Abstract: The micro-blog community is the complex composed of many nodes. Based on interrelated theory of complex networks, this paper constructs the micro-blog community complex network by taking users as nodes, relationship between users as edges, then analyzes the scale-free features and shows that micro-blog community fits the two main characteristics of scale-free networks. Finally from the aspects of government policies、operators and users, putting forward some suggestions about micro-blog community according to its scale-free characteristics in order to let micro-blog play a better role in society.

Abstract: By introducing workflow methods to the research on natural gas hydrate core sample management, we have built the management model and designed the core object analytic model. With the help of models above, the underlying information of core sample exposes to the researchers visually and simply. Based on models and WEBGIS, a natural gas hydrate sample management system has been established and successfully applied by Guangzhou Marine Geological Survey.

Abstract: Upon the direction of changes and developments for the urban functional orientation, under the new situation, of Xinzhou, Shanxi province, suggestions and measures are proposed for urban characteristic development of Xinzhou by conducting investigation and evaluation analysis to its current urban space structure, which aims to offer references for the unique functional orientation that urban area of Xinzhou city integrates into Taiyuan metropolitan circle, and characteristic development on space structure.

Abstract: The global economic integration, promoting industrial clusters and supply chains to a more perfect direction, during their development, in order to achieve greater advantage, Industrial clusters and supply chains automatically couple to form cluster supply chain. In this paper, we have made an analysis of the performance measurement system based on the cluster supply chain’s total benefit and the development of the cluster supply chain, and then we have study the focus of every development stage according to contingency theory.

Abstract: Reviewed seventeen operations management methods, namely JIT, Kanban Management, LP, AMS, FMS, CE, MRP, Closed Loop MRP, MRPⅡ, ERP, SCM, BPR, ISO9000, Six Sigma Management, TQM, OPT, TOC, and classified them into four levels: Manufacturing process, manufacturing system, quality assurance and operation philosophy. Development tendencies of operations management are also analyzed from the four levels respectively.

Abstract: In the context of the low-carbon economy, economic benefits evaluations for power generation projects focus on the financial benefits and emphasize on the benefit from carbon-emission reduce. Thus, this paper firstly built an economic benefits evaluation index system for power generation projects based on low-carbon financial benefits and carbon-emission reduction efficiency. Then, it established an improved TOPSIS evaluation model based on orthogonal projection method and combination weighting which is determined by AHP subjectively and variation coefficient method objectively. Finally, the empirical analysis of wind power projects’ constructions verified the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation model using that new method.

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of continuous quality improvement of remanufacturing industry, a integrated quality architecture of remanufacturing industry for continuous quality improvement (CQI)were put forward, which the quality information source of remanufacturing product and their relationship is analyzed. Furthermore, the study identified the problem was how to resolve the classification, organization, delivery and control of quality information for remanufacturing process. Finally, lots of studies was discussed, including bill of material based on the remanufacturing quality information organization methods and functional integration of continuous quality improvement, and which provided a theoretical and methodological guidance to continuous quality improvement of remanufacturing enterprises.

Abstract: A line maze robot training course, which contains the hardware circuit implementation, firmware programming skills and the shortest path algorithm, is presented in this paper. The training course is used for vocation senior high school teachers and students. The major topic for students is to develop the proper firmware programming to achieve the better performance and students are encouraged to pass the small contest in the end of the workshop. The low-cost educational platform is easily by the economically disadvantaged students. Students, who join the workshop can learn the basic C language, the firmware programming skills for microcontrollers, the concept of the shortest path algorithm for line maze robot, just spend less $40 USD to buy the robots. The contributions of this training course are as follows: 1) studying the hardware implementation knowledge, 2) developing microcontroller-related firmware programming skills, 3) learning motion control skills of the line maze robot, and 4) learning line-maze solving algorithms. Few students, who join this training workshop and learn the related hardware, firmware and algorithm, can find the shortest path form source to target in the line map. The feedback of the most students shows that the training course gives them the motivation to actively learn the necessary practical skills to design the firmware programming to guide the line maze robot.
