Abstract: Based on the foreign remanufacturing mode, the new remanufacturing rapid forming technology, which relies mainly on Surface Repair and Performance Improving Method has been explored and practiced. The aim of remanufacturing forming is to renew the original size of the waste components rapidly, and then improve their service performance. The advanced rapid forming technology, especially the high density heat source surface forming technology, is the important technique to carry out rapid forming. Based on the arc heat source, plasma heat source and laser heat source, three kinds of high density heat source remanufacturing forming technologies, such as high speed arc spraying forming technology, micro-arc plasma forming technology, and laser cladding forming technology, have been developed.

Abstract: In order to evaluate coordination degree in the evolution process about the subsystems of manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development system, Synergetics is applied to establish coordination degree model of system. The order parameters are proposed to evaluate the manufacturing and logistics industry. The calculation results show that the order degree of subsystems of both manufacturing and logistics industry is upward. The coordination degree of manufacturing and logistics industry linkage development system shows overall ascendant trend from the year 2000 to 2008 in China, but the coordination degree is still low.

Abstract: Abstract: Due to the complex curved surface of the impeller, so it’s difficult to be processed with the common mechanical grinding. Now using the method of Electrochemical Grinding to processing the ruled surface of Integral impeller, Through the test to process parameters, and optimize it with the orthogonal experiment, from that the optimal parameters can be got, and this paper having discussed the influence of the speed of processing in material remove, that is with the feeding speed increases, the material remove decreases, and when the feeding speed is higher than a certain value, the material remove become a certain value . Finally the law of grinding machining the ruled surface was got.

Abstract: Aiming at the description and analysis of service-oriented manufacturing network, the paper gives its definition on the basis of analyzing the relationship between enterprises and service. Besides, it not only defines, calculates and analyzes the statistic characteristics such as node strength and clustering coefficient by the complex weighted theory, but reveals the status of enterprise and correlations in the manufacturing environment of oriented service. This study can not only provide basis for the construction and management of service-oriented manufacturing network, but for search and grouping of collaborative partners.

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to determine whether the train axle cross wedge rolling(CWR) using square billet as blank is available or not. Based on numerical simulation software DEFORM-3D, we built the finite element model. And the whole forming process was simulated successfully. The stress and strain distributions of workpiece in the process were analyzed. The effect of forming angle, stretching angle and billet size on rolling force was investigated, then determined the proper process parameters. The differences between the round billet rolling and the square billet rolling were obtained by comparing the tangential, axial and radial forces during the rolling process. The studied results show the availability of using square billet as blank in train axle CWR and provide important realistic meaning and application value.

Abstract: Life and ROP of PDC bits are improved greatly when rotational impact drill assemblies (TorkBuster) are used in hard rock formations. The transient drilling processes of PDC bits combined with and without TorkBuster are simulated based on ANSYS software when drilling in densify sandstone formations. Simulated results are compared. It’s found that the torsion angle of the drill pipe is lessened greatly when torsional impact is loaded with same bit pressure and torque as that without torsional impact. Torsional impact reduces accumulated energy stored in the drill pipe, relieves stick-slip vibration and improves working conditions of PDC bits greatly.

Abstract: In the process of product satisfaction solution by SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), the model of product satisfaction has been revised aiming at solving the weights of satisfaction index distribution in the multi-sample situation. According to the characteristic of satisfaction data sampling, the partial least square is introduced, and the algorithmic method of satisfaction weights based on SEM is presented. The proposed method has been validated by an example of digital photo frame.

Abstract: Aiming at the design and development of integrated Manufacturing Execution System (MES) of solar photovoltaic modules production, the difficulty of the manufacturing execution management was pointed out combining with solar photovoltaic modules production flow, the goals and main functions of the integrated MES were analyzed and designed based on the analysis of solar photovoltaic modules production enterprise’s main characteristics and management status. The physical data model of MES was designed by Power Designer software and some key function modules which include workshop plans and scheduling management, Workflow management and control system and process quality control were developed based on J2EE. The practical applications in some solar photovoltaic modules production enterprises were proved that the integrated MES could enhance the manufacturing management level of solar photovoltaic modules production effectively.

Abstract: In this study, a low-design-cost and long-endurance unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) based on the simple microcontroller board and mini-airship technique is proposed. Many well developed positioning sensors, such as GPS, 3-axis Gyroscope, Gravity-sensor and Magnetometer are used. In addition, the control model of Proportional-Integral-Derivative controller is applied to accomplish the long endurance purpose. Such a low-cost design has the potential to accelerate the application of UAV in a variety of video monitoring fields.

Abstract: Gears have been extensively employed in transmission machinery. Among the various and variant types of gears, helical gears have the characteristics of low vibration and low noise, and are especially apt for application in industrial machines. This study proposes to use mathematic geometric equations to compose the programming language via which point data are obtained and processed by Solid Works to complete the construction of the model. As for assembly error and stress analysis, the constructed model is then converted into ANSYS Workbench for implementing the stress analysis of the transmission under the condition of ideal assembly and of erroneous assembly. This study focuses on the impact of assembly error on the transmission in regard to the different pressure angles of the driver side of a helical gear with asymmetric teeth. The results show that the bigger the pressure angle of the driver side of the helical gear, the less stress during the transmission. Furthermore, the stress would increase when a minimum axial error is set. In conclusion, assembly error will cause uneven stress distribution, resulting in reduced service life and other problems.
