Abstract: With the rapid development of the construction industry, people pay more and more attention to the huge energy consumption of buildings. To promote energy-saving design is the only way to improve the present situation. The electric lighting accounts for 15% ~25% of the total consumption of buildings, which directly affect the effect of energy saving. Therefore, to promote energy-saving design of the electric lighting, such as using natural light, using efficient energy-saving light source, using reasonable lighting system, using efficient lighting control system decreasing the invalid energy consumption of the electric lighting system itself and so on is really the key to decrease the energy consumption level of buildings.

Abstract: This paper mainly expounds the design and implementation of IEEE 1394 signaling rate converter, and emphatically describes the system structure design, basic hardware design, and function realization of IEEE 1394 signaling rate converter. IEEE 1394 signaling rate converter mainly realizes the function of signaling rate conversion in legacy mode, signaling rate conversion in Beta mode, mode change between legacy and Beta, and 1394 bus relay.

Abstract: Image acquisition and storage are the premise of image processing and analyzing. An embedded image storage system on SOPC technology is researched by introducing acquisition module and initialization in detail. By configuring NIOSIICPU and some corresponding interface modules on FPGA and software design, image data can be stored in SD card. Experiment results indicate that the system works properly and has good application prospects.

Abstract: Through the analysis of the same 110kV substation and the same voltage level side, two times the cause of damage points in circuit-breaker with fever, finding out the causes, it expounds how to avoid will not occurring similar accidents in the future, and improves the power supply reliability. On the other hand, it expounds the importance of enhancing the monitoring in operation and improving quality in repairing.

Abstract: In order to accomplish the real-time simulation application of embedded Ethernet parallel system, the DSP boot mode and the loading process are researched according to the analysis of the parallel simulation system structure and the basic characteristic of BF548 loader file structure. It has proposed a multiple-load method which is a kind of download method based on initialization code. Task program can automatic download after DSP launched in this way, and the problem of complex download procedure of DSP parallel system is solved. Through the actual test, the feasibility and validity of the download method have been verified, that provide a convenient and flexible experimental method and implementation technique of parallel simulation.

Abstract: Image acquisition is to study an image acquisition, transmission and storage of information, is the basis of image processing technologies. Currently most of the image acquisition device through the computer interface in the image data into the computer, with high speed and large storage capacity of the computer complete the image acquisition. Traditional computer interface in image processing of data if there is a problem such as high cost, inconvenience, in response to this situation, this paper proposes a USB2.0 interface technology of image acquisition system programme.

Abstract: With the development of digital integrate circuit system which is based on Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGA), the request on FPGA test technique is becoming higher and higher. The Boundary Scan Technique and Built-In Self-Test (BIST) technique appear in succession, however, these techniques dont implement Configurable Logic Block (CLB) fault diagnose and fault orientation. Arrays-based technique was advanced, which also have some problems about masking of faults and too many reconfiguration times. According to these problems, A Novel Shift Register-based technique for Fault Orientation of FPGA Configurable Logic Blocks was advanced. The paper analyses the design theory about core circuit configure, and has important significance impact on Fault Orientation of FPGA Configurable Logic Blocks.

Abstract: This work focuses on the investigation of the second-order statistical descriptions for full mobile wireless networks over non-isotropic Nakagami-m fading environment. The system consists of a source, a relay, and K destination users, all of which are mobile. For the full mobile system model, we first extend the Akki and Habers mobile-to-mobile (M2M) model to non-isotropic scattering fading channels by adopting the von Mises PDF for both the angle of arrival (AnOA) and the angle of departure (AnOD). With appropriate mathematical proof, we obtain the approximate solution to the correlation function of M2M Nakagami-m fading channel envelop, and the variance of the first derivative. Secondly, using the obtained correlation, we study the average outage rate (AOR) and the average outage duration (AOD) of the multi-user single relay cooperation system in detail, and obtain the closed-form analytical expressions to AOR and AOD.
