significance.

Abstract: This paper analyzes the stability and structural optimization of self-elevating platform pile foundation, preliminarily discusses the method of analyzing the bearing capacity of the layer soil foundation, and establishes the numerical computation models for the whole platform, pile, pile shoe, etc. Besides, through these analyses, the pile structure is optimized, and the stress concentration in the joint between pile and pile shoe is reduced. Also, this study is of reference value for the analysis on the self-elevating platform pile foundation design and the platform operation stability.

Abstract: Aim at some problem in fault diagnose: the characteristic frequency depends on the speed, the spectrum is complex , which are easy to diagnose error when in the variable conditions, and it is often difficult to identify the fault positioning in the frequency domain. the paper puts forward a new method: Variable condition bearing fault diagnosis basing on time-domain and artificial intelligence , not depend on speed and frequency domain. This method use vibration signal, calculates the kurtosis, skewness, rms etc 12 time-domain value, then these character vectors are sent to the neural network classifier to complete fault type pattern recognition, Finally, the same faults are sent to the next neural network for fault positioning and damage extent identification. The experimental result showed that using this method can obtain very good effect.

Abstract: The aquatic pressure state and movement offset of one unpropelled vehicle is analyzed, pressure state models and movement offset models are built, position stance diversification of vehicle is calculated based on diverse ocean current angles and velocity, the horizontal offset and the vertical katabatic value are acquired, dispersal characteristic and orderliness are summarized.

Abstract: This paper gives an overview of selected statistical methods and models commonly used in reliability engineering. The purpose of this paper is to discuss several concepts commonly applied in the analysis of equipment performance and, in particular, in predicting the remaining life of power equipment. Parametric methods are well suited for the prediction of the end of life of electric power equipment. However, care must be taken in selecting appropriate model since vastly different results can be obtained with different models fitted into the same data. Nonparametric methods are useful only when no suitable probability distribution can be fitted into the data set.

Abstract: The paper has taken C618 machine tool as an example to introduce the technical process for renovation of guiding trail of machine tool, as well as the adjustment of the machine tool under renovation and the geometric precision of the machine tool after being renovated. The renovation method has been proved by practices to be of certain economic and social benefits, and therefore is of practical use and referential value.

Abstract: The objective of this study was to develop a CAN-based parallel guidance system for small agricultural machinery. The system consisted of field computer, light bar and DGPS receiver. The field computer was developed using PC/104 CPU module, running on the embedded real-time operation system customized by a special development tool. Single chip and CAN controller were selected for guidance light bar design, which used a row of indicator LEDs to guide drivers. Field computer and guidance light bar communicated with each other based on CAN bus. The guidance software running on the field computer was designed in object-oriented manner by integrating embedded GIS development kit. In field test, the average of offline distance was 0.452 meter. The lowest percentage overlap and skip were 3.64% and 3.82% respectively. Results showed that this kind of guidance system was suitable for small-size machinery and could provide effective guidance aid for field operation.
