Analysis of Deployment Methods on Euro-Pallet

Abstract:

In this article is given analysis of palletizing deployment methods according to EURO type of pallet for prism – shaped and cylinder – shaped objects. All calculations, algorithms and deployment methods from this analysis are implemented in the small application made in Java programming language. Those deployment methods and calculations are described in this article. Flowcharts are showing procedures, calculations and conditions for better understanding of evaluation process. In the last part of the article are results from the analysis. Analysis is also focused on efficient usage of EURO pallets loading area.
