Abstract: To solve the problem for the complexity of the quantitative evaluation of grid planning economy, in accordance with the principle of cost-benefit analysis, and combined with the characteristics of UHV power grid, we construct an input-output index system which contains the planning costs, economic benefits, the benefits of interconnection, environmental benefits, social benefits and other benefits in this paper. And for the problem of comparison between unexpected output indicators and effective unit that exists in the index system, we improve the traditional data envelopment analysis (DEA), and build a quantitative evaluation model of grid planning economy based on the improved DEA model. Finally, use the data of the planning program of a UHV grid, to test and verify the established evaluation model. The results show that the model is reasonable and effective.

Abstract: Workshop facility layout belongs to a kind of combinational optimization problem, which has the characteristics of nonlinearity and not being easily solved with conventional methods, therefore it is regarded as a typical NP hard problem. This paper proposed a crowding niche cellular genetic algorithm. By introducing niche crowding technology to select the best individuals, the population diversity was well maintained. On the other hand, neighbors in cellular automata were adopted to study more on the cellular topological optimization structure, which enhanced the global searching ability of the algorithm. In addition, multi-line workshop facility layout problem has been optimized in the paper, which verified that the crowding niche cellular genetic algorithm was effective and applicable.

Abstract: Proposed an agricultural machinery demand forecasting model based on the generalized regression neural network. This model is based on GRNN, using the circulation testing algorithm combined with k-fold cross validation for parameters optimization and network training, and achieves satisfying forecasting precision in the case of small samples. By using the data of total power agricultural machinery and relevant factors from the year 1995 to 2010 in Guangxi province, we tested and verified the effectiveness of the model.

Abstract: A risk index reduction model based on rough set theory is put forward, because of the risk index of distribution of supply chain in retail enterprises is large and much redundant, and it is difficult to determine the decision rules through the complex index. Naive Scaler algorithm is used to discrete the risk index data, then an algorithm of attribute reduction based on mutual information entropy is used in decision table to reduce index and build risk index system optimal model. The results of example show that this system can reduce the redundancy index of risk index system fast and efficient and provide the basis for making the risk decision.

Abstract: A line maze robot training kit, which is able to deal with the loop-based cyclic map, is presented to teach the topics of the hardware circuit, firmware programming for motion control and the algorithm for the cyclic paths detection. The training course is used for the senior high school students. The objectives of this work are to train the practical skills, including the concept of the hardware circuit, the motion control with the corresponding firmware programming and the algorithm for the loop-based map. Students, who attended the training course, can learn the basic programming language, the controlling concept for microcontrollers. Moreover, students learn the rules of the line maze contest, including setting for source and target of the map. How to determine the target position according to the optical sensors in front of the line maze robot and how to control the two DC motors are also illustrated. In the workshop, a Matlab simulator is used to train students how to design a feasible map and perform the algorithm to find the shortest path from the source to target. The feedback from most students is that the training kit makes them be interested in robot game and increases the motivation to actively learn the firmware and the shortest path algorithm.

Abstract: The management structure that the paper discussed is from the equipment maintenance unit. The structure is the base and support system of the unit. The optima design of the structure possess the basal position in unit management .Based on the theory of entropy, this paper analyses the influence of system management structure on the system information flow. It evaluated the order degree of system management structure in view of information, introduced two concepts: time- effect and quality of information flow and established the Time Effect-Quality Model (TEQM). With TEQM, it is possible to optimize and quantitatively evaluate the system management structure. In addition, the paper also supplies detailed calculating steps of order degree of system management structure, and provides an example at the end.

Abstract: [Purpose] This paper is to explore agricultural information evaluation system construction, its basic composition, to build mechanisms and principles. [Method] Empirical analysis combining with normative analysis; system with statistical analysis; literature research with practical investigation are used. [Results] The framework of it is evaluation index system of agricultural information to information resources, infrastructure construction, technology, industrial development, environmental assessment policy, the external environment, human resources and other indicators ; its composition is based on evaluation of the target system, standard, model, index system , methods, data, reports for the elements; its construction should adhere to the principle of rationality and effectiveness. [Conclusions] The goal of the Agriculture Information Evaluation Index System is to evaluate the method by running the status of agricultural information, to monitor the construction of agricultural information trends, to optimize management decisions, to guide future development direction and decision-making basis of agricultural information construction.

Abstract: This study used a questionnaire survey, investigating the maturity of information security governance (ISG). The main objective is to assess the maturity, exploring the factors concerned, providing path analysis of maturity, and showing the way to ISG. Questionnaires were sent to 71 schools of CIO, and 68 returned. The effective sample return rate is 95.8%. In order to improve the maturity of ISG for universities, this study aims to look for maturity relevant factors. According to assessment Tool to explore an overall security evaluation rating approach, this study finds that schools with low rate of maturity take up 39.7%, schools with medium rate 33.8%, high 26.5%. With discriminant analysis, the maturity of ISG can distinguished in low, medium, and high rate. With correlation analysis, this study finds that 31 items have significant correlation. With analysis of variance (ANOVA), post hoc range test and ANOVA multiple comparison least significant difference (LSD) are used to confirm that there is significant differences between the items of the maturity of ISG. This study also finds the security management problems that are too much reliant on IT. Especially their maturity of ISG is lower and the items in the risk management aspect are very low.

Abstract: This paper researched on multi-period dynamic virtual cell formation problem, and filled the gap on objectives of previous literatures. A developed 0-1 non-linear mixed-integer mathematical model was proposed, it incorporates real-life parameters like alternative routings, operation sequence, duplicate machine, processing time and machine capacity. The advantage of the model is to embed the function relationship between cell size and internal production cost in the model, thus the effects of set-up cost, work-in-process inventory cost, coordination cost and inventory handling cost on VCMS are acted on the model. Finally a numerical example solved by Lingo11.0 software package was presented to verify the model and related discussion was made. The results show that the cell size changes as time in dynamic condition and different scenarios of internal production cost can obtain different cell configurations.
