Abstract: A motorcycle engine shell is taken as the research object in the paper in order to reduce the noise radiation of motorcycle engine. The noise radiation of the engine shell is analyzed by the finite element method and boundary element method ( FEM / BEM ), and the frequency range of the noise radiation and the critical region are determined. Combining with sound intensity test, it is proved that the calculation result of the software is correct. According to the simulation results, the engine shell structure was optimized, and the noise radiation of the optimized model was predicted. Comparing the noise test before and after the model optimization, the results show that the optimized engine shell surface radiated noise is reduced about 4dB.

Abstract: Abstract: The demand of equipment support in the condition of Information war is higher and higher, traditional concept, theory, mode and command of the equipment support are faced with serious challenges. The positive reformation and result obtained are introduced during the process of the equipment support about foreign military from the view of the concept, method, system, organization, management and so on. Finally proposal and measure about our army to strengthen construction of informatization equipment support are offered.

Abstract: Logistics Machinery is the important equipment for carrying material. The all-electric logistics machinery is a development trend in the international logistics industry today. This paper studies the intelligent control model and algorithm for the driver control system of the full AC electric stacking forklift, proposes the composite models of the fuzzy neural network’s identification NNM and the Self-tuning PID NNC, and designs the variable frequency module of the speed sensorless vector control. Through the organic integration of the variable frequency module, the speed reducer and the AC motor, we develop the integrated machine used for the driver control system of the full AC electric stacking forklift. The paper put forward the intelligent control method of the variable frequency which combines the load’s characteristic recognition with the control to achieve the best matching, the highest efficacy and the lowest energy consumption of the entire transmission system.

Abstract: Fundus camera is a system that is a kind of observation and records the images of the retina of the eye. Through these retinal images, it can diagnosis Systemic diseases early, but Stray light will make the images blur and contrast reduction, reduce the ratio of Signal to noise of the images, affect the fundus camera imaging quality seriously, we must eliminate it. In this paper, aiming at the fundus camera stray light sources that gives the corresponding stray light suppression measures, for the fundus camera’s further developments provide a reference, prospecting the future technology development of eliminating stray light.

Abstract: A target tracking system based on inertial stabilized platform(ISP)is introduced, which can fulfill platform inertial navigation, platform stabilization and target tracking. An IMU is integrated with electro-optical sensors and a laser range finder on a gimbal, which performs attitude transformation by constructing navigation coordinates in a mathematic platform, and the platform inertial information is obtained by transformation matrix between platform and payload coordinates. The inertial platform comprising gyros, electro-optical sensors and servo mechanism is capable of stabilizing line of sight and can be used to track targets in the relevant field of view (FOV). The system can determine geography coordinates of the host platform and target only with inertial information and laser ranging data. The geo-tracking system always locked the target image at the center of FOV by calculating spatial geometry and adjusting LOS attitude. This tracking is different from TV tracking and geo-reference image tracking, which may be influenced by fog and obscurant. When the helicopter is flying over urban or mountain areas for rescue missions, it can avoid the loss of targets due to strong maneuver or LOS obscuration, and reduce the operation load of the aircrew and improve rescue efficiency.

Abstract: A temperature field related with ultrasonic propagation in the air according to the different velocity in different temperature can be reconstructed with the TOF (time of flight) measurement at different temperatures. One method of two-dimensional temperature field reconstruction has been proposed in this paper based on ultrasonic time-of-flight technique. The temperature of the total temperature field has been calculated with the method of 2-dimensional interpolation according to the temperature values measured with 8 ultrasonic sensors which has the functions of signal sending and receiving distributed around the measured field with given position. 4 thermocouples have been used to check the result of reconstruct temperature field in the experiment. The disturbance of temperature sensors distribution with the traditional ways has been avoided with little influence between the each sub-field divided by 8 temperature sensors with the given reconstruction in this paper.

Abstract: According to the actula situation of the current domestic traditional dispensing equipment in low automation and intelligent, we develope a program of putting a kind of five degree of freedom manipulator applied to cral dispensing equipment, and details of the developpment and application of the dispensing rotot, determining the mechanical structure, the method of driving and controlling. Practice has proved that the program can achieve the exact location of dispensing devices.

Abstract: The paper proposed the fault diagnosis of elevator based on the autoregressive(AR) model and the support vector machine. At first, build the AR model with the processing signals. The AR coefficient was used as the input of the support vector machine, the normal condition and the fault condition were used as output. By studying and predicting of the support vector machine(SVM) can reaching automatic identification. This method has high accuracy of diagnosis while resolved the problem of lacking samples.

Abstract: Reducing the sliding distance by decreasing slip ratio which occur during knee articulation helps to reduce the wear rate of the ultra-high molecular polyethylene (UHMWPE) bearings in total knee replacements (TKR). However, in the limited space in knee, a smaller sagittal radius of femoral articular surface which leads to greater contact pressure that may aggravate wear is needed to make a smaller slip ratio possible. This paper described a model for evaluating the effect of slip ratio in sagittal plane on the wear depth of UHMWPE bearings. The results showed that decreasing the sagittal radius of femoral articular surface properly was an effective approach to reduce the wear of UHMWPE bearings.
