Abstract: Fast processing and recognition of image have an important influence on the real-time performance of AGV by vision navigation. The fast method of edge detection based on mathematical morphology for straight line path is proposed in this paper. Binary processing is implemented firstly for path image. Then the edge detection using morphological gradient can be executed directly, and image filtering and recognition of path edge can be realized simultaneously. Kinematics model of AGV is built and the shape of structure element in morphology processing can be adjusted in real time. The results of experiment show that recognition time of straight line path is shorten by this image processing method.

Abstract: With the wide application of image processing as well as continuous improvement of processing means, carrying out rotation transformation of H component of the color space with OpenCV can improve the resolution for color and make up for the color discrimination capacity of the achromat effectively. Experiments have shown that when the type of color-blindness is given and the colors of the image are confusing for the given achromat, rotate the H component by 105~130°, the achromat can identify the colors well.

Abstract: An image restoration method for earthquake ruin scene is proposed in this paper. This method uses maximum likelihood estimation method based on Poisson (PMLE). This algorithm is introduced at first, then an image of earthquake ruin scene is processed with this image restoration method. Simulation results show that iterations in this method will effect the PSNR of the processed image and operation time, and this method can restore image of earthquake ruin scene effectively and has a good practicability.

Abstract: In order to render 3D virtual environment more realistically, one often needs to generate cylindrical image model real-timely. In this article, schemes to accelerate the process are proposed, in which two aspects of efforts, visibility detection and multi-resolution technique, are involved. Experimental results are also included to validate the algorithm, which exhibits that using visibility detection in conjunction with multi-resolution technique can significantly reduce the amount of computation and hence accelerate the generation process.

Abstract: Against defects of lacking consideration of air absorption characteristics to the high frequency signal in Schroeder reverberation model, and the more complex structure in Moorer reverberation model, use equiripple Chebyshev approximation criterion to design 4 FIR comb filter with low-pass characteristics and make the FIR filters in parallel, to get a pure parallel reverberation model. This reverberation model considers the absorption characteristics of air to the high-frequency signal, and has a more simple structure.

Abstract: To settle out the problem of detection movie audio event change , this paper proposed a method of movie audio event change detection. In order to escape missing real audio event change points in the two steps method, one sep method is proposed, penalty distance which is gotten by modifying Bayesian information criterion is used to detect audio event change in movies. The experiment result shows that the proposed method can reach above 62% in F1.

Abstract: This paper proposes a method of movie audio retrieval based on HCT. Minimum distance is used as distance function of HCT, which is used to control HCT growing and retrieval. Experimental results have demonstrated that the recall can reach 100%.

Abstract: This paper proposes an improved color image enhancement algorithm based on 3-D color histogram equalization algorithm. When the existed 3-D color histogram equalization algorithms in the literatures are applied in processing dim color images, the processed color images often turn pale due to the decrease of color-saturations and have false contours due to gray-scale merging phenomenon in the histogram equalization algorithm. In this paper, the proposed algorithm can make more pixels of the processed color images keep their color-saturations and reduce the gray-scale merging with Logarithmic histogram equalization algorithm. Test results with dim color images present a better effect of image enhancement.

Abstract: Based on analyzing the development and the performance feature of existing solar tracker, we propose a solar Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) strategy which combines photoelectric sensor and image processing. Firstly, photoelectric tracking mode positions the sun in the field of view of the image sensor. Then, the position of the sun image is captured by the image sensor. After that, we can find the coordinates of the sun spot in the field of view through image binarization processing. According to the number of steps of stepper motor rotation which is calculated by the deviation of coordinates, the controller drives the biaxial photosensitive (PV) array tracking device, making the sun spot always fall in the centre of the image. Tests show that the elevation angle and azimuth angle of the tracking range of the photovoltaic array are both 0~270°.The average tracking error of elevation angle is less than 0.7°, and the average tracking error of azimuth angle is less than 0.5°.
