Abstract: Baumol proposed the empirical research on convergence of economy growth in 1986, and then a lot of related research came out. These Macro-economic theories enlighten us on regional research of eco-agricultural tourism in China, and lead a new thinking for quantitative research of tourism management. Eco-agricultural tourism, as one of the kinds of “back to nature”, becomes more and more popular. There are two means to apply theories said above to research on eco-agricultural tourism: one is Income return of eco-agricultural tourism based on cross section data (including panel data), the other one is analysis based on time series data.

Abstract: With the rapid development of china's economy, the conflict among economic construction and ecological environment is also increasingly prominent. People gradually realize the importance of the social, economic and ecological environment harmonious development during the pursuit of economic growth. The value compensation mechanism of ecological resource is a kind of compensation system to adjust the stakeholders, to protect relations between environmental benefits and economic benefits distribution activities and to improve, maintenance and recovery of ecological resources value system. In order to build a perfect powerful compensation mechanism and become a real ecological resources' protection power mechanism, incentive mechanism and coordination mechanism, it need through a series of system and perfect security system to achieve, so as to ensure the implementation of compensation.

Abstract: The paper calculated the Carbon footprint, Carbon Footprint Density, Value of Carbon Footprint Carbon Footprint Intensity, Ecological Pressure Intensity of Carbon Footprint of Guangdong energy consumption in 1990-2011, using the relevant concepts and research methodsthe carbon footprint.The results shows that The Guangdong per capita energy consumption carbon footprint continueed to rise from 1990 to 2011; In the energy consumption carbon footprint gross composition, coal carbon footprint was the maximum, followed by crude oil, natural gas was the last. The Guangdong primary energy utilization structure did not improve and optimize; The Guangdong energy consumption carbon footprint density increased gradually and the pressure of carbon emission reduction increased gradually; The Guangdong economy progress was good in the past 20 years, the Guangdong economic value created by energy consumption carbon footprint became stable in the 3 years; The Guangdong ecological pressure intensity of carbon footprint was increased in 1990-2011, and became 1.8925 in 2011.

Abstract: The Chinese PV industry is of the highly export-dependant as high as 95% for exportation. Due to the sharp reduction of the demand from the international market due to various causes in Europe and America in recent years, the entire industry is copied with severe challenge for its survival. To increase the demand from the domestic market is an effective way in the short-term and relevant supportive policies should be put into practice. This paper focused on the assessment of the effectiveness the various supportive policies and measures might create and concluded the way to push the roof-PV-scheme dissemination.

Abstract: As a new research tendency, the definition of ecological civilization presents diversification in academia. Connected with the predecessors’ research results and accorded to reality of the researched area, this paper determines a definition on ecological civilization, and put forward that Ecological Civilization Construction should use a certain space as carrier, dividing the ecological civilization control area. This paper take Changting as a case, reach the idea of dividing the ecological civilization control area, integrating the philosophy and method of the major function oriented zoning. Firstly, regionalize the area of ecological civilization mainly control and protection from all the protected areas as the main body. Secondly, comprehensive evaluation of Indexes that including the aspects of economic, social, environmental, cultural and institutional about ecological civilization, are carried out at the township-level. Thirdly, we make the natural attribute of small watershed as a qualitative reference index, to identify the area of ecological civilization core development, comprehensive management, and centralized restoration. Finally, according to the division, this paper comes up with the advice of industrial layout and the measure of control.

Abstract: As a developing country with a large population, China is in the high energy consumption stage of industries development at present. Therefore, the primary issue that we confront is to establish the sustainable energy supply system and economic development pattern. According to the characteristic of energy consumption under the background of industrialization, the paper studies the situation of low carbonization energy consumption development and analyzes its existing problems from the industrial structure, the energy structure and energy efficiency, etc. in China. Abstract: For a better understanding of the dynamics of rehabilitated grassland, carbon storage in the underground including soil and roots were studied in a space series of replaced time courses.Soil organic carbon (SOC) of the 0-100cm layer increased with the addition of restoration years.It was much more than the average of 4.46-9.95 kg m-2 in central Plateau. SOC in surface soil (layer 0-20cm) fell slightly in early stage (0-2a) and then rose rapidly. In 30a, the increase amplitude turned to be 123% and it reached the maxmum.SOC in this layer was significantly correlated with an average value for the whole 0-100 cm profile.So SOC storage, in the 0-100cm layer, can be well estimated using values for the 0-20 cm layer. Alfalfa underground biomass carbon storage rose first and then reduced. It reached the maxmum in 10a. The carbon storage of weed roots increased continuously and was still less than that of alfalfa roots in 30a.

Abstract: In this paper we mainly investigated the resource allocation optimization problem in three population models: death process, PDE model and birth and density-independent growth model. Considering the influence on population growth from different factors, find the best proportion of population to obtain the biggest economic benefit. Furthermore, we consider the effect on resource allocation from one more industrial structure on density-independent growth model. Finally, we compared the above models.
