Abstract: The traditional Canny edge detection algorithm is analyzed in this paper. To overcome the difficulty of threshold selecting in Canny algorithm, an improved method based on Otsu algorithm and mathematical morphology is proposed to choose the threshold adaptively and simultaneously. This method applies the improved Canny operator and the image morphology separately to image edge detection, and then performs image fusion of the two results using the wavelet fusion technology to obtain the final edge-image. Simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better anti-noise ability and effectively enhances the accuracy of image edge detection.

Abstract: Curved girder bridge can adapt to the complex needs of road, so it applies more and more. Because prestressed curved girder bridge is spatial structure, its deformation under load, prestress etc is very complicated. If ill-considered, it will cause accidents as cracking of beam body, too large transverse displacement and bearing disengaging etc. In this paper, by analysis of engineering examples, using ANSYS finite element analysis software modeling and calculating, we get the deformation law of small and medium span curved girder bridge under deadweight and prestress, and the law has guiding significance and practical value on design.

Abstract: This paper introduces method of gas energy saving target forecast that a quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm and BP neural network, using BP neural networks and quantum particle swarm global search ability strong advantage, through the method that improved average optimal position. It solved the BP neural network is being trapped in local minima and slow convergence speed problem. It realized target forecast that based on BP neural network and quantum particle swarm field energy saving. With the production water injection pump unit consumption data for training data, prediction results show that this method can achieve good prediction effect. It can be applied to practice.

Abstract: Cloud storage is a promising market. In this paper, cloud storage technology and cloud data read-write technology is researched. Cloud storage has a four-layer structure model. Cloud storage uses disaster recovery and backup technology to improve the availability and reliability of the system. The request of data read-write in cloud storage is a temporary URL, which is constructed according to the algorithm. Send read-write request through push sequentially, and write by transfer between the primary chunks with the copies. The efficiency of cloud storage depends on the number of serves and clients. In order to improve the efficiency of data reading and writing, there is proposed three envisaged.

Abstract: SAR image edge detection is one of the basic contents for SAR image processing and analysis, one of SAR airdrome image edge detection methods was advanced in the paper based on the basic character of SAR airdrome image through imaging theory and target statistical trait, SAR image pretreatment was realized by synchronously using median filter, image division and mathematics morphologic, at last SAR image was edge detected using Canny arithmetic operators.

Abstract: Communication traffic is a kind of dynamic nonlinear time series affected by various factors; the traditional predication methods cant achieve higher accuracy. In order to improve the communication traffic forecasting accuracy, in this paper, analyzing Chaotic characteristics and Predictability of the Communication traffic based on the Communication traffic data of daily rush hour by collecting, and reconstructing the phase space of the communication traffic time series, proposing a method of building the predication model of the communication traffic by using Elman dynamic neural network, and using proposed model to do one-step forecasting, the experimental results show that this method improves the communication traffic forecasting accuracy. It can provide an effective way for forecasting of the communication traffic.

Abstract: In this paper, we present a fast and robust collision detection (CD) and resolution scheme for deformable cable using a new method based on the shortest distance of cable segment axis. We employ a bounding sphere hierarchy (BVH) by exploiting the topology of cable for reducing the collision detection query space. After searching the collision through the bounding sphere hierarchy, the collision detection algorithm will find the two segments which are close enough to require an exact collision check. Furthermore, the exact collision state is decided by our proposed method. Penalty force method is applied to the collision resolution. The comparative experiments show that the proposed method performs more accurate than existing algorithms for deformable cable simulation without substantial computational cost.

Abstract: For the poor quality of the damage image which is obtained by techniques of practical endoscope detection, the damage image is not easy to identify, this article uses the wavelet transform method for processing damage image, adopts soft threshold method to filter the noise, and then enhances the image, finally employs wavelet transform method in the image edge detection, protrudes the information of the fault and the edge, which is convenient for damage recognition.

Abstract: Its a research hotspot recently to conduct image analysis and target detection using the object image acquired by the Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) in military survey, military mapping and ocean monitoring. To be able to quickly and accurately extract the object contour of SAR image real sequence captured by the aircraft in the low dynamic near space, the level set method is introduced in this article based on separating object from background by Difference Image Method. Then, the level set method is improved with the change of object image time sequence to accelerate contour extraction. The simulation experiment proves this method is efficient.
