Abstract: The detection algorithm CFAR is very mature in SAR image process field and the efficiency is very good. In the paper, CFAR is tried to be used in sonar image process. In order to solve the problem that the target part leaking to the background, a new method target detection of sonar image based on bis-parameter with adaptive windows is proposed. The size of adaptive windows can be adjusted to totally cover different targets. The experimental result showed that the complex multi target can be detected by the proposed method in a high accuracy.

Abstract: Aiming at there are long matching time and many wrong matching in the traditional SIFT algorithm, An image registration algorithm based on improved SIFT feature is put forward. First of all, through setting the number of extreme points in the feature point detection, feature points is found according to the DOG space structure from coarse to fine, and the improved SIFT feature descriptor generation algorithm is used. The preliminary matched point pairs are obtained by the nearest neighbor matching criterion, and the bilateral matching method is used for screening the preliminary matched point. Then, the second matching will be done by the similar measurement method based on mahalanobis distance, and RANSAC algorithm is used to calculate the affine transform model. Finally, the transformed image is resampled and interpolated through the bilinear interpolation method. Experimental results show that the algorithm can realize image registration effectively.
Image registration technique is an important research content in computer vision and image processing in the, which are widely used in vehicle matching navigation and positioning, cruise missile terminal guidance, target tracking and recognition, image mosaic[1-6]. SIFT algorithm[3-5] can achieve image registration when there are translation, rotation, affine transformation between two images, even for images took by arbitrary angles. And SIFT feature is the milestone of local feature study. But there are long matching time and many wrong matching in the traditional SIFT algorithm, it is difficult to meet the requirement of fast image registration. This paper puts forward an image registration algorithm based on improved SIFT feature, which is robust for image rotation, affine and scale change, and is better than traditional SIFT algorithm.

Abstract: Seeing that there are some unsafe factors in the process of ATM using,an ATM automatic identification system with extend functions was developed. As human face features are unique, face detection is added to the ATM as a method of authentication. Since face detection is a primary link of face recognition, our system adopts AdaBoost algorithm which is based on face detection. Experiment results demonstrated that the computing time of face detection using this algorithm is about 70ms, and the single and multiple human faces can be effectively measured under well environment, which meets the demand of the system.

Abstract: Biometric identification technology deals with the identification of individuals based on their biological or human behavioral characteristics. Biometric identification method is reliable, anti-counterfeit, convenient and safe. At present there are some insecurity factors in the ATM (automatic teller machine) in bank system. Methods such as combining biological recognition with the ATM machine, adding the face recognition technology, fingerprint recognition, second generation ID card recognition, enhancing automatic identification are developed to improve the security of ATM.

Abstract: For the cutting process of the inner spiral curved surface on the spiral stator which has large pitch, this article puts forward a new technological process using a circular blade disc cutter mill the inner spiral curved surface. By studying the spiral feeding motion trajectory of the cutter and on the basis of the theory of planar envelope curves and the judgment rule of its existence, the transformation method of the graphics, this article deduced the mathematics model based on numerical algorithm of the calculation of the workpieces contour shape. The relationship between the workpieces contour shape and the geometric parameter of the cutter has been revealed. It provides the theoretical basis for the error analysis in the cutting process of the stators contour and the appropriative tooling layout.

Abstract: This paper proposes a method to detect fire by processing the images captured by an CCD camera with infrared filter. First, the flame objects are detected by using two consecutive frames difference and background difference. Using genetic algorithm to optimize the threshold, the image is segmented by using Ostu. The boundary chain code is acquired on the basis of extracting flame contour. Lastly, shape feature, change feature and edge jitter feature are used to judge whether the fire exists. This method suppresses visible light interference. The experiment results show that the algorithm has higher reorganization rate in different environment.

Abstract: The mechanical model of the rudder stock is established. The rudder stock can be simplified into a statically indeterminate beam. The reaction force from the support, torque and bending moment within the length of the rudder stock can be solved using three-moment equation. The stress in the profile of the stock is checked using the fourth strength theory. The calculation is directly carried out based on Ship Specification of Classification and Shipbuilding. Compared with the conventional methods, the results show that three-moment equation is correct and available in check calculation.

Abstract: Multifunctional gas chromatography sample pretreatment apparatus (hereinafter referred to as pretreatment apparatus), which is developed on the basis of gas purge micro-syringe extraction (GP-MSE) technique, is a gas chromatography (GC) sample pretreatment apparatus that integrates extraction, purification, concentration and predissociation. The quantitative and qualitative analysis results analyzed by GC-MS for volatile oil that extracted from the plant samples by steam distillation method and pretreatment apparatus, show that the volatile components extracted by the apparatus outnumber the ones extracted by steam distillation method clearly, and the content of major constituents extracted by the apparatus is higher. The apparatus have advantages of low consumption of agentia, short extraction time, high enrichment efficiency, simple structure, convenience in usage and low operating costs. The apparatus can be widely used in the areas of medicine, agriculture, food, quality control to the sample pretreatment of solid or liquid sample.

Analysis of the cognitive process and cognition import the interaction design, we can sum up nine principles of interaction design for four aspect: concerns unity, visibility, visual structural optimization, memory capacity limited, simple and complex conservation, affordance, feedback mechanisms, the targeted emotional experience, fault tolerance.
