Abstract: Today, businesses face the challenges of using the past to predict the future and using past experiences to communicate effectively with the customer. The purpose of this study is to find ways to study text data in order to discover more latent knowledge. There was not a good information system in place, and the structured data was sparse and overly dispersed. Data mining did not yield any significant discoveries, so the data analysis was indeed cursory. Therefore, the studys recommendations still focus on the execution process of complete customer relationship management and on establishing a more complete system loop in order to reinforce interactions with customers.

Abstract: E-commerce is regarded as the wonderful method to retailer to sell production. Then it is not enough to attract customer to simply provide picture and text of the merchandise. In this paper, both Cult3D and information management technologies are considered to show goods using 3D interactive model online. The file size of web3D model is small and the quality of image is high, which are benefit to internet access. Customer can get more information of the production with operational 3D model and feedback personal requirement.

Abstract: In this paper, the cultivation mode of scientific research quality of undergraduates majoring in materials forming and control engineering was introduced. The goal of the major is cultivate applied talents of high quality. The authors had designed a training program_SEE Plan to cultivate the scientific research innovation consciousness and capability of undergraduates. Moreover, the authors had made full use of Beijing's academic resources such as various academic meeting of the professional to train the ability of communication of the undergraduates. Through several years cultivation, the undergraduates majoring in materials forming and control engineering had achieved considerable academic achievements, including academic papers, patents application and samples. The work is helpful of cultivating the undergraduates with strong science and technology innovation consciousness and has important theoretical meaning and practical application value in undergraduates cultivation.

Abstract: For supplier selection of complicate product development, manufacturer concentrates on the supplier performance in future product and its development, which is of more uncertainty and cannot adopt certain measure. So we construct a BN model that is comprised of criteria layer, factors layer, cost items layer and the total cost. Furthermore, we verify the effectiveness of the proposed method by a computational example.

Abstract: The enterprise E_learning training system is changing enterprises training concept and forms, and it has been public used by some developed countries enterprises, because its no limitation of teaching place, timely information transmission and tracking, high rewarding for investment, rapidly refreshment of course content and reusability and so on. This article sets up an enterprise E_learning training system based on the constructivism learning theory from the point of enterprise learning model. This system is divided into several son systems include learning management, resource management, teaching management and evaluation management, and describe the training systems running process and strategies in a detail way.

Abstract: How to train embedded software development talents that can meet the demands of embedded system companies is a very important task to the computer majors of colleges and universities. Some efficacious measures are given in this paper. These measures include infiltrating embedded software developing ideas and knowledge to existed related computer major courses such as computer operation system, data structure and the principles of computer composition, offering specialized embedded software developing course, studying and researching open source embedded operating system software, and introducing students to participate in embedded software developing course design and application project. Our practical teaching results proved they are very helpful to improve students’ embedded software design ability.

Abstract: Taking vegetables for example, this paper focuses on the study of the application of QRcode Technology in the farm product supply chain traceability system and the design of the QRcode-based traceable logistics information system for farm products, which applies QRcode technology in the transfer process of information flow in the vegetable supply chain, including planting stage, processing/packaging stage and distribution/retail stage, in order to achieve the tracking and tracing of each stage in the farm product supply chain.

Abstract: Urban logistics is an important component of local economy. Vigorous development of urban logistics has profound effect on the economic performance, the urban modernization and the urban integrated competitive power. In order to evaluate the urban logistics performance as a complete system, it must be divided into different gradations firstly, based on which the characteristics and influences of each gradation are analyzed, and appropriate qualitative and quantitative indicators are defined. The grey relational analysis method was proposed to compare the competitiveness of urban logistics. Experiment results prove it has certain practical significance and maneuverability.

Abstract: Maritime English is one of the most important specialized courses in the maritime colleges and universities. Both the educational department and the maritime administration authority put forward a high requirement for the teachers. However, the Maritime English teacher professional development is relatively weak in China. For this point, this paper tries to introduce the e-learning community into Maritime English teacher professional development, and propose some ideas for the Maritime English teacher e-learning community in China.
