Abstract: In order to achieve semantic retrieval for scientific research information in WWW, this paper applies an ontology-based framework to information retrieval system for management information system. After analyze the limitations of traditional method, bring a semantic search forward, and mainly introduce the thought of the semantic retrieval as well as the way to constitute ontology entity and the language that describes it. Moreover, semantic retrieval system based on ontology is also given. The application to retrieve project information shows that the framework can overcome the localization of other ontology’s models, and this research facilitates the semantic retrieval of management information through semantic retrieval concepts on the Semantic Web.

Abstract: With the coming of information society, the development of optical communication technology is highlighted particularly, modern communication technology has become the most important part of. This paper introduces the prospects of fiber optic communication, principle and technical features. In the system design, detailed introduced the fiber optic communication technology as the core, for voice transmission system in which audio signals are generated, then the road filter, audio amplifier, data acquisition unit circuit design. In this paper including system each composition unit selection as well as the ultimate design method, and make the circuit debugging the system summary.

Abstract: Cloud computing has been extensively focused by both industry and academia. Resource management and scheduling is a basic and important problem in cloud computing environment. This paper proposes a new and effective cloud resource management model and scheduling algorithm based on fuzzy clustering and Distributed hash Table. By introducing effective theory and technology, the proposed approach can: (1) subtly assign the appropriate resources to the requestors that exactly satisfy its’ needs of resources, while effectively avoid unreasonable scheduling of resources; (2) rapidly and effectively locate the resources that literally satisfy the needs of the resource requestor. Simulation experiments show that the proposed approach works better than similar algorithms.

Abstract: At first the paper will introduce the basic conception and the generic progress of text classification, after that it will introduce three text classification algorithms in detail and finally it will verify NB, SVM and KNN by experiment with the data mining software-weka. The result of experiment shows that KNN is more efficient than the other two algorithms in recall and precision.

Abstract: With the rapid development of electronic components manufacturing technology and the application of reliability technology, the hardware reliability of the CNC system and servo drive system has been greatly improved. Currently, the performance and functionality of CNC system, which achieved gradually by the software instead of hardware, is becoming increasingly complex. However, very few researches on the reliability of CNC system software was presented. In this paper, the basic conceptions and important of CNC software reliability were discussed, and comparative analysis on the research status at domestic and abroad were studied from the view of theoretical research and engineering practice. Meanwhile, the paper collected field failure data on 30 CNC systems in six months, and reliability analysis was made based on the data.

Abstract: Software reliability allocation problem is a major problem in engineering design practices. A fuzzy multi-objective software reliability allocation model is established by analyzing the software redundancy architecture and considering some fuzzy factors to reliability. Then, the MEDA-BFA algorithm is proposed based on estimation of distribution to solve software reliability redundancy allocation problem. Finally, experimental results show that the proposed intelligence algorithm can solve multi-objective software reliability allocation effectively and correctly, can help decision makers decide between software reliability and cost.

Abstract: [Purpose] The paper aims to explore instructional design of the structure under the web-based environment, as well as the similarities and differences with the traditional instructional design; with its teaching resources,methods and students' ability to develop design strategies. [Method]Through the introduction of systems analysis and experimental control and from the network hardware environment, resources, environment and cultural environment the network learning environment design is brought forth. [Results]The results show that the network environment, information technology, instructional design, which are based on the learner and the teaching process for the study, aims to achieve a good learning environment, to organize the various elements; to form an ordered system; particularly to emphasis on learning characteristics and learning needs analysis of the measurement, to focus on the design of learning environments and “communication-oriented” classroom activities. [Conclusions] This instructional design under network information technology environment is a very important significance for a variety effective learning activities, for students to stimulate motivation to learn.

Abstract: It has important and practical significance for realizing the resource-dependent city Ordos’ future coordinate and sustainable development that studying it’s industrial structure, analyzing its rationality problem. Rationality of Ordos’ industrial structure is analyzed based on the recent 5 years’ data of three national industrial structure, using shift-share method, taking Inner Mongolia autonomous region and China as references respectively. The results show that most industrial momentums grow well and have competitive ability, but the proportion of its dominant class industry in three industrial structures is small, which is not reasonable, needing adjustment and further configuration. At last, according to problem in the process of Ordos’ three industrial structure development, the adjustment and development proposal are put forward including agriculture and animal husbandry, coal industry , finance, tourism, modern services and other industries.

Abstract: Based on the theories of fuzzy set and fuzzy conversion, the method of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal is a decision-making process which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and can be used to forecast risk of electric power engineering projects. Using the method of AHP to establish risk early-warning indicators system and method of fuzzy comprehensive appraisal to establish risk early-warning model, the paper constitutes risk early-warning system of electric power engineering projects. A case from western China is applied to prove the validity of the risk early-warning system.
