Abstract: Image scrambling is an important technique in digital image encryption and digital image watermarking. This paper proposes a new image scrambling algorithm based on chaotic sequence and spatial bit-level map. First, I used Logistic chaotic sequences to rearrange digital image pixels into one-dimensional (1-D) sequence, then the value of each pixel in the sequence was decomposed into k-bits which constituted a two-dimensional (2-D) bit matrix. Second, the spatial bit-level map was performed in the 2-D bit matrix to generate pixels with new values. Finally, the scrambling image was generated according to these pixels. This algorithm can scramble image based on the pixel’s position and the value and their corresponding probability. The experimental results show that this scrambling algorithm possesses perfect confusion properties and it can resist various attacks. Also it can apply to non-square image.

Abstract: To realize the maintenance management system in the near future, this paper presents a development of on-line computer maintenance system to manage and record the maintenance information in the database for the plastic injection machines by utilizing the computer networks via the wireless system. The on-line computer maintenance management system is friendly use and easy to check the equipment problems, the production wastes and the production efficiency via the mobile phones and also the computer networks. Whenever a malfunction happens, the alert message will be sent to the operator and the maintenance manager to respond it immediately. In addition, the developed energy management function by selecting the heater insulator and reducing the mold clamping pressure can help to calculate the energy consumption, the breakeven point and the payback period which have not been done in the computer maintenance management system. The developed program can automatically generate the next schedule of the preventive maintenance, which leads to the higher efficiency. The developed system is examined and implemented in the plastic injection machines, which have never been used the on-line computer maintenance management system. It has been proved that the proposed and developed system increases the overall equipment effectiveness about 6.42% and the mean time between failure of 37.17% while the mean time to repair decreases approximately 16.26%.

Abstract: In software industry, software crisis brings great trouble to software development. The coordination strategy is very important to the performance of software companies.This paper has built a relationship model between coordination and project performance on the empirical analysis of current software projects in China. The research result shows that software development is typical of R&D project and project manager plays an important role in vertical coordination in the present software industry in China.

Abstract: This paper presents a detection method for traffic accident in real-time video images. Firstly, according to improved average background model, frame difference method and edge detection technology are used to detect vehicles. Secondly, vehicle tracking is accomplished by matching the distance, area and histogram of the same vehicle in next frame. Finally, using the concept of collision area and key point as pre-qualification, the situation of vehicle collision will be accurately detected by prior knowledge and histogram information. The experiments results show that our method is effective.

Abstract: The Institutions of 4D interactive three-dimensional game is essentially a three degree of freedom parallel mechanism. This papers start from introducing 3D of parallel structure, then analyzes a two-rotation a translation of the three degrees of freedom motion simulation platform, by changing the length of the three scalable support this platform achieves the specific position and orientation of the simulation platform. By the institutional characteristics, it deduces the inverse solution of the agency's position, then according to the anti-solution of their mathematical formulas, using MATLAB to simulate and analysis its trajectory, verifying the correctness and practicality of the agency model.

Abstract: Digital elevation model, the core data for 3-dimensinal visualization and spatial analysis, plays a key role in geosciences and GIS, and wavelet transform is an important tool for data compression. According to the characteristics of DEM data and wavelet transform, we proposed an approach to diminish boundary distortion in compressing grid DEM data with discrete wavelet transform, so that the compression performances are evidently improved. The experimental results indicate that not only higher compression ratios but also reconstructed DEM data with high accuracy are achieved by using the proposed approach.

Abstract: To solve the problem of "reliablity", calculation scope and the high thresholds in the operation of the graphics automatic calculation quantity system in the practical use, "read schemata" graphics calculation quantity technology is analyzed. This technology has the features of direct visualization, clear presentation, no requirement for memory in work, revisability, meeting cost engineer’s work habits, low threshold in operation, wide application scope, easy proofreading and so on. The axis module algorithms and information structure are given. The experimental results show that this method is effective, feasible and superior to other graphics quantity calculation system. Finally, further research problems are presented, such as the structure of knowledge base, calculation rule set and so on.

Abstract: In order to overcome the incontinuity and redundancy of data storage caused by the grids in representing the multi-resolution terrain, an adaptive hierarchical triangulation based on binary tree is used to represent the multi-resolution terrain model. It realizes the representation of the terrain data at different levels of detail and enables data compression by local omission of data values. The structure of binary tree is stored using a bit code of the underlying binary tree, while the height data are stored using an array, and relative pointers which allow a selective tree traversal. This method realizes the continuity and reduces the data volume in data storage of multi-resolution digital elevation model (DEM), and it is possible to work directly on the compressed data. We show that significant compression rates can be obtained already for small threshold values, and in a visualization application, it is possible to extracted and drawn triangulations at interactive rates.

Abstract: The Calculated experimental research mode and induction intervention regulation management methods of the Eastern Route Water Resources Configuration and scheduling of the South-to-North Water Transfers with are proposed based on the Complex adaptive system paradigm in the paper. The recent manual works for book subscription in many schools have not met the requirements from different departments of them. Hence, a book subscription system is designed based on Web. In this system, the active sever page technology is used, together with the structure query language sever database system.
