Abstract: Abstract: JCI standard, regarded as the world medical treatment service criteria, represents the highest level of hospital service and hospital administration. Patient- centered, JCI establishes appropriate policies, system and process to encourage continuous quality improvement. The hospital medical equipment management department need improve the level of medical equipment management and we have carried out preventive maintenance (PM) of medical equipment according to JCI acquirement. Through JCI certification process, the medical equipment safe use has got further protection with more medical safe of patients, lower risk of medical institution and clinical medical treatment.

Abstract: Flight safety is the basis of the Air Force combat effectiveness. We propose a fault tree approach to qualitatively identify risk factors that affect flight safety. Risk factor identification index system of flight safety is established, and the risk coefficient method is developed to identify the risk factors quantitatively. We finally study an example of a Military Region, the risk factors of which are from different sources, and establish the classification system. The results can provide an objective basis for headquarters offices and flight safety management department policy formulation, which can lay the foundation for further development of flight safety risk assessment.

Abstract: A decision support system based on scenario for multi-attribute selection of cell formation schemes is developed. The system combines fuzzy set theory and group decision with the AHP to decrease the influence of decision makers’ subjective preferences and control the uncertain and imprecise variations during evaluation process. The importance weights of different criteria and the ratings of various alternatives under different criteria are evaluated in linguistic terms represented by fuzzy numbers. The intangible criteria and criteria weights are determined by group decision which can integrate all decision makers’ subjective opinions based on different scenarios. Besides, fuzzy value of each of the alternatives is computed by making use of standard fuzzy arithmetic. The degree of confidence and risk index are also joined, so that decision makers can adjust them to match real context. Finally, a case of individual selection about cell formation is given, and the results demonstrate the proposed approach is both effective and robust.

Paper gives an example of the system deployment in production environment and presents achieved results.

Abstract: This paper studies single-machine scheduling problems with a due-window assignment and a rate-modifying activity under a deteriorating maintenance consideration simultaneously. Jobs completed within the due-window incur no penalties, other jobs incur either earliness or tardiness penalties. The maintenance activity can be scheduled immediately after any one of the completed jobs. We assume that once the maintenance activity has been completed, the machine efficiency will be improved and the machine maintenance duration depends on its starting time. The objective is to find the optimal maintenance position as well as the optimal size and location of the due-window, and the sequence of jobs to minimize a cost function based on the window size and window location and the earliness and tardiness of the jobs. We propose a polynomial time algorithm to solve the problem optimally.

Abstract: It is crucial for the integral future development of the power grid to measure grid planning rationality during the rapid growth period of it. Through the analysis of the evaluation characteristics and influencing factors of China's power grid planning, this paper determined the value orientation of the grid planning assessment and evaluation content based on a quantitative evaluation of the existing power grid planning model, and established comprehensive assessment index system of grid planning covering security, economic, excellence and coordination based on the safe and stable operation of the power grid, and proposed optimize weight assessment methods applicable to the assessment of the overall level of grid planning based on improved particle swarm optimization. Finally this paper provides the rationality and feasibility of the comprehensive evaluation index system and optimized weight assessment method through engineering empirical analysis.

Abstract: Reverse engineering technology has been rapid development in complex product manufacturing sector because of its high efficiency and precision,etc. Compared with the traditional plastic mould CAD technology, using reverse engineering technology can further shorten product design cycle, improve the design efficiency of development, and it is the technical inheritance, application, reference and innovation product design to the existing product . This article integrated applies the reverse engineering technology to achieve product optimization design and corresponding plastic mold development based on the actual example.This technique can reduce the product design time, avoid repetition design, reduce the number of design and processing time, reduce the cost of each link, and can significantly improve the economic benefit of products.

Abstract: Analogical reasoning is a common way to produce design concept, but there are less researches of design thinking based on the analogical reasoning. This paper constructesd a kind of design thinking schema based on the analogical reasoning (DTSBAR), pointing out the general flow of the thinking mode, with discussing the general characteristics of analogy mapping and analogy inference reasoning process. The design process of portable pencil sharpener proved effectiveness of this design thinking patterns. The research would be helpful to understand the designer's design thinking rules, and to promote the production of design innovation.

Abstract: From the angle of function design, based on the theory of FBS, this paper put forward a product innovation design method based on the model of FM-FBS, combined with the analysis process of function migrating. After systematically analyzing the mapping unit and the situation of calling knowledge resources, a process of product innovation design based on this model was proposed. Finally, an example of the nailing machine was taken to prove the validity and practicability of the method.
