Abstract: The aim to explore the different medicine have different or similar effect, the paper put forward explore medicine using compression and partial least square discriminate analysis method. First of these to data preprocessing using wavelet compression ,the second to classify and train the sample of medicine based on PLS-DA,the third to discriminate the medicine which unknown type. The result indicate that the different medicine have different or similar effect ,the new medicine may classify based on effect using PLS-DA. The method was proved to be feasible and effective after tested with 8 kinds of medicine experimental data.

Abstract: AES is a new generation encryption standard which is designed by the American National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to replace DES. This paper described the concrete steps of the AES encryption algorithm which take the 128-bit keys as an example, including SubBytes, ShiftRows, MixColumns and AddRoundKey, and a detailed study of the IC card data encryption with the application of the AES algorithm.

Abstract: Using XML table as the carrier to data storage and reused calculating for serialization, parameterization, and variation of mechanical parts. Taking the Visual Basic programming tool for secondary development, which has realized the designing style for data loading and data reading of XML table and the driving of the parametric model of mechanical parts in Solidworks. The style realized batch driving for models’ parameters and series, and the application of WEB remote technology realized remote collaborative design and the sharing of model resource. Practice showed, the cooperation of method and the mechanical parts’ model completed products’ structure data of XML table, realized the batch driving of model parameters, enhanced the practical value of the production of the CAD platform, and significantly reduced the workload of parameterized redesign. Model-based reuse and XML table realized the open and scalability for Secondary development of software systems.

Abstract: SQLite has been widely applied in embedded system because of its open source and less resource consumption. A novel optimization method with Red-black tree replacing B tree in indexing mechanism in order to solve the low efficiency and large energy consumption problem when inserting and deleting data in SQLite database was proposed in the paper. The contrast test of efficiency of between red-black tree and B tree while inserting and deleting data shows that this method can effectively improve the SQLite insertion and deletion operation efficiency and reduce the energy consumption.

Abstract: To get the air distribution in a small cold store, a mini type cold store ( 4. 5 m ( l)×3. 3 m (w )×2. 5 m (h) ) was referenced. The model of the small cold store was established in the software named GAMBIT and after this the three-dimensional numerical simulation was used. The different simulation result was verified by the experiments. The accuracy of simulation in airflow field in cold stores was studied by comparison of various mesh rezoning, various decoupling methods for airflow speed and pressure. The results showed that 10cm dimensional accuracy was the suitable mesh size for the calculation speed without affecting the simulation accuracy, and the SIMPLE algorithm was better for the PISQ algorithms to simulate steady air flow of the cooling process in a cold store without products. It was concluded that there was a large circumfluence in the flow field, the speeds in the center and corner were lower than those in other places. The distribution of flow speed in the horizontal plane had a good symmetrical, however that in the vertical plane was lower than that in the center, but higher upwards and downwards. The study validated 3D CFD simulation technology for the small cold store. The results of the research offered the optimized methods of using CFD and acted as the reference of the simulation model in the cold store.

Abstract: To improve the speed and accuracy of visual detection system, image processing software has been developed. However, it found two problems in the development of the system. The one is OpenCV library function can't directly obtain video data flow from the USB industrial cameras with non-V4L interface on the Linux platform. The other one is the IplImage structure images can't immediately be showed in Qt control. Based on these problems, this paper proposes a new solution, the shared-streams method, and offers the program codes to implement this method. Finally, after experiment and contrast, the results indicate that shared-streams approach has a certain feasibility and superiority.

Abstract: Aiming at the nonlinear and time-variable characteristics of freeway traffic systems, a composition control method based on CMAC (Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller) and PID controller is applied to address the traffic density control problem in a macroscopic level freeway environment with ramp metering. Firstly, the second-order traffic flow model to describe freeway flow process is established. Then the principle of CMAC-PID composition control is formulated, and the learning algorithm is given in detail. Based on the model and in conjunction with feedback control theory, CMAC-PID based traffic density controller is designed. Finally, the controller is simulated in MATLAB software. The results show that this controller designed has fast response, good dynamic and steady-state performance. It can achieve a desired traffic density along the freeway mainline.

Abstract: This paper pointed out that we can determine the initialization x0 when the random sequence is generated by the piecewise linear chaotic map in finite precision, and aimed at solving this objection, an improved measure of perturbing the system variable timely is proposed, and an improved random number generator based on chaotic map is designed and realized. Meanwhile, their working process and theory are analyzed, and the simulation, validation and test of the whole system is finished, and the result indicated that the bit rates is up to 20 MHz and the random number could pass the FIPS140-2 randomness test.

Abstract: Blind signature is a well-known cryptographical technique used to construct some advanced applications for the consideration of user privacy. In this work, we propose the first efficient certificate-based blind signature scheme that follows the idea of Certificate Based Encryption (CBE) presented by Gentry in EuroCrypt 2003. The security of our scheme is based on the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem over a finite field. In addition, our scheme does not require any pairing operations which is regarded as cosely operations compared to other operations. Compared with the other secure blind signature scheme, our scheme enjoys shorter signature length, less running time and operation cost. So it can be used widely, especially in low-bandwidth communication environments such as wireless cooperative networks.

Abstract: The information integrated plan based on Web services was proposed, in view of the informations in current CAD, CAE systems are heterogeneous, distributed and diversity. Combined with the CAD/CAE information integrated system to expound the realization process of Web Services. On the basis of overall analysis of the CAD/CAE information integrated system, provided the framework of information integrated system with PDM functions as the core, which based on Web services technology. The development of CAD/CAE information integrated system based on Web services offerrs a possibility for remote collaboration in a distributed enviorment.
