Abstract: [Purpose] This paper is to explore network information environment composition and characteristics of multimedia teaching and research, teaching model and their building. [Method] Literature, experimental research, questionnaires, interviews, training and other research methods are used. [Results] Multimedia teaching by teachers, sharing with learners, its content, its transmission environment, and other basic elements of composition, characteristics reflected on the teaching philosophy of updates, its extension of the concept and functions of the teacher-role changes, as the changing role of teachers and the capacity requirements, learner’s autonomy and self-control ability to enhance the teaching resources and their sharing of rich, personalized teaching process, diversity of teaching content, modernization of teaching methods and so on are achieved. [Conclusions] The teaching concept of network information environment is a multi-media teaching method and educational philosophy with a series of changes and transference. It is a neo-strategy to adapt the information society, knowledge economy, market competition, high-tech, digital environment with their application type, complex and creative training mode of education as well.

Abstract: [Purpose] It is the Network environment model that is used in this paper,in order to explore the impact of cooperative learning, cooperative learning network platform and build the main model. [Method] Through system analysis, development and design of functions, environmental test solution platform for building collaborative learning network etc., introduce experimental control network measures to explore the main modes of cooperative learning. [Results] The results show that: as the most popular online communication media, E-mail eventually becomes a natural cross-class, inter-school and inter-regional cooperation as well as transnational study of selection. To build a network of cooperative learning platform should adhere to the technical point of view, The main mode of the network cooperative learning is based on a team or task-based learning network cooperative learning.[Conclusions] Network cooperative learning can make different levels of learners in the process of completing tasks, with the network environment, breaking through the restrictions of classroom learning environment, to exchange, to communicate, to cooperate and to promote comprehensive development of the learner.

Abstract: This study built an outranking relations group decision-making method based on the improved ELECTRE-III method, designed and implemented a general group decision support system. Firstly, expand a new kind method through build the group outranking relations, make it better to build-up group views; following by construct system architecture and detailed design; and finally describe the implementation of the system and the main direction of the future research.

Abstract: Based on modern Chinese words classification and characteristics of military documents field,the method of classification and attribute description for military document words is presented. Through the description of morphology, syntax, semantic and reference, etc. it realizes the organic combination of words classification and attribute description. This method can meet the requirement of military documents intelligent processing, proved by building the military document electronic lexicon.

Abstract: Retracted paper: DNS and the location-identity split, while technical in theory, have not until recently been considered practical. In our research, we prove the synthesis of replication. In this paper we demonstrate that though link-level acknowledgements and the producer-consumer problem can synchronize to achieve this objective, SCSI disks can be made reliable, random, and ubiquitous.

Abstract: This paper illustrates the system structure and realization technology of decision support system for sports competition, discusses the decision module, management module and safety design of the system, and puts forward the thought of building and developing the WEB-based decision support system for sports competition. Concluded that the sports competition decision support system does not have obstacles in respect of the technical implementation. Its specific application effect in practice will be very critical.

Abstract: The limitations of current researches on face recognition is analyzed firstly that the researchers failed to find a compromise between recognition rate and speed. Then open complex giant system and the Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthetic Engineering are introduced. After analyzing features of the face recognition, a new research direction is put forward that face recognition can be treated as an open complex giant problem and can be solved through the Hall for Workshop of Meta-synthetic Engineering (HWME) first designed by Qian Xuesen(Hsueshen Tsien). Finally, a framework of face recognition system based on HWME is proposed and four key points of the system are discussed.

Abstract: This paper put forward a new retrieval strategy which combines character field matching algorithm with the NNH in Case-Based Reasoning. The new retrieval strategy can reduce the times of symptoms match while streamlining retrieved result, and lower the impact of large symptom value difference in the result. The superiority of the strategy is verified by three target cases.
