Abstract: On the basis of mastering the general virtual design and manufacture, we combined with the data analysis of packing to construct the virtual package design and manufacturing, and the models we need can be build in external software, then we import these and would realize the interaction by Virtools. The interaction and simulation facilitate the validation and data modification of package design and manufacture feasible, and the precision of models, interactive space and relationship, simulation analysis and the key physical attributes of package design and manufacturing are the focused factors.

Abstract: This paper describes and introduces the design method and driving principle of the horizontal Combining CNC machine Tool of Turning and Grinding in which the turning tool holder and wheel frame are arranged on both sides. In the meantime, it verifies the reliability of this scenario by digital module and dynamic simulation, which creates a solid base for the manufacture of CNC in the future.

Abstract: Based on Microsoft GRETA regular expression, the engraving machine NC code interpreter is designed. It is constructed from lexical anlysis module, syntax and semantic analysis module and decoding NC code. In the anlysis modules, regular expression is used in matching NC code, as an analysis tool. Besides, the interpreter is compiled in VC++ 6.0 that is a Microsoft compiler about C++, in order to realize designed function more efficiently.The interpreter can realize the function of interpretation and information extraction. It has good reliability and high expansibility.

Abstract: based on the structural characteristics of the truss structure, the mathematical model design model for a truss structure used in Mast-climbing Work Platform is built with Ansys design language, in which the maximum stress is the optimization objective and the bar orientation is the design variable, showing the constraints and loading condition in mathematical matrix expression, on this premise of the stiffness condition meets the requirement, the bar orientation brings about great influence on the truss structure optimizing, the triangular framework optimized to be quadrangle framework, the maximum stress has been decreased by 74.37%.

Abstract: Fatigue failure easily occurs in the weld seam of bogie frame, fatigue life prediction is very important. Based on the UIC615-4 (Motive power units- Bogies and running gear-Bogie frame structure strength tests ) and IIW standard (Recommendations for fatigue design standard of welded joints and components-IIW document XIII-1965-03/ XV-1127-03), fatigue test process of bogie frame is simulated by means of finite element method. Using Miner cumulative damage theory, on the basis of IIW welded joints S-N data, fatigue life of the welded frame is predicted, and the virtual fatigue test of welded frame is completed. During the phase of product design, virtual fatigue test technology can be used to evaluate the fatigue strength, which can find the weak part and improve product design quality.

Abstract: This paper describes and introduces useing parameterization and variable of Modeling Technology of SolidWorks software of design procedures, to finish virtual design of machine Tool of Turning and Grinding. Then go on with interference check in and kinematics simulation for Tools and Turning. Use finite element analysis of ANSYS to go on with stress analysis for key points of load of the machine, to provide that physical design of the machine is reasonable. It is achieved forecast of workpiece property in the time of designing. Thus it will be achieved feasibility of designing and study of combining machine tool of turning and grinding in virtual environment, so as simplify process of designing, and shorten the development of period, and improve the quality of designing.

Abstract: Robot is now can used to cut the opening pore of Pressure Vessel and the end of pipe. It is important to solve the problem of robotic cutting trajectory planning for cutting of the three-dimensional curved surface and the intersected curve with groove at the end of pipe. According to the analytical geometry in the three-dimensional space, the mathematical model of intersected curve with groove is presented. Trajectory planning and cutting torch stance is fixed through the feature extraction and kinematics calculation. Using the L-positioner, the problem of robot limiting in cutting process is resolved. As a post operator, a program is developed to automatically generate corresponding robot program to match to the program language format of Kuka and Reis robot. The robot cutting trajectory supported by the above algorithms and program is tested in solidworks.

Abstract: In manufacturing system, around the year 1950’s, computer aided design (CAD) and developments of NC resulted which led to the evolution of systems like computer numerical control (CNC) and direct numerical control (DNC). Today, computer integrated manufacturing is a reality. The advent of computer integrated manufacturing system has got an efficiency and high performance for production. And manufacturing system operating ratio was related by cost-efficiency of the factory operation and increasing good production. However it has still problem that the system engineer who is in the factory hard to keep watching the manufacturing system always in order to recover the manufacturing system when it has system error. In this paper, we propose system jam detection and recovery process for manufacturing system. For this process, we make and use system Jam Database and Jam Recovery Process Sequence.

Abstract: The question of the anti-missile fragment produced by the Kinetic Kill Vehicle (KKV) intercepting the Tactical Ballistic Missile (TBM) is studied. It turns out the anti-missile fragment are composite outcome of the impact and explosion. By analysis the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) impact breakup model is suggested to calculate the fragment charac-teristic. The minimum mass threshold of effective fragment is deduced; the damages probability model that the debris cloud impacts the cooperative target is established based on Poisson distribu-tion. The simulation case indicates that the damage probability can achieve the 10-3 magnitude, and should attach importance to this threat.
