Abstract: The traditional LD type electric single-girder crane beam is made from several U type grooves by welding them together. For many years, U type groove is usually made from 5mm or 6mm steel plate which is stamped and formed by rolling machine. Through analysis of the problems and the disadvantages about the traditional producing process of LD type electric single-girder crane girder, put forward the improvement of cold roll forming process. The process has no welding seam, and allows a girder manufacture to achieve higher quality and efficiency, and has low consumption, low pollution.

Abstract: Regarding the issue of short service life of mechanical seal of HITM pump in polyester production, this paper analyzes its causes, carries out the modeling, theoretical analysis, and discussion concerning the temperature flow field of seal faces, and puts forward the measure for improving the mechanical seal unit.

Abstract: According to the standard,The testing platform of the cosine gear pump is designed and the theory proves to be correct through experiment. Namely the cosine gear pump has an advantage of big flow rate and small flow ripple in comparison with involute gear pump under the same parameters. The results may provide a basis for the cosine gear pump in the design and application.

Abstract: This paper proposed a novel mathematic model for switched reluctance motor(SRM):dynamic fuzzy neural network(D-FNN) was used to model for SRM based on the inductance characteristics, namely experimentally measured sample data. Compared with other modeling method, the inductance based on D-FNN can be trained on line and has the advantages of compact system structure and strong generalization ability. The SRM system is simulated with the trained inductance model. Compared with the actual system, the current waves are similar. This proves the new modeling method is correct and feasible.

Abstract: Energy harvesting for powering low-power devices has drawn considerable attention over the last decade. This paper reports a novel tri-direction energy harvester to scavenge energy from wind and vibration, or a combination of them. The proposed harvester consists of a triple-level bimorph cantilever with a mass block to harness energy from ambient vibration. The mass block also acts as an aerofoil and bluff body to scavenge energy from wind. Theoretical analysis shows that the maximum output power of the harvester is 2.77 W, and the resonance frequency is 79 Hz.

Abstract: A multi-components lattice Boltzmann method for weakly ionized plasma is employed in our simulation. A term to describe the plasma ionization, recombination and charge attachment has been added in the equations. An induced flow by surface dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator is simulated. The distributions of electrons, positive ions, and negative ions near the solid wall were obtained. It was found that the charge mainly distribute on the on the dielectric surface upper the embedded electrode. The flow field and velocity profile near the surface was obtained. It was found the plasma actuators can significantly increase the velocity of an induced flow at the boundary layer.

Abstract: In view of the problem that the sensor accuracy of low-cost SINS is very low and the system is difficult to achieve autonomous initial alignment, a initial alignment method for low-cost SINS based on Kalman filter was presented. Firstly, accomplish the system coarse alignment by the aid of electronic compass; on this basis, adopt modern Kalman filter technology to establish accurate error models, and estimate the platform error angle by the statistical property of the system noise and measurement noise. The simulation results shows that the initial alignment method could provide precise initial condition for the low-cost SINS with short solving time, high precision and rapid convergence, and has strong value for practical applications.

Abstract: To real-time monitor vehicle exhaust emission under daily running, this paper proposed a on-board measurement of diesel vehicle smoke intensity system based on GSM/GPRS and GPS, and concentrated on the design of hardware and software of the vehicle mounted terminal. This paper broke the traditional fixed-point way to sample exhaust data and could acquire data of different section, different vehicle types and different time.

Abstract: The physical and mathematical model of parallel flow automotive air condition condenser was built based on the analysis of its structure and operating characteristics; then the mathematical model was verified and optimized through finite element analysis and running experiments. The VB programming system was used to do Solidworks pro-development and condenser parameterization design module was built. Finally a condenser design and study platform facing to the heat transfer performance and structure with infinite element simulation and numerical simulation was realized.
