Abstract: To further solve the expansion performance problems of collaborative filtering technology. Firstly, form a few better center areas by using density partition and numerical distance between objects. Then, use the gene expression programming(GEP) to find the cluster centers. Propose a cluster algorithm of Density-based methods GEP-Cluster (DGEPC) to solve the nearest neighbor problem. Push the GEP technology for the Personalization Recommendation system.

Abstract: When wireless signal is used for indoor localization, there is no consistent relationship between signal strength received by the receiving nodes and distance from the receiving nodes to the receiving nodes, so there is a larger localization error for the Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) in the indoor environment. A new received signal strength indicator parameter estimation algorithm based on square-root cubature kalman filter is proposed in this paper, this algorithm utilizes Square-root Cubature Kalman filter (SCKF) to estimate the target’s position and the RSSI channel attenuation parameter simultaneously. The experimental results demonstrate that there is a better accuracy for the algorithm based on SCKF than the traditional method.

Abstract: Take the electromagnetic test of WT-8D satellite cloud image receiving system at a meteorological satellite ground station as an example, the test philosophy is analyzed, the test arrangement is made, and the maximum permissible value of level interference under the test requirements is calculated. By comparing the measuring data and the maximum permissible value of level interference, the relations between the antenna frequency and the value of level, the location of interference source, the intensity of interference source, and the generation laws of interference are all grasped. Aiming at the interference source, two methods are proposed respectively in this paper to inhibit the interference, one in the frequency domain and the other in the spatial domain. Then the method of information sharing of meteorological satellite cloud image is analyzed and discussed. As a conclusion, the receiving and transmittal quality of the meteorological satellite cloud image are improved, to prepare for the anti-electromagnetic interference in high tech local area in the future.

Abstract: In order to overcome the low efficiency of the database-based algorithm and the string-matching based algorithm in searching phone number, the two-level search algorithm by combining a decimal tree with a local registering table is proposed in this paper. The algorithm implementation is introduced in detail, and the experiments show that the decimal tree based algorithm is faster than the database-based algorithm and the string-matching based algorithm, especially much faster in the case of huge traffic.

Abstract: The reptile method with an alterable window is often used to trace the contours for image recognition in machine vision. But sometimes a wrong result will be gotten if searching all the outermost pixels of the window. This paper proposes a new reptile method based on an extended Freeman code and an alterable window. In the method, the extended Freeman code is designed to determine the initial searching direction of a contour and the rule of filling breakpoints. In the course of tracing, the contour direction is used for reducing the searched pixels in the alterable window. The experimental results show the new method is superior to the traditional one.

Abstract: Fast and optimal motion estimation method is proposed for electronic image stabilization. First, an approach for macro-block judgment is presented. Before motion vectors calculation, gradient information is analyzed, only useful reference blocks that are indispensable for accurate motion estimation are selected, by which the number of macro-blocks for subsequent calculation is reduced. Second, in the block matching, an improved SSDA is used to reduce computing cost. Finally, the affine transformation model and similarity transformation model of image motion are created and using least squares method for solving the optimal estimation of model parameters. Experimental results show the accuracy and fast computing speed of the proposed method.

Abstract: When needing a reliable adaptive image contrast enhancement in real-time processing such as digital TV postprocessing,This goal is achieved by an improved adaptive unsharp masking image enhancement algorithm in the paper. The proposed improved adaptive unsharp masking filter controls the contribution of the sharpening path by the output of Laplacian and works in such a way that contrast enhancement occurs in high detail areas and little or no image sharpening occurs in smooth areas. The experiment shows that this improved algorithm greatly reduce the complexity of computing and can be reliably used.

Abstract: In this paper, we present an improved BPSO to predict RNA secondary structure to improve the performance with two new strategies. First one is to reduce the searching space of PSO through super stem set construction. Second is to modify the general BPSO updating process to settle stem permutation and combination problems. The experimental results show that the new method is effective for RNA structure prediction in terms of sensitivity and specificity by different sequence datasets including simple pseudoknot.

Abstract: In this paper, an effective self-embedding fragile watermarking scheme is proposed. The watermark is generated by encoding the DCT coefficients of each 2×2 block and embedded into another block. A non-linear pseudo random sequence is used for generating the block mapping which can enhance the security of the algorithm. An improved tamper localization and recovery algorithm are performed. The experiment results show that the tamper region can be successfully localized and exactly recovered, even if under the content-only tampering.
