Abstract: In this paper, mainly according to the selection of sugar cane seeds and the quality requirements for cutting, we design a cutting mechanism not only to cut off the sugar cane , but also can ensure the cutting sugarcane planting to achieve the agronomic requirements for sugar cane . The institution's overall ideas are as follows: first,measure different kinds of sugar cane planting in different cutting force and cutting speed in case of broken head.After preliminary analysis,gain cutting force,cutting speed ,the diameter of sugar cane ,the species of sugar cane ,cutting blade edge angle, cutting angle and cutting mode correlation.Then select the power transfer device and the working parts of the disk and blade according to the obtained data.Last design drive of belt wheel, drive shaft, bearing type, bearing cover through calculation and checking.The successful design and development of the institution of sugar cane cutting mechanism will be able to greatly reduce the labor intensity and production costs in the process of sugarcane planting.

Abstract: The software of ANSYS for controllable start planet gear reducer type differential vibration characteristics and response characteristics of a more comprehensive analysis, the planet carrier of the first six vibration modes cloud and test results verify the correctness, so as to avoid resonance due to plant damage caused by such factors as a reference in theory, but also for the further study of controllable start planet gear reducer of the vibration of the differential to provide a theoretical reference.

Abstract: To make up the Control Words (CW) share and deployment cost-ineffective defects in traditional pay-TV services, an advanced security conditional access system and its implementation are introduced in this paper. It is based on STB with a secure GSM module, where iterative key encryption for CW and wireless transmission for identity authentication and entitlement data are used, and it can prevent the piracy of pay-TV and protect the profit of pay-TV operator. The system is proved to be highly secure, easily deployed and cost-effective by experimentation in lab and now in mass production for broadcasters and operators

Abstract: Static and dynamic characteristics of the honeycomb paperboard with different size and structure are mechanics research priorities. Study on its mechanical characteristics of the basic way is the basic mechanical properties testing by loading testing machine. In order to get the stability of compressive strength of honeycomb paperboard, compressive strength of honeycomb paperboard models should be tested. Based on the existing equipment, new equipment has been made with new hydraulic systems and control programmes, control accuracy and method has been analyzed. Experimental testing results have shown that the device is credible, and its precision meets to the design requirements. The honeycomb paperboard testing machine not only provides a high pressure range and flexible control equipment, but provides a function of testing sample size effects.

Abstract: Functional metallic surface micro/meso structures such as micro channels/grooves or micro riblets have been increasingly applied in many fields, such as optics, tribology, fluid-dynamics and heat exchange or mass tranfer. Micro/meso forming has the potential of efficiently and economically fabricating functional microstructures over a large surface area. A mciro/meso roll-to-plate imprinting technique was proposed and the process system was self-developed. The pure copper specimens with various grains were imprinted to investigate the effects of mould cavity dimensions (width, spacing, and fillet) and grain size on the formation of features. It was concluded that the width and grain size had significant effects on the feature formation. Wider groove or larger size grain was helpful to enhance the flowability of materials. Moreover, the technique was validated for high throughput, low cost, low emission, and flexible fabrication technique.

Abstract: This paper studies auxiliary electromagnetic damping system in the conventional machine tools. Through the establishment of auxiliary active magnetic actuator array and the application of optimal control, dynamic control of additional stiffness and damping are achieved, so some active interventions can be applied to reduce the chatter of traditional machine tool spindle. Thus it causes to lower the radial vibration amplitude of the spindle at work and improve the machining accuracy. The experiments show that this system can reduce more than 88.06% spindle radial amplitude, and it can actually improve the precision to about1um, so the system has enormous potential for low-cost upgrade of traditional machine.

This paper describes the infrared monitoring system of construction machinery hydraulic oil temperature with the example of excavator.

Abstract: A new type of high dynamic variable speed hydraulic control system is developed in this paper. In this system, a fixed displacement hydraulic pump is driven by an electrical motor which is controlled by a frequency inverter, so the discharge of the pump can be modified by changing the speed of the motor. A proportional directional valve is used to acquire higher low-speed control precision and faster dynamic response while the system is decelerating. In order to improve the dynamic response while the system is accelerating, an energy regulation device is employed in the system. The digital simulation results show that this system has higher efficiency than valve control system. Further more it has faster dynamic response and higher low-speed control precision than normal variable speed hydraulic control system.

Abstract: This paper puts forward the basic principles and contents of surveying and mapping of Chinese traditional furniture. Through research and physical test, it proposed the methods and surveying and mapping processes of three dimensional scanning surveying and mapping. So that the technology of furniture’s surveying and mapping, protection, production and design has been further improved, thus making traditional furniture culture and modern advanced manufacturing technology spread and develop better.
