Abstract: This paper presents an algorithm of S-curve profile velocity planning with prediction of deceleration distance dynamically, extended functions including target position or target speed change on-the-fly, motion pausing and resuming are addressed. The algorithm is implemented for high performance multiple axes motion controller where complex paths must be employed for each axis to obtain smooth acceleration, speed, position shapes and target position or speed will be changed during moving to meet the requirement of processing. Application that requires the ability to change the endpoint or moving speed without completing the previous move are applied in varied industrial equipment such as SMT, AOI, product lines, etc.

Abstract: The majority of work is completed by collaboration of various components in a particular group environment, and the architecture of Multi-Agent Intelligent Decision Support System based on blackboard is designed using blackboard system and Agent. At the same time, implementation technique on Agent in system is provided, that includes abstract structure of Agent and modeling of Agent action. In addition to, mechanism of breakdown the task on blackboard control Agent is described. The system is helpful to resolve the complicated works though Multi-Agent.

Abstract: Mechanical systems often require the symmetry of the two assembly components. This paper presents a method for theoretical zero-symmetry error of the mating components in batch production. The method is based on symmetry principle of error compensation and sequential positioning of the two mating components, realizing the coincidence of the symmetrical lines between the two components, regardless the manufacturing errors of the two components. The method is suitable for processing positioning and assembly positioning precision requirements and multiple components of symmetry occasions.

Abstract: In order to improve the dynamic characteristics and stabliness of control system battery machinery, speed regulating controller uses an improved incremental digital PID.PID parameters is followed the dominant pole theory and the second-order best theory. The simulation of DC electromotor is rapid dynamic response, stability, the smaller overshoot. The experiment proves that battery machinery can work stably and reliably. Therefore, the PID control algorithm of machinery truck driving system is feasible.

Abstract: A Multi-Agent based transmission fault diagnosis system is researched in this paper. Many data digging analysis methods are employed, combined with data warehouse, OLAP and Multi-Agent technology. An intelligent decision supporting system for monitoring transmission network data is built. Data digging method is used to intelligently analyze and process fault data in the data warehouse, and Agent technology is used to realize data collection, pretreatment, inquiry, knowledge Automatic extraction, mining and other functions, which makes the whole mining process intellectual and intelligent. It aids transmission management with decision-making, thus to make the monitoring and repair of power grid fault more timely and accurate.

Abstract: According to the rapid and efficient requirement of numerical control machining process, a machining knowledge base is developed by building the parameterized models based on the Pro/Engineering three-dimensional design software, using the Visual C++. NET and Microsoft SQL Server software as knowledge base background server. Because of the renewable, large capacity, and three-dimensional model characteristics, the machining knowledge base has the ability of reducing tool stock and preserving optimized parameters, which greatly increase productivity and decrease manufacturing costs.

Abstract: The calculation model of the single turn rectangle current carrying coil was established. The theoretic formula for calculating the magnetic field intensity of any point in space was derived. For a pair of radial magnetizing permanent magnets, the formula for calculating the magnetic force of permanent magnet in the magnetic field was deduced based on the equivalent current theory of permanent magnet. According to the formula, the influencing factors and the changing rules for the magnetic force of permanent magnet can be seen directly: the current, the coil turns are proportional to its magnetic force, while the coupling distance is inversely proportional to its magnetic force.

Abstract: In order to study the questions about the recognition of relative position for the operating object and calculation of the object volume in the loading robot binocular stereo vision system. Based on the characteristics of the operating object, proposed the method that use of its vertices only to match the corresponding point of the camera imaging for location identification, also raised the approximation algorithm that firstly, cut up the whole, followed by calculate the volume of the various parts, then carry out the sum of the each segmentation volume. Experiments and analysis showed that the distance of camera and the object greater affect the visual system, less impact on the intensity of light;In the target object segmentation, the number of partition k=11 is better. Both methods produced the small errors for the visual recognition of the system, it can meet actual needs.
