According to the realities of Chinese universities, the system requirements, design and implementation are described. The system adopts a three-tier structure made up of data acquisition layer, data storage layer and application layer, which provides management functions for network equipment, application services, and business systems.

Abstract: Super-resolution image reconstruction has been one of the most active research fields in recent years. In this paper, a new super-resolution algorithm is proposed to the problem of obtaining a high-resolution image from several low- resolution images that have been sub sampled. In the image registration, the paper puts forward an improved search strategies improving registration accuracy. In the MAP algorithm, the threshold parameters of solving the optimal value, making the estimated value of the optimal high-resolution images, so that the reconstructed image is better. The results of the experiments indicate that the proposed algorithm can not only make an automatic choice of the parameter and get the high resolution reconstruction image expected, but also can preserve the edges and details of the image effectively.

Abstract: It is great significance to forecast the water quality of Poyang Lake in the construction of Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.On the condition of limited historical data,for resolving the prediction,by combining the advantages of both grey prediction and Markov theory,an improved grey-Markov model is established.First the sequence is moved average,and then unbiased grey-Markov prediction is established to imitate the development tendency of the forecast system.Divide system state into five parts by Markov chain in order to inprove the prediction accuracy. By analying an example,comparing the predicted values and real measured values,The results show that the model has a certain accuracy and reliability

Abstract: With the amount of information on the Internet growing all the time, finding out useful information in internal retrieval field is becoming difficult. This paper analyzed and compared the website internal search technologies, then according to website system architecture and running mechanism features proposed a website internal search method based on Sphinx, which is an open source full text search frame. The new features of this website internal system include message queue server, caching mechanism, periodic indexing updating and much kinds of query requirements. By deploying in application server and taking software testing, the query accuracy and the time of response are improved. The results are satisfied with the expected.

Abstract: In order to avoid the standard BP network shortcomings, the forecast model of energy consumption in henan was constructed based on genetic neural network. Involving the advantages of GA and BP, the algorithm can simultaneously complete genetic selection within a solution space to find the optimal points. Then the BP algorithm searchs the best optimal result from those points by the direction of negative gradient. Simulation indicates the MAPE in GA-BP is 8.45%, lower than that of 19.44% in standard BP. Finally it predicts the total energy consumptions with the 23350 million tons of coal in 2011, an annual growth rate of 3.8%, which is slightly slower than the average rate in the past decade.

Abstract: This paper presents reinforcement learning (RL) algorithm for routing strategy considering the state of network link, which can be deemed as a dynamic programming problem with stochastic needs. Through modeling those four elements and experiments, we draw the conclusion that upon the state of network link, RL is an efficient algorithm for routing strategy; the data can be efficient forwarded to the destination.

Abstract: This study explored a method for CAD of removable partial denture (RPD) framework, which contributes to the development of a specialized software system used in restorative dentistry. Point cloud data of a mandibular partially edentulous cast was captured by an optical scanning system with projective grating and high-resolution digital camera. The 3D model of the cast was rebuilt by a CAD software system from the 3D cloud points. Based on the principle of clinical design, the digital survey line and inserting path were determined automaticly. The tissue surfaces and polishing surfaces of every component of RPD were built also by the CAD software. Furthermore, the characteristic structures of the framework including the lingual bar, the internal and external finish lines, the tissue stop were fabricated on the base of the rebuilt model. 3D surface model of the RPD framework was created at last. In this study, geometric model of the RPD framework was fabricated successfully, which took on good fitting, high visibility and easy to modify, and the data converted to STL format that could be read by any other CAD/CAM software system was in preparation for subsequent computer aided manufacture (CAM) of RPD framework.

Abstract: Train Movement Authority(MA) concerns train movement safety. This paper proposed a formal model for Chinese Train Control System-3(CTCS-3) based on train MA. Paper analyzed the rounded CTCS-3, formed MA computation models for various application functions, and finished MA hierarchical and functional computation models based on Colored Petri Nets(CPN). The results of experiment demonstrates that the model proposed in this paper is effective, it can reflect the whole information change and transmission process of CTCS-3 accurately, and can help to design and develop MA of CTCS-3.

Abstract: In order to achieve a convenient Augmented Reality interactive system, a rendering engine called osgART was integrated into MFC. The system manipulates the interactive transformation of virtual objects by utilizing the message sending from controllers. The operating mechanism of osgART in MFC was explored in this paper. Besides, the controller message had been successfully sent to the update callback, and the SRT order of matrix multiplication was used in update callback class. Finally, a user-friendly interactive AR application has been successfully developed, which shows that an effectively real-time interaction in MFC environment has been achieved.
