Abstract: Health database oriented data analysis and processing is very valuable, and in which the word alignment plays an important role. Health database contains a lot of medical terms. The existing word alignment methods cannot perform well due to the deficiency of term dictionary. This paper proposed a method of word alignment between Chinese and Japanese for healthy database. The method is based on the generalized intersection upon the set form of the sentence-level aligned bilingual corpus. We use GI (generalized intersection) model to align words. The GI model includes an algorithm based on generalized intersection operations on word set, and uses special stop-word set to improve the recall further. The results of experiments indicate that the GI model performed well for the health database with huge amounts of medical terms, as well as the language pairs with less linguistic resource, such as Chinese and Japanese.

Abstract: The automatic statistics to pedestrian flow can greatly improve the duty staff efficiency and thus becomes the hot research field. This paper presents a pedestrian flow statistics algorithm based on image-processing. Our research is on the basis of color histogram and mean-shift algorithm, and introduces the SVM model through generating confidence function to judge the actual attribute of background pixels. Such way improves the accuracy of target detection. Experimental results prove our algorithm better handles to pedestrian's coverage problem and meets the requirement of real-time and accuracy.

Traditional teaching methods depend on blackboard and textbooks,which have many limitations not only on the category and ability to bear information but also on the convenience of using.With the high development of techniques of electron,communication and computer handling,massive electronic media merges,such as slide show,projection,sound recording,filming,videotape and so on.However,these contemporary teaching media have better abilities and convenience than that of traditional ones,and have already been applied in teaching.In the process,multimedia education can rationally select and apply modern didactical facilities,as well as work with traditional media so that students can study in a better circumstance and easily acquire more new and overall information.With the rapid development of computer and other related techniques,traditional multimedia classrooms came to appear,disposing projection machine,computer,video revealing plat,video tape recorder,video disk machine and so on.It is very inconvenient for lectures to play video or audio information via operating tele-controller or plat of device,even being ready to inter-cut signal line at any time.To such a case,we recommend adopting the didactical system of compositive multimedia sharing,which consists of one control of center and many multimedia classes relying on computer network and realizing its multistage control by developing corresponding software and hardware.

Abstract: The cloud computing market is composed by many cloud service providers, It is a key problem about how to choose and to determine the appropriate the competitiveness partners between the major cloud service providers. For this problem we propose a optimization algorithm based on graph theory solution. First we should clearly consider the factors in choosing the partner's .On this basis we establish the mathematical model of the cloud service provider partners. How to select the tender of cloud service providers in the problem, the paper gives the optimization algorithm based on graph theory, last we give an example to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.

Abstract: In the medical system, medical record is summarized, analyzed and predicted a patient seizure type and incidence. With the development of information technology, a large amount of data is to be processed. Traditional analysis algorithm could not be effectively processed to obtain the best predictive results as the data increasing. Decision tree algorithm based on cloud platform is used to record, analyze and predict patients medical data in this paper. A large number of experimental results show that distributed decision tree algorithm proposed in this paper is efficient and could complete prediction work in medical system. The algorithm has good expansibility, its very suitable for large-scale and multitude medical data process.

Abstract: In view of the teaching problems and difficulties in the course of mechanical optimization design, the algorithm visualization teaching software on mechanical optimization design was proposed. The functional requirements of the software were analyzed. The architecture and functional modules of the software were presented. The key technologies of the software were put forward, including the optimization algorithm library design, the method of visualization implementation, the method of preserving results and the animation reappearance technology. Based on these, the algorithm visualization teaching software was developed. The development environment and implementation methods of the software were proposed. It is proved that the software can play an important role in improving the teaching effect and quality.
