Abstract: High-quality point clouds are the bases of high-accuracy three-dimensional (3D) model. How to obtain the corresponding surface point clouds is always an important work in reverse engineering. Faro Laser Scanner Fonton120 was used to scan an organic material which is composed of potassium stearate, sodium stearate, polyvinyl alcohol and paraffin liquid in a dark room. The organic material has fewer reflectors and is penetrated by laser of scanner. For increasing the reflector and obtaining high-accuracy 3D model, the flash sliver was coated on organic material’s surface. Flash sliver was found not only increasing the high reflector but also preventing laser penetrating. It indicated that coating flash sliver was an efficient method to obtain high-quality point clouds. These findings have supplied a basis for 3D laser scanner appling to the field of organic material.

Abstract: Separate software is hard to achieve real-time HD decoding for its sequential execution, while pure hardware is unable to complete the complex AVS video decoding. Aiming at this, this paper adopts the SoC scheme to develop the controller in AVS decoder. The author selected the OpenRISC1200 processor for its no licensing fees and completely open source. For AVS decoder’s high-complexity, we reconfigured the core to optimize it and designed some peripherals - SDRAM controller, VGA controller, and Wishbone bus module. By elaborating the module’s design, simulation, synthesis, static timing analysis and formal verification, this paper proposes a solution of high-speed & high integration controller in AVS-SoC decoder chip. This controller can quickly complete the AVS stream parsing and system controlling, and also it can improve the AVS chip’s integration and the versatility. Overall, it has great application value and broad market prospects.

Abstract: This paper aims to the research of high voltage lateral insulated gate bipolar transistor (LIGBT) and proposes the design for reducing the substrate leakage current of this device. The junction between LIGBT’s p-type substrate and n-epi layer may have a large electrical field and causes the hole current to flow during the turn-on state. To prevent this substrate leakage current, an n-type buried layer (NBL) and a p-type buried layer (PBL) are used. The double reverse biased pn-junction structure effectively reduces the vertical electric field such that the substrate current is reduced by four orders of magnitude. The break down voltage of the LIGBT is not hurt by this added structure at all.

Abstract: This is a design of intelligent charger with battery capacity detection based on STC12C5AS2 single chip microcomputer. By connecting PC, users could set cut-off charge-discharge voltage and current directly to get monitor the no-man. It realized to judge limiting voltage and current automatically and has intelligent floating and trickle charge. The users could see voltage curve, current curve, percent of charge, capacity both charge and discharge respects. Here, we introduced partly, including simply circuit design and offered our photo both circuit and real device. We focus to detail program design of PC end in the paper. We used double buffer technique to solve flicker phenomenon. Meanwhile, when we designed and performed repeatedly, we found another good ways to save CPU and reduce volume of calculation. That is that we created another two container to save calculated data so to plot more fast when grid is in unchanged.

Abstract: This paper is devoted to study tri-axial fluxgate magnetometer, and it begin with principle of fluxgate magnetometer, and then its structure, electric design and test result analysis are introduced. At present, its development tendency is to simplify and miniaturize, we carried out study of tri-axial fluxgate magnetometer. Its technical specifications such as resolution, noise, response of step up, setting up time and sensitivity meet or even better than original design requirements. At first design of tri-axial fluxgate magnetometer is determined and a transducer is developed. Secondly, a high temperature circuit is developed with SOI (Silicon on Insulator) electronics wafer and hybrid circuit technology. At last, 5 specifications test results are presented from aspects of high temperature and high accuracies, respectively.

Abstract: A technique of replacing the floating capacitor by an active capacitance multiplier is proposed in this paper, in order to overcome the difficulty in fabrication of the large capacitors in monolithic integrated circuits. The simulation results show that the same output characteristics can be obtained from the new charge pump with a capacitor much smaller than that adopted in the normal charge pump products. Therefore, the new charge pump is much easier to be fabricated in fully integrated realizations with on-chip capacitor.

Abstract: Chaohu Stone is a distinct geological tourism resource, and its morphological diversity is shaped by unique local geological environments. However, the dedicated and systematic research is insufficient currently. Starting with regional tectonic characters and environmental conditions, this paper examines the distribution, traits, genesis and classification of Chaohu Stone. Results show that Chaohu Stone mainly includes carbonate rocks formed during the Carboniferous, Permian and Triassic periods. During long geological processes, the rocks have been altered by various external forces such as weathering, leaching, denudation and corrosion, etc., to produce various natural art forms with distinctive styles and shapes. Its morphological variations, eerie veins, rich fossils, unique nodules and smooth porosity differentiate the Chaohu Stone from other ornamental stones. Although Chaohu Stone has wide distribution, rich varieties, many genesis types and centuries of exploration, there is low degree of survey evaluation and genesis study, resulting in damage and squandering of this valuable wealth. Hence, we must highlight managements and protective exploitations of Chaohu Stone, particularly strengthening geological survey and genesis mechanism examination.

Abstract: The active radar guided missile will be affected by high power microwave weapon. Firstly, this paper builds the seeker damaged model according to the damaged experiment of seeker .Secondly, It also builds the six-degree-of-freedom missile model. The parameter and miss distance are obtained from Monte-Carlo experiments of missile damaged by HPM. The experiments combine the seeker model and missile simulation system. Through the statistics analysis, the result will provide consults for HPMW attacking missile.

Abstract: Transparent conducting Ga-doped ZnO (ZnO∶Ga) thin films with high transparency and relatively low resistivity have been successfully prepared on ZnO-buffered Polyimide (PI) by DC magnetron sputtering at room temperature. Structural, morphological, stress, optical and electrical proerties of ZnO∶Ga films are investigated. Experimental results show that all the deposited films are polycrystalline with a hexagonal structure and a preferred orientation perpendicular to the substrates along the c-axis. Sputtering pressure plays an important role on the electrical resistivity of flexible ZnO∶Ga films. When sputteting pressure increases from 2 Pa to 6 Pa, the resistivity of the deposited films initially decreases and then slightly increases. At the optimum sputtering pressure of 4 Pa, the lowest resistivity of 4.3×10-4Ω•㎝ is obtained. All the filma present a high transmittance over 90% in limit spectral range.

Abstract: In this paper, the effect of hardness and position on the 40CrNiMoA steel and 18Cr2Ni4WA steel friction pairs’ friction coefficient and wear volume were studied without lubrication, at room temperature. The results show that: Under test conditions, the fluctuation in the friction coefficient is bigger, when the up specimen is the harder 18Cr2Ni4WA steel. And when the up specimen is the softer 40CrNiMoA steel, the fluctuation in the friction coefficient is relatively small. When the up specimen is the 40CrNiMoA steel, the hardness of 40CrNiMoA steel is a relatively small impact on the average value of the coefficient of friction.When the up specimen is the softer 40CrNiMoA steel, the coefficient of friction is relatively larger than that when the up specimen is the harder 18Cr2Ni4WA steel. The wear volumes is relate to the position of friction pair. When the up specimen is the harder 18Cr2Ni4WA steel, both sides of the friction pairs has the same wear volumes when the hardness of 40CrNiMoA steel is about 43HRC. When the up specimen is softer 40CrNiMoA steel, and its hardness is about 54HRC, the wear volumes curves of two materials intersect.
