Abstract: This paper analyzes the limitation of engine lathes during manufacturing process because of its structural constraints, and designs the demountable modular attachment based on engine lathes. According to the analysis of the cutting process, an appropriate cutter drive servo motor is selected. Combined with the transmission range of tool rotational speed, transmission program is made and its parameters are determined. According to the transmission program, the actual tool change request and mounting dimensions of engine lathes, this paper designs and optimizes the structure of the power transmission device and the tool change device. Eventually the milling attachment is mounted to the engine lathe by the connecting device, reaching the demand of optimizing the working range of the engine lathe, realizing the turn-milling machining and raising fabrication efficiency and accuracy.

Abstract: Plenty of round holes or especial holes distributed in measuring device and mold component with higher positional requirement, in general, are formed in WEDM technology. In the process of WEDM operation, whole holes with high requirement should be finished in one time, which can avoid of positional error and enhance the positional precision effectively. Investigate into the geometrical tolerance and present in an improved process. This process can both suitable for WEDM-HS and WEDM-LS.

Abstract: To exactly represent the graph data structure of BOM in actual design and production, BOM structure was defined as an independent entity in the storage model and the relations of Father_Part-Structure and Structure-Son_Part were separated and described mathematically respectively. A novel storage model combining XML data model and relational data model was built, and the tree structured XML model was designed as the cache of BOM query results to avoid the inefficiency of transforming BOM data from relational model to tree structured object model. The entity relationship diagram of the novel model and the XML schema of the cache were present, and the methods of creating and querying the cache in XML type was introduced in detail. Running in a real system, the novel model can greatly improve efficiency of BOM data querying comparing to traditional models.

Abstract: Study on the occurrence state of carbon and oxygen in the coking coal has a certain guiding meaning to make the most use of coking coal. Divide coal samples into different density level by float-sink experiments, and then use XPS to investigate the types and content of carbon and oxygen. The XPS spectrum of raw coal shows that the elements of raw coal are mainly consists of carbon and oxygen, a little of sulfur and silicon. The fitting map indicates that the content of carbon decrease with the increasing density; oxygen is just the opposite. C-C and C-H are the main forms of carbon; Oxygen exists in the forms of C-O or C=O and-OH.

Abstract: At present, the competition between enterprises has become the competition between supply chains.Whether enterprises can survive in the fierce competition, that depends on the operation level of enterprise supply chain. This paper introduces the idea of internal supply chain.Firstly, the paper introduce the concept and characteristic of internal supply chain. Secondly it analyzes the problem originated from the operation process of internal supply chain and the cause of these problems. Finally, it puts forward some optimization strategy that can make the enterprise internal supply chain operate smoothly, so as to make enterprise more competitive in the market competition.

Abstract: An interleaver can separate odd and even channels into two signal streams. In this paper, a novel chirp fiber grating with 14cm length is designed by using the layer-peeling algorithm, which can implements the function of a broadband interleaver with 25GHz channel spacing. The interleaver has 64 channels and flat-top passbands, and its channel isolation is above 28.5dB. All passband central wavelengths are suited for ITU standards, moreover, this grating-based interleaver can be manufactured by existing technologies.

Abstract: Instrument Transformer is widely used in measurement. However, in many cases it is used in high-frequency or millivolt voltage, such as instrument transformer used in clamp meter. In this paper, an example of potential transformer in the high frequency and mV voltage is introduced, and measuring data are presented and analyzed.

Abstract: This paper describes the design and implementation of NIC driver and simple IP for an embedded OS in technical details, including the key techniques of designing NIC driver, ether net interface, ARP, IP and ICMP routines. The network routines are implemented for the ARM based multi-process micro-kernel embedded operating system developed by the author of this paper on Linux platform with GNU tool chain. A shell command, ping, is designed to show the effect of network performance. Based on the NIC driver, UDP, TCP and socket routines can be designed further. This multi-process micro-kernel embedded operating system with network capabilities is suitable and helpful for both embedded operating system research and related curriculum teaching.

Abstract: This paper describes the design and implementation of IPC (Inter-Process Communication) and system calls for an embedded OS in technical details, including the overview of micro-kernel OS, mechanism of inter-process communication, and implementation of message passing as well as system calls upon it. The IPC and system calls are designed for the ARM based multi-process micro-kernel embedded operating system developed by the author of this paper on Linux platform with GNU tool chain. The design of the system call service function to create a child process identical to the parent, do_fork (), is provided as an example. Practices prove that multi-process micro-kernel mechanism is technically feasible on embedded machines.

Abstract: This paper describes the key techniques for designing and implementing an ARM based tiny multi-process mono-kernel, including architecture of multi-process mono-kernel, init process creation, system calls, process management, interrupt-mode UART and simple TTY, etc. The entire kernel is developed on Linux platform with GNU tool chain by the author of this paper from scratch. On the premise of implementing essential functions of an ordinary embedded operating system, the kernel is designed as simple as possible, made up of only 3,600 lines of code, therefore suited to both embedded operating system research and embedded related curriculum teaching.
