Abstract: After discuss how to select frequency range and design speed diagram, a new kind of milling machine headstock is proposed in this paper. The design of the frequency converter is discussed as well. The hardware of frequency converter contains main circuit and control circuit. Main circuit includes rectifier and inverter. Control circuit is made up of single-chip microcomputer and specific integrated circuit. In the new kind of milling machine, the spindle box is simplified at the same time.

Abstract: A strain measurement system for fiber optic is established based on digital image processing techniques. The hardware of the system is consists of a light source, optical fiber cable tensile equipment, CCD camera and image acquisition card. Hardware equipment was selected by the technical requirements of the system, such as measurement accuracy, velocity and so on. The software of the system, including image acquisition module, data processing module, edge detection module, image measurement module and image storage module, is designed.

Abstract: All kinds of information are instantly available and get accepted and approved by the masses under the rapid development of science and technology in nowadays. With the advent of computers and various design softwares, designers spend a lot of time finishing their designs by computers, traditional manual design in the filed of graphic design has almost been superseded by computer design and handcraft and other various approaches have fallen out of favor in the current design field. People also agreed that design's main purpose is to express a thought, provide an idea or create a form, but people tend to neglect handmade craft’s active role of expressing individuation, originality and taste in the course of design and creation.

Abstract: Space grid structure of modern large span structure engineering in the most commonly used structure form. This paper used ANSYS network space truss finite element analysis, discuss the element type, and the selection of material models, and the definition of the limit stress, when necessary, even considering the bar buckling state ( buckling ). Under various load (permanent loads, wind loads, seismic loads, under the action of gravity ), using the powerful finite element analysis software ANSYS on the structure static analysis, after the use of ANSYS powerful optimization design function, the structure safety, the bar section optimization design, and then on the basis of the existing rod a cross section, a reasonable choice of bar section, reduce the material consumption, to achieve the best economic, reasonable design, implementation can develop continuously, make the satisfactory design.

Abstract: This paper designs an excitation servo hydraulic cylinder which uses clearance seal and hydrostatic supporting technology for high-speed railway subgrade dynamic response in-situ test system. It puts forward a structure with dynamic pressure chamber and static pressure chamber and calculates the main parameters of the cylinder. The paper briefly introduces the principle of hydrostatic supporting and analyzes the flow characteristics of the hydrostatic supporting oil chamber by simulation based on Fluent.

Abstract: This study was to accomplish a design process of 10-sp cassette system consisting of different material sprockets and a spider. Main purpose of this design was developing a lightweight and highly efficient cassette system for road bicycle. For this it is necessary to determine the materials and the shapes considering various important factors. Especially sprockets of 10-sp cassette system must become thinner than sprockets of low speed cassettes. Thus it is necessary to carry out a series of structural analyses so as to secure sufficient mechanical strength and rigidity. To verify the safety of this system, a series of finite element analysis was conducted under various boundary conditions. Single sprocket analysis and assembled parts separately were analyzed and compared each other. The analysis results were sufficiently satisfied. In fact how to manufacture the system must be considered.

Abstract: Vehicle driving safety is the urgent key problem to be solved of automobile independent development while encountering collision avoidance. It is also the premise and one of the necessary conditions of vehicle active safety. A new technique for vehicle collision avoidance was proposed. Based on the artificial potential field theory, the lane potential, the road potential function and the obstacle potential function as well as the velocity potential function of the vehicle were constructed. Then the potential function of the vehicle obstacle avoidance problem was constructed with the three potential functions above. The vehicle obstacle avoidance problem was then converted into an optimization problem. The trajectory of the vehicle in the obstacle avoidance process was obtained by solving the optimal control problem. The simulation results show that the proposed method can solve the collision avoidance problem and provide the lane keeping and lane change problem with theoretical support

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of some cracks appearing in certain parts of the crankshaft for 6L21/31 diesel engine, the completed multi-rigid body virtual prototyping (VP) model of the diesel engine was established on the basis of the virtual prototyping technology, and the dynamics characteristic analysis was finished. Then, based on the completed flexible-rigid model of 6L21/31 diesel engine, the dynamic stress analysis of the crankshaft was accomplished, and the maximum stress value and its location were got. The results provided the basis for the improvement and optimization of the crankshaft.

Abstract: In order to achieve associated design of multi-discipline in aircraft development, a method of associated design based on skeleton model is proposed. Firstly, a method to establish the multi-level skeleton models which can realize the transmission of design intention is proposed and the top skeleton model which can be broke down into more subassembly skeleton model is gained from the general layout; secondly, after a analysis of the longitudinal and transvestite design data among all the skeleton models of an aircraft, a constraint network model among all skeleton models is established to realize the association or unity of design data. Thirdly, the key steps and principles are introduced. Finally, a wing is set as an example to validate this method.
