Abstract: In south of China, such as Shanghai and Hangzhou, the single ground-source heat pump is not viable for buildings of all functions. The ratio of cumulating cooling load is vital to the combined ground-source heat pump system, which means ratio of cumulating cooling load removed by secondary cooling source. This paper gives some reasonable ratios of cumulating cooling load through simulating to ground-source heat pump systems of residence, hotel, market and office.

Abstract: Movable bracket as an important part of dual-axis tracking solar thermal power system is large, movable and complex of its force with the orbit of connected nodes. At the same time, the system has strict requirements on removable bracket’s deformation. The technical feasibility and the cost lever of the bracket structure play decisive roles in the promotion of the application of this new type of solar thermal power system. This paper clarifies the applications operation of solar power system on the basis of the principle of the performance of the support structure for the system requirements, summarizes the mechanical characteristics of the bracket structure, combined with the analysis of the pilot project support structure selection, expounds the key points of structural selection, and determines a more reasonable form of the support structure.

Abstract: Nowadays the researches of building energy efficiency mainly focus on the development of the related technologies and management measures, but the regional policy EIA have a greater impact on the development of building energy efficiency in China. In this paper, the statistical data combined with the actual situation of building energy efficiency during the period of the Eleventh-Five-Year in Anhui Province, China. Use exponential smoothing method of time series algorithm for forecast and analysis of building energy consumption and energy saving in Anhui Province. First, take six different values as the exponential smoothing constants, the predictive values are calculated under the different exponential smoothing constants. Then compare and analyze the curves through the errors between the predictive values and the actual values, and determine the group of the curves of which the trend closest to the trend of actual values. For the actual data are affected by many kinds of factors that exist fluctuations, the method for predictive values correction was put forward. Using the trend extrapolation, the predictive values is corrected. Also provides theoretical guidance for the future work in Anhui Province and other similar places.

Abstract: This paper presented coal consumption of electricity generation in Qingdao, Shandong Province, under different energy scenarios with LEAP 2010. And, time-serial emission inventory of As was also built based on fuel consumptions. The results show that the coal consumption will increase by 3.5 times ,amounting to 4.92 million tces under BAU scenario. The total emission of As is 2.7 Mtces with an average annual growth rate of 6.6%.

Abstract: The research investigated the use of low-cost video cameras and low-voltage near-infrared emitter for night-time engineering structural monitoring. The aim of the investigation was to determine whether near-infrared video could be used for night-time continuous engineering structural monitoring. Engineering structural deformation monitoring trials were carried out using wooden, steel and concrete beams. Factory floor floodlights and near-infrared emitters were used to provide light for the video recording during the tests in total darkness. Multi-station photogrammetric image processing techniques were exploited to obtain accurate 3D models of the structural deformation. The results show that near-infrared video and colour video give similar 3D measurement accuracy of around 0.050 mm. Nevertheless, the near-infrared video technique is more suitable for night-time deformation monitoring as it requires less electric power to illuminate objects continuously in the dark.

Abstract: As an important part of building energy efficiency, residential distributed energy system once was paid so much attention before, but due to restricted factors such as cost, revenue and policy, it would not be promoted further. Among them, the electricity price is one of the main factors. With the introduction of ladder-type electricity price, a comprehensive assessment respectively in PV system and residential GE cogeneration system will be made to discuss the economical efficiency and feasibility of residential distributed energy system.

Abstract: Currently the development of city construction and urbanization is still primarily of dependence on nonrenewable resources, traditionally, fossil-fuel. The detrimental effects consequently emerging on environment call for purifying the process of urban growth. As a typical form of renewable energy, solar power has been incorporated into the development plans in terms of its sustainability, economic advantages and pollution-free. This article contains a detailed assessment of feasibility of solar power at economic level and develops strategies for its implementation in Australia.

Abstract: Roof is one of the main structures of a building, and it plays an important role in improving the degree of indoor thermal conformability so as to reduce the using of air-conditioner. Through a contrastive study on eco-roof and the common roof in a certain living district in Xiangtan City, the article comes to the conclusion: the water-storing green roof can enhance the urban eco-environment, modulate the indoor thermal property and decrease the using of air-conditioner.

Abstract: China's power conflicts between supply and demand have become increasingly prominent. The smart grid has become an inevitable trend of network development at the same time, and DSM implementation effect in smart grid research increasingly attracts people’s attention. Through the analysis of different subjects in demand side management, the paper established demand side management effectiveness evaluation system in smart grid from the aspects of economic , environmental and social. Finally, empirical research verified the validity of the index system ,which provides a good reference for improving the level of demand side management.
