Abstract: This article has proposed an accident evolution model of coal and gas outburst on the basis of fuzzy production rules, because the coal and gas outburst accident has the characteristic of fuzziness and uncertainty. Firstly, adverse searching method is used to reduce the initial model so as to decrease the size of the inference network and accelerate reasoning rate. And then fuzzy inference is carried out by use of parallel inference algorithms of great algebra in order to ensure more accurate infer conclusions. At the end of this article, the validity of the model is verified by an engineering example. From the conclusion, it can be found that this model can well simulate the status and role of a number of risk factors during the whole coal and gas outburst accident evolution process.

Abstract: In ocean military actions, there are many environmental factors to influent the military decision. In this paper, the fuzzy C-means (FCM) clustering is used to evaluate the influents of ocean environment, including sea winds, sea wave, sea current and the sea surface temperature gradient in military game. To different military application, the influence coefficient are different, in this paper a weighting exponent is import to estimate the influence grade of the entire ocean environment. The experimental results demonstrate that this algorithms utility in the classification of ocean area of military game.

Abstract: The research and application on Peer-to-Peer (P2P) is a topical issue in the present computer network field. The current P2P systems can be separated into two types. One is structured and the other non-structured. The Structured P2P system is based on the principle of DHT which aims to solve some of the problems which exist in the Chord Routing Algorithm. It is a representative structured P2P system. This thesis puts forward a scheme for improving the system. Based on the structural improvement mentioned, this thesis presents a PHFChord system which can improve the file availability and routing efficiency as well as increase the speed of the requiring resource file. In this thesis, the design of PHF Chord system is explained in detail, including the routing strategy, the joining of new nodes and exiting of old nodes.

Abstract: This paper puts forward an improved dynamic programming algorithm for bitonic TSP and it proves to be correct. Divide the whole loop into right-and-left parts through analyzing the key point connecting to the last one directly; then construct a new optimal sub-structure and recursion. The time complexity of the new algorithm is O(n2) and the space complexity is O(n); while both the time and space complexities of the classical algorithm are O(n2). Experiment results showed that the new algorithm not only reduces the space requirement greatly but also increases the computing speed by 2-3 times compared with the classical algorithm.

Abstract: The changing trend of CPI to a certain extent reflects the degree of inflation, which has a great significance on macro-control and research on national economic. ARMA model is one of the simple and practical models in financial time series analysis with relatively high forecast accuracy. The paper utilizing Eviews software, through the statistical analysis of CPI from the year of 1995 to 2008 monthly in China, through the ADF unit root test [, by dint of the autocorrelation function ACF diagram [ and partial autocorrelation function PACF diagram [ to identify the model consequently establish the model, through the residual serial correlation test of the residuals of the model to select the correct model [. The predications of the model showed that the ARMA model is valid and forecast accuracy is relatively high

Abstract: Most minutiae-based matching algorithms consist of two phases, local match and global match. In the local phase, some corresponding pairs are obtained by comparing the affine-invariable features of minutiae. And then two images are aligned based on the candidate pairs. However, some spurious candidate pairs and the large nonlinear deformation in images lead to the failure in global match. In this paper, we proposed a novel minutiae-based matching scheme which insert a filtering step after the local match to discard the incompatible pairs and renovate the global match by dividing the whole image into small areas according to the location of the candidate pairs. Results on databases of FVC2004 validate our algorithm.

Abstract: With the development of human society, life-long education and quality education has become the most important. Abstract: Adaptive learning system has been developed maturing. But the formulation and selection of learning scheme in the learners' personality characteristic mining is still not satisfactory. The adaptive learning scheme with specific learner characteristics personalized will have positive effect for the learner on learning effect. The emergence of adaptive learning system based on network, making the learning is no longer affected by time and space restrictions, and the teachers teaching mode is changing to students' learning mode. The prior paper had given a brief introduction for adaptive learning system. Then in this paper we will focus on the designed theoretical knowledge of the adaptive learning system and give the design scheme.

Abstract: The basic theory of rough set is given and a method for texture classification is proposed. According to the GCLM theory, texture feature is extracted and generate 32 feature vectors to form a decision table, find a minimum set of rules for classification after attribute discretization and knowledge reduction, experimental results show that using rough set theory in texture classification, accompanied by appropriate discrete method and reduction algorithm can get better classification results
