Abstract: Facing the module division for the product life cycle, this paper presents a hierarchical module decomposition based on the multi-scale data fusion, use the hypergraph and multi-scale theory to divide modules into classification, and realize hierarchical expression of modules. First use the process model of modular design process established by associated hypergraph, which provide the mapping network basis for user needs, then reference the hypergraph on the formal description of the parts information to establish the parts associated matrix, and achieve primary modules division through calculation of parts relevance. Secondly reference multi-scale data fusion technology to map associated matrix from components to modules layer based on primary module structure, and establish the primary modules associated matrix, then complete the second grade modular division. Finally, the case analysis shows the scientific and practical of the method.

Abstract: The intelligent monitoring refers to the use of pattern recognition technology, digital signal processing, artificial intelligence theory and automatic control technology, and integrating video surveillance into the monitoring system, to enable the system become intelligent. The core technology for the system is the identification and matching of moving targets; and the fast & exact match detection of a moving target is the key step and technical basis for subsequent identification. Image-based matching has a wide range of applications in the field of industrial product testing, identification of aerial targets, the identification of ground targets. In this paper, I’d discuss over the program of utilizing 1K50 + LPC2106 processor to achieve the target detection, together with the specific algorithm. Experimental results show that the processing system is absolutely capable of real-time detection and matching of the target image.

Abstract: Collision detection in Vega Prime is based on the simple line segment, and collision detection based on bounding box is not realized. By studying the composition of three-dimensional object based on Oriented Bounding Box (OBB), we define a collision detection class, which inherits from vpIsector. After finding out all vertices of geometry in object, we connect these vertices one by one and constitute a tend line. The trend line constitutes our bounding box based on OBB. Now, our collision detection is based on three-dimensional objects, but not the simple line segment. At the same time, we can control the efficiency of collision detection by increasing or decreasing the number of collision lines on the actual demand. Additionally, on this basis, we have made the further application. By adjusting parameter, we can get a bounding box with early warning mechanism or collision tolerance.

Abstract: The lead-acid battery is the auxiliary power to widely use for starting tanks and armored cars, but its internal electrochemical reaction is a complex process for sensitive environment. According to make the battery modeling with the principle component regression, and to analyze the relative error simulation result compared with the lead-acid battery and three-order models which is popular application currently, which provide the new concept for solving the battery modeling and simulation.

Abstract: It is very difficult to find out the best solution for some complicated system problems frequently appear. These problems are mostly of multi-objective. The present solution, however, is short of communication. Based on CO, one of MDO method, this paper gives a new simple kind of multi-objective framework, which will be suitable to multi-subject problems. It can not only organize each disciplinary effectively, but gives the inter-influence between disciplinaries by fitness function as well. Meanwhile, the perfect NSGAⅡ is used as be the basic algorithm, prematurity can be avoided and Pareto front with good distribution is obtained. Micro machined accelerometer example validates the correctness of the framework.

Abstract: In this paper, an implementation framework of electromechanical equipment online management was put forward by studying on key technology of coal mine electromechanical equipment online management based on web. Based on ASP.NET technology, C# as development language, Oracle10g database for data processing, it realized cross-regional and inter-provinces multi-sector information online management, information sharing and report form processing, improved electromechanical equipment management efficiency of mine enterprises and reduced management costs.

Abstract: Conventional model in selecting talents cannot satisfy the request for efficient selecting. In this paper, we study a mixture algorithm which is combined decision tree algorithm and analytic hierarchy process (AHP), named analytic hierarchy decision process (AHDP). It evaluates the performance of existing staff then assigns them into distinguished category, and combined the result of AHP method for each staff with corresponding employee information reforms a dataset to construct the decision tree. The motif of AHDP is an enhancement for reasonable prediction talents that enterprise expected.

Abstract: Edge detection and target segmentation is difficult due to noise existing in an image. A novel edge detection method is proposed based on soft morphological operations in this paper. Because soft morphological operations can remove noise while preserving image details, which can be used to construct morphological edge detection operators with high robustness and better edge effect. Experimental results show that, comparing with the existing edge detection operators, the novel edge detection method can get better edge effect while removing pseudo edges.

Abstract: With the deepening of human exploration of the entire physical world, the precision of time synchronization is more and more accurate in some special domains. This paper presents using the precise GPS(Global Positioning System) clock function, time synchronization system with high-precision FPGA technology and the method of the direct DDS (Direct Digital Synthesizer) achieving the frequency correction. Frequency calibration system is based on FPGA design of GPS precision timing, frequency calibration, short on time and in-depth analysis on performance of frequency standards. Through the combination of hardware and software, the system function is achieved by using of large-scale programmable logic devices. In terms of the realization of high precision to build satellite timing frequency calibration system, the frequency precision can reach ns level.
