Abstract: The characteristic of the acoustic radiation of vibrating structure is the important factor in valuing its performance. This paper puts forward a visualization system of the acoustic radiation based on NAH which combines the measurement, data management and visualization. The visualization technology it adopts point a new way to the observation of the acoustic radiation. Experiments have shown that this system can offer a complete solution for the measurement and research of the radiation field.

Abstract: In this paper, high-speed vertical machining center of the four schemes(namely general reinforcement worktable, strength general reinforcement worktable, diagonal reinforcement worktable and strength diagonal reinforcement worktable) has been entity modeling in Soldworks. After modeling, do finite element analysis and stiffness analysis to four schemes, the conclusion shows strength reinforcement worktable is the best plan. Then, do modal analysis in order to improve the inherent frequency, get the modal of the system frequency and vibration mode. Finally, according to the results of analysis of static dynamics, in order to improve the natural frequencies of strength general reinforcement system, the worktable has been topological optimization. Because of the result of the topological optimization is not obvious, so choose workbench is verified by reasonable structure.

Abstract: Convolution method is studied to analyze statistical tolerance for linear dimension chain and nonlinear dimension chain. Hybrid convolution method is proposed, which is the integration of analytical convolution and numerical convolution. In order to reduce the algorithm errors, improved convolution method is proposed. Comparing with other statistical tolerance analysis methods, this method is faster and accurate. At last, an example is used to demonstrate the method proposed in this paper.

Abstract: The original of product design innovation move from driving by technology innovation to customer needs, technical innovation and service pattern’s CTS driving(Customer Needs、Technological Innovation and Service).The previous theory of product design did not suit to new environmental factor and also did not reflect and synthesize other factor for product design.QFD is a system method which transform customer needs to definite measure for design product or design service. The theory of KANO provide five types of customer needs, with analyzing the needs of customer in order to provide design direction for product design. Paper research with the main line of QFD, through HOQ technique of QFD, delivering customer needs to designer, utilizing KANO model to identify various kinds of needs, through the transform of importance degree, sequencing importance degree of AHP for customer needs, combining above all so that clarify direct of design in order to ensure the quality of design.

Abstract: The shield machine is a large complete sets of equipment used for underground tunnel excavation in the city construction,it has been widely used in the tunnel excavation. Cutter is one of the key components of shield machine. Different geological conditions and badly application environment make the cutter stress complex. German Herrenknecht S749 shield cutter as an example, using PRO/E software to establish the three-dimensional model, ANSYS Workbench module establishes the cutter corresponding finite element calculation model, the force characteristics of the cutter in working process were analyzed, obtained the cutter`s stress strain distribution. The research results can provide basic data for the wheel structure design and construction maintenance.

Abstract: This paper presents a virtual cellular manufacturing system building model based on axiomatic design theory. By now most discussions of virtual manufacturing cellular focus on how to format a virtual cell and how to optimize a virtual cell in the execution layer. The attention to “system cost” and “efficiency” mostly were given only after the system-generated. In this paper we build a complete virtual cellular manufacturing system, and pay attention to “system cost” and “efficiency” in the conceptual design phase to make sure the techniques and resource which we choose is low-cost and non-redundant. Meanwhile in Process Domain of the model, we blend the logistics balance idea of TOC theory, waste elimination philosophy of lean manufacturing and the existing conclusions of the virtual cell literature to make sure the tools which we choose are more effective. The model will clearly set out the concept, principle and technology hierarchy of virtual cellular manufacturing system, and can be an effective map for manufacturing enterprises with low-volume and high-variety to apply the virtual cellular production.

Abstract: The purpose of the smart home application is to devise a set of intelligent home appliances that can provide an awareness of the users’ needs, providing them with a better home life experience without overpowering them with complex technologies and intuitive user interfaces. There are a large number of reseaches dealing with Wireless Sensor Networks(WSN) applications, but it is still possible to explored in WSN development and maintenance. The WSN paradigm has been stimulated by considering the integration of the WSN with sophisticated Autonomous Mobile Robots(AMR), having advanced mobility,processing and communication capabilities. The complementarities of the WSN and AMR technologies may result in a symbiotic coexistence with mutual advantages for both systems and may enable novel services in advanced scenarios,such as ubiquitous robotics,networked robotics,ambient intelligence. AMR can be considered to be mobile nodes that provide additional sensorial information, improve/repair the connectivity and collect information from wireless sensor nodes. On the other hand, the WSN can be considered as an extension of the sensorial capabilities of the robots and it can provide a smart environment for AMR. This paper examines the possibility of integration WSN and AMR into a smart home application.

Abstract: Aiming at the design and development of integrated production planning and scheduling system(PPSS) of rare metal manufacturing, the goals and main functions of the integrated production planning and scheduling system were analyzed and designed based on the analysis of rare metal manufacturing enterprise’s main characteristics and management status. Through analysis of the present situation and trend of production planning and scheduling, an integrated system architecture was proposed. Key technologies of system integration and system developing were delivered, and some key functions of production planning and scheduling system which include annual plans management, monthly plans management, MRP management, production scheduling management and production Kanban management were developed based on JSP technology and WEB platform. The practical applications in some rare metal manufacturing enterprises were proved that the integrated production planning and scheduling system could enhance the manufacturing management level effectively.

Abstract: This paper uses sense of trust of materials in mimicking strategy as the starting point to investigate and analysis Chinese local design in lack of trust problems from the views of the status of Chinese manufacturing, the reasons for suffering a crisis of confidence and product positioning of Chinese materials. If they want improvement, advancement, and the happiness index, they have to take it slow. Chinese design not only needs domestic and international markets, but also needs to convey the inner spirit of Chinese nation. The economic development, population growth, the rise of cities and the increase of desire makes us far and far away from our heart. People’s distress that comes from large and small alienation of civilization makes the majority of designers mechanical mimic others, and forget the center of Chinese culture and insistent principles. The times is calling for new Chinese materials form, but only China can respond us this form, while in the trend of this large period, we should give the Chinese design and culture sense of trust.
