Abstract: This paper proposed a new software-based Content Distribution Network (CDN) model. First, we overviewed some related technologies of CDN. Then, software CDN model was built, and the key strategies of load balancing, content distribution and file transfer were explored in the software CDN model. Also in this model, the load balancing algorithm based on load equilibrium with latency and the content distribution algorithm of the non-hot media based on Markov prediction were discussed in detail. Finally, an on-demand video system was designed to verify the feasibility of the proposed model.

Abstract: Aiming at the weakness of traditional Apriori algorithm, this paper presents MFI algorithm for mining maximum frequent itemsets on association rules. MFI algorithm scans database only once, the algorithm need not produce candidate itemsets, MFI algorithm does not use the method of iteration for each layer, MFI algorithm adopts binary bit and logic operation.The efficiency is distinctly improved in mining maximum frequent itemset.

Abstract: Lots of anti-RST attacks watermarking algorithms have been proposed, but few solutions for local geometric attacks, in this paper it proposed a new algorithm combined with the the Wavelet Moment for an anti-geometric attacks. Since wavelet moment was proposed, it is widely used in the field of computer vision, image processing, but the large amount of computation must be improved to be applied to digital watermarking technology so that it can adapt to the real-time detection of digital watermarking. By image rotation, scaling, translation, shear, local distortions, filtering attack operations and so on, these attacks can be seen that the algorithm has good robustness, and the efficiency of watermark detection is relatively high. The experiments show that the algorithm is robustness, greatly accelerate the speed of operation, to unify the robust and efficient.

Abstract: Digital image processing technology is widely used in the further application of computer graphics. Abstract: The traditional K-means clustering algorithm has the disadvantage of weakness in overall search, easily falling into local optimization, highly reliance on initial clustering center. Aiming at the drawback of falling into partial optimization, putting forward a modified K-means algorithm mixing GA and SA, which combined the advantages of global search ability of GA and local search, to avoid K-means algorithm to lost into local optimal solution. The results of simulation show that the performance of above-mentioned algorithm is better in the optimization capacity than before, and easier to get the global optimal solution. It is an effective algorithm.

Abstract: Land Use/Cover Change (LUCC) is a commonly concerned issue. The CLUE-S model was applied to Yangzhou urban area in this paper to simulate the land use spatial distribution in the urban area from 2003 to 2010. Combined with RS & GIS technology, three periods of remote sensing images were firstly preprocessed and three periods of land-use maps were obtained by means of object-oriented method. Then, corresponding model parameters were defined in the CLUE-S model to obtain the spatial distribution of land use of Yangzhou urban in 2003~2010. After that, the extracted and the simulated land use maps in 2007 were compared to evaluate the simulation accuracy. CLUE-S model can be used to simulate the distribution pattern of the development of smaller-scale regional urban space, to provide guidance for the smaller scale urban development planning, and is worthy of popularization and application of land use and land cover change model.

Abstract: This paper introduces a intuitionistic fuzzy to describe the aviation maintenance safety culture on the influence of group safety behavior ,then put forward Muti-Agent modelbased on intuitionistic fuzzy theory (IFT).At last,construction the influence mechanism of aviation service safety culture on group behaviors, The model gets better results through a simulation.

Abstract: Machine translation (MT) is one of the core application of natural language processing and an important branch of artificial intelligence research; statistical methods have already become the mainstream of machine translation. This paper explores the comparative analysis on the translation model of statistical natural language processing based on the large-scale corpus; discusses word-based, phrase-based and syntax-based machine translation methods respectively, summarizes the evaluation factors of machine translation and analyzes evaluation methods of machine translation.
