Abstract: In view of turbine generator vibration abnormal,introduces fault diagnosis method based on time domain average Laplace wavelet analysis, and successfully applied to the site. Briefly introduced the time domain average and Laplace wavelet filter theory and algorithms, first use time domain average extract the cycle signal component from complex signal.then use Laplace wavelet correlation filtering to get correlation coefficient, then get characteristic frequency from the correlation coefficient of Fourier transform in order to achieve fault diagnosis. Finally it verified the effectiveness of this method through an instance of the fault diagnosis of turbine generator bearings not verify.

Abstract: Hydro-viscous variable speed clutch transmits torque by means of viscous fluid between the friction discs. The study of temperature distribution on friction disc plays a very important role for the design of hydro-viscous soft-start device. When the grooves on the driving friction disc surface have more complex shape, the analytic solution of the temperature field is difficult to obtain. By the advantage of the periodicity of geometric dimension along the circumferential direction of the driving friction disc, physical model with radial and annular groove is simplified and built. FLUENT software is used to make a simulation analysis on the temperature field of the friction disc, transient and steady state temperature distribution is obtained which provides a new approach to the analysis of the temperature field of the friction disc with complex grooves.

Abstract: A vibratory energy-recovery hydraulic damping system is introduced which can recycle some vibratory energy and reduce oil consumption. Pressurized oil from the system can be used for braking system, power-assisted steering, hydraulic clutch operating mechanism and so on. An inflatable list tube shock absorber is designed which can recycle vibratory energy. It’s structure and operating principle are introduced. At last, Research is made on structure and operating principle of new vibratory energy power-assisted automobile hydraulic steering system. The vibratory energy-recovery hydraulic damping system had reported the national invention patent (CN102152778A), the vibratory energy power-assisted automobile hydraulic steering system also had reported the national practical new patent (ZL 2011 2 0101078.4).

Then the framework, simulation software and development of modeling technology are analyzed. Abstract: It can be combined in a single device for three and four edge-sealing of vertical bag packaging machine. This article studies how to combine them based on reconfigurable and module. The article focuses on the former, feeding device and so on that need to be solved in the combination. The article also studies modular division and standard interface of the modules.

Abstract: The geometric model of the loader frame is directly established by the Pro/E software and imported to ANSYS to create finite element model. By the overall analysis of the front frame in the typical operation conditions, the whole distributions of stress of the front frame of XG958 wheel loader were obtained. Then, base on the distribution of the stress, the local structure of XG958 wheel loader frame was improved and the result was validated.

Distributing in a mountainous area tobacco region, still with animal , manual operation, limiting the labor efficiency and raising the level of modern. Therefore, this study intends to design of use Solid Works software and flue-cured tobacco supporting the weight of the light intensity is good, easy to install micro-ridge, the main research of rotary tillers supporting flue-cured tobacco ridging bodies planting in hilly smaller plots smooth operations, improve the adaptability to make up for the deficiencies of the large ridge.

Abstract: A robust design approach of 4-position motion generation is presented, and it is applied in the design of front end loader. The mathematical model of optimum design based upon the engineering requirements has been established, by which feasible robust solution regions adhering to conventional constraints and kinematic accuracy requirements can be visually represented. It guides designers to synthesize robust mechanisms that ensure every design condition. The example of front end loader demonstrates that the process of searching the optimal robust mechanism is more intuitive, highly accessible and easy to be applied in engineering practice.
