Abstract: Abstract: In order to determine that the effect of geometric error to the machining accuracy is an important premise for the error compensation, a sensitivity analysis method of geometric error is presented based on multi-body system theory in this paper. An accuracy model of five-axis machine tool is established based on multi-body system theory, and with 37 geometric errors obtained through experimental verification, key error sources affecting the machining accuracy are finally identified by sensitivity analysis. The analysis result shows that the presented method can identify the important geometric errors having large influence on volumetric error of machine tool and is of help to improve the accuracy of machine tool economically.

Abstract: The springback phenomenon of thick freeform surface steel plate forming occurs consequentially after unloading, which reduces the accuracy of the parts manufacturing and the processing efficiency. This paper developed a numerical simulation solution to the springback of thick freeform surface parts forming process using PAM-STAMP 2G at 20°C, 200°C, 400°C, 600°C, 700°C and 800°C, respectively. The maximum springback value of freeform surface parts decreases with increasing temperature, at 600°C, the minimum extreme value, and then the value with increasing temperature continues to rise higher. PAM-STAMP 2G offers a Die Compensation module, which is used to modify the die surface of thick freeform surface steel plate forming focused on springback defects. The approach based on iteratively comparing a target part shape with a numerical simulated part shape following forming and springback can be effective in reducing springback error. With it, the new tooling shapes will ensure the geometric accuracy of the thick freeform surface parts.

Abstract: A set of solving scheme of full-closed loop adaptive servocontrol control system, which can on-line monitoring and real-time control ,was proposed based on the analysis of a number of factors that affect the processing quality of high-precision slender shaft during CNC machining process.Adopt the "PC+motion controller" mode,on-line detection accuracy index of the workpiece, and feed bake the detection signal to CNC system, through the automatic processing of CNC system, timely adjust cutting parameters, so that the detected error factors remain within a reasonable limits, to ensure the stability of the system and improve the accuracy of workpiece.

Abstract: Performing the 3-D numerical modeling of the automobile covering parts by the Pro/E software, creating both addendum and blank holding surfaces, and importing them into the DYNAFORM so that a FEM model can be created. Use the DYNAFORM to perform the simulation calculation and analysis, and study the influences of the factors such as friction coefficient, die clearance and material parameters (n and r values) on the stamping formability. The results show that the parameters such as friction coefficient between die and blank, die clearance and the v value in the material parameters play the key role in the the blank flowability, and have the significant influence on the stamping result.

Abstract: The key techniques of reverse engineering include data acquisition, data processing and model reconstruction.In this paper, with the automobile rearview mirror shell for example, scan the rearview mirror shell surface by laser scanner; then carries on the data processing to point cloud data(data processing include point cloud data registration, joining together and polygon stage processing). On the basis of data processing, fitting NURBS surface by Geomagic Studio software, thus completing surface reconstruction; Finally through the NC machining simulation, gets CNC programming, and to make the rearview mirror surface reconstruction and the numerical simulation.

Abstract: Curve-shaped roofs and facades are popularly used in the construction with roller bent pipe, which serves as structural element. Roller bent pipe are manufactured from straight pipe by a process called roller bending. The material is cold worked during forming, inducing a new distribution of mechanical properties across the section which is different compared to its original state. For a long time, original mechanical properties of the straight material are used in the design of curved structure. The influence of the roller bending process is usually ignored non-conservatively. Theoretically, cold-working makes the strength increased while the modulus decreased. The results of a series of tests and measuring investigation of the mechanical properties of cold-roller-bent pipes are present in this paper. The decreased modulus of cold-roller-bent pipes have significantly softened and weakened the overall mechanical properties of structures. The influence should be considered in the design of structures composed of cold-roller-bent pipes.

Abstract: Manufacturing system has lots of component such as sensors, motors and robots. For efficient operation of manufacturing system, application technique such as RFID was used. Furthermore, in application area of network, wireless network include WiFi was used too. And recently, cloud computing technology is coming to us. Cloud computing has recently emerged as an integrated infrastructure for resource sharing and computing in distributed environments. Cloud computing provides computers and other devices on demand. Cloud computing continues the trend started with on-demand, strategic outsourcing and targeting real-time delivery of infrastructure and platform services. In this paper, we consider the manufacturing system in cloud computing environment. Our system consists of four layers; manufacturing resources layer, system virtualization layer, service and application layer. In this system architecture, Device control manager use to manage for each system device driver, System virtualization design for system resource virtualization, Manufacturing service management server performs to handling each system service, and Application management server process to provide each service application to system manager, engineer and user.

Abstract: To achieve full control of the supply chain, 4PL must be collaborative with the ERP system. To this end, the traditional internal information management system must be extended to outside the enterprise, and establish the e-ERP (extend-ERP) system which monitoring the whole supply chain process inside and outside the enterprise, achieving the integration of ERP and 4PL. E-ERP system is characterized by large-scale parallel processing. By the integration of supply chain, e-ERP system can achieve business synchronize, management collaboration and processes in parallel, and thus build virtualized, network-based supply chain system.
