Abstract: This paper presents a complete decomposition analysis of overall SEC (specific energy consumption) in China’s cement industry for the period 1990-2010 divided into four equal time intervals. The complete decomposition method developed by Sun is used to analyze the nature of three factors: clinker share, process structure and kiln efficiency. However, to consider the overall specific energy consumption, we also consider the impact of ancillary process. The results show that all of the four factors drive overall SEC down in the entire period, while only the factor of clinker share drive overall SEC up during the period 1995-2000. Moreover, based on the analysis of decomposition results, the technological improvement and structural adjustment would result in major potential for the reduction of overall SEC in the future.

Abstract: Since 2004, a nationwide commercial housing prices showing explosive growth, This paper use the Carey model studying the volatility of commodity housing price mechanism theory. By Carey theoretical correction model in 1998-2003 and 2004-2010, respectively, in two stages to establish the individual fixed effects and individual random effects panel data model focused on the monitoring of the Ministry of Construction of the 35 cities of the empirical testing of commercial housing price. Analysis concluded that the cost of land, building costs, per capita disposable income of urban residents, urban population, and psychological expectations is the main factors to promote China's real estate prices.

Abstract: Since the fossil fuel source is limited and it has influence on the environment, it is necessary to develop sustainable renewable energy sources. However, selecting sustainable renewable energy sources isn’t an easy task for its complexity. In this paper, a new synthesis method of alternative priorities is suggested to select sustainable renewable energy sources, with the considering of aspects of benefits, opportunities, costs and risks. Finally, a numerical case is given to validate the scientificity and feasibility of the approach.

Abstract: As china become the world factory, machinery manufacturing industry accounts for more and more part of economic development and energy consumption in china nowadays. Based on input-output analysis method, the direct and complete coefficients of energy consumption in machinery manufacturing industry were calculated, and the percentage of energy consumption driven by different factors was also computed respectively. It can be demonstrated machinery manufacturing industry will induce the energy consumption in the other industries extensively and exporting is the main factor which drives the energy consumption in machinery manufacturing industry.

Abstract: Recent years, the price rise of energy resource , the climate change caused by the abuse of fossil fuels, the Tokyo Protocols which limited the ejection of greenhouse gas and many other things have caused unprecedented huge impact and threat. Taiwan , which relies 98% on importing energy sources, has very little local energy source , very low reservation of petrol and very small proportion of self-running coal and gas facilities, therefore the energy security condition has become quite severe. This essay mainly discusses the cognition and attitude of community residents towards renewable energy in Taiwan, analyzes people’s different cognition and attitude, elaborates the correlation between cognition and attitude towards renewable energy and in the end offer some suggestions to the related professionals and researchers.

Abstract: In order to assess the power quality objectively and effectively, a comprehensive evaluation method of power quality based on rough set and D-S evidence theory has been proposed in this paper. The method combines rough set theory by means of defining the decision-making strength and expansion rules and using the decision-making table to obtain the basic probability assignment of D-S evidence theory, then by applying the fusion rules of evidence theory to integrate the various indicators of power quality, the pros and cons of ordering from each power quality evaluations can be obtained to achieve a comprehensive evaluation of power quality. The examples show that the results of power quality evaluation are more objective and rational by using this method. So it can prove the correctness and superiority of this method.

Abstract: With further increasing demand for energy in China's economic development and the gradual depletion of resources in the eastern areas, the mid-west regions has become the key area of resource development for the future. How to implement the strategy of resource advantage transformation and avoid the risk of "resource curse" has become the focus of public concern. This article analyzes the relevance of the resource enrichment and regional economic development of six mid-west provinces of China. The results show that the "resource curse" phenomenon still exists in the mid-west parts of China, especially in Shanxi province. According to the analysis of the factors which result in these regions’ energy development problems and the important strategic position of energy development of Mid-west region, this article puts forward a series of policy proposals and measures to promote the development of mid-west region.

Abstract: In order to explore the impact of the fossil energy consumption,industrial production and population on regional carbon cycle , this paper estimated the dynamic changes of carbon emissions from 2000 to 2009 in Zhengzhou based on the quantitative emission model proposed by IPCC and ORNL. The results show that the total carbon emissions in Zhengzhou was 48944.2 ×104t during 2000~ 2009, among which 83.3% came from fossil fuel combustion,7.7% from industrial production process and 9% came from population. The carbon emissions of fossil energy consumption and industrial production increases gradually.The carbon emission of coal was the highest among all kinds of fossil fuels,occupying 97.1% of the total emission of fossil fuel consumption. The carbon emissions increase progressively and surpass the national average level from 2000 to 2009 in China. And the carbon emissions for 100 million yuan GDP is increasing.Finally, some measures are proposed for the carbon emission reduction in Zhengzhou

Abstract: CO2 geological sequestration is one of the most promising methods for reducing anthropogenic CO2 emission into the atmosphere. To carry out the technology, it is necessary to evaluate the formation geological condition of storage area for the security and effectiveness. The CO2 reserve capability of formation is mostly connected with reservoir physical property. The CO2 storage security is mostly connected with seal quality of cap rock. This paper takes advantage of logging data material to comprehensively evaluate the seal condition and storage capability from the cap rock condition of the supercritical fluid and the reservoir capacity. It gives an evaluation instance of the slected area.
