Abstract: In this work, we present a sensorless single-chip design for the three-phase brushless DC motors (BDCM) system, and which is implemented by a 0.35um CMOS process. A mixed-signal IC will be accomplished by the implementation of analog circuit and digital circuit in the same chip. Eventually, this chip system includes an analog circuit (Hall signal amplifier), a digital circuit (logic process block), and a frequency voltage converter (FVC) to complete the control & driving circuits. Experimental results are included to verify the proposed scheme.

Abstract: For the pursuit of developing new field in toy industry and meeting the demands in new markets, combined with current development trend of aging population in China and associated problems, this paper promotes a new product concept: toys for elder people, to satisfy the needs of the elder’s entertainment and prevention from geriatric diseases. This paper chose ‘Intellectual and Physical Promoting’ as the theme and made a research on development and design strategy of elder people’s toys, finally it analyzed the materials for the toys design.

Abstract: With the development of technology, the modeling design for automobile has become one of the most important factors for mini buses marketing when the technology, function and price variance of different manufacturers is not big. Learning from the basic elements of aesthetic rules, this paper firstly discusses the mini bus design process; and then analyzes aesthetic application in the X mini bus design respectively from the exterior design and the interior design; finally, proposes the development tendency of mini bus.

Abstract: There are many forms of bearing failure. One of the forms often arises in engineering is that the outer ring of heavy-duty bearing and the corresponding wheel hub generating relative motion. In this article, AutoCAD was used to establish the three-dimensional model of the hub and bearing. With the help of HyperWorks, meshing, setting properties and imposing constraints to three-dimensional model were done. Then the model was imported into Patran to set the exposure and parameters. Therefore, the complete finite element model of was established. And then it was solved using SOL600. Finally, the calculation results were analyzed, and we found out the reason for the failed bearing. Finally, by analyzing the calculation results, the reason for the failure of the bearing was found out. This paper is of certain practical significance and theoretical engineering guiding value.

Abstract: A tire model considering the lateral and longitudinal stiffness of carcass was built to describe tire cornering stiffness property under slight driving or braking condition. The effects of carcass elastic on the tire cornering stiffness were analyzed by varying carcass stiffness. Analysis shows that tire cornering stiffness have a strong relationship to the tire carcass stiffness and the tire longitudinal force. Tire cornering stiffness increases with the increase of carcass bending stiffness and torsional stiffness. And tire cornering stiffness increases with the increase of the braking force if the carcass translation stiffness in the longitudinal direction is far more than that in the lateral direction. When carcass translation stiffness in the longitudinal direction is equal or less than that in the lateral direction, tire cornering stiffness decreases with the increase of the braking force.

Abstract: With the development of our society, natural resources, environment and population have become more and more important for human beings to live and develop. People started to focus on the “Green” index of products. As a result of that, we should combine environment protection, control and pollutant prevention with the whole process of design and production in mechanical manufacture industries. Additionally, we also should choose the path of sustainable development to improve “Green” index by the rational resources and energy utilization.

Abstract: Building-integrated photovoltaic system is to import a photovoltaic panel system into the shell structure of a building by using building design techniques, so that the system constituents not only generate power, but are also a part of the building’s shell. If the photovoltaic panel is integrated with a sun shield, a power benefit could be obtained and both solar irradiation and the cooling load could be reduced. This study aimed to use CFD technology for analysis of building surface thermal control and flow field simulation, and further discuss the effects of the relative position of the sun and atmospheric wind flow field on the distribution of building surface temperatures and flow fields at different hours and in different seasons. Understanding the sun's position and other climatic conditions accurately is helpful for locating solar panels and solar collectors on buildings.

Abstract: This article briefly introduces the concept, processes and key technologies of reverse engineering. It demonstrate the feasibility and significance of application of reverse engineering technology on beverage packaging by rebuilding the model for a beverage bottle with complex geometries: firstly, acquiring point cloud data of the beverage bottle by 3D laser scanning system; then processing point cloud data and materializing model by using reverse engineering software; finally, rebuilding CAD model. The application could provide a new method of designing beverage packaging.
