Abstract: A new type of optimization method based on conjugate directions is proposed in this paper. It can be proved that this type of method has quadratic termination property without exact line search. The new method requires only the storage of 4 vectors such that it is suitable for large scale problems. Numerical experiences show that the new method is effective.

Abstract: This paper aims at one of key technologies in digital television development ---intelligent personalized recommendation technology of digital TV programs for study. This paper proposes to take advantage of ample TV-Anytime to describe metadata so as to perform specific plans of guide service for TV programs based on TV-Anytime metadata specification. It combines technology such as data mining and artificial intelligence etc with a view of building a personalized TV program recommendation system on the framework of the multi-agent. Besides, a hybrid algorithm with content filtering and collaborative filtering based on the systematical recommendation algorithm has been put forward. In order to overcome the deficiencies of traditional collaborative filtering algorithm which relies on users explicit evaluation, the paper represents an improved algorithm with the footing of content collaborative filtering.

Abstract: According to two standards for soil test methods with liquid and plastic limit combined test, a liquid and plastic limit data treated system was developed using object-oriented visual programming Microsoft Visual C++6.0 based on analytical method. The flow char indicated that programs of the system used select structure and its nested structure as main its algorithm. Contrasted with manual graphic method, the liquid and plastic limit data treated system had high efficiency and reliable accuracy.

Abstract: In C language, it is difficult to use the pointer to access the two-dimensional array element. The reason is the addresses of two-dimensional array are many, pointers that can access the two-dimensional array element are many and complex. This paper analyzes the two-dimensional array address and pointer, introduces various forms of using pointer to express two-dimensional array element, explains the relationship between pointer and two-dimensional array address. The program examples show how to use pointers to access the two-dimensional array element.

Abstract: The Topsis algorithm was applied to evaluate the post ability of maintenance personnel, and an index system for the evaluation was established. In order to avoid the inconvenience of AHP method in actual operation, a G1-Topsis combination algorithm with the weight of each index calculated by G1 method was proposed. It can be seen from the analysis of examples that the post ability evaluation of maintenance personnel was treated effectively. The results were consistent with the actual situation, which provided important basis for the evaluation and promotion of maintenance personnel.

Abstract: Modeling and simulation is more and more widely applied in the development of the control system. It is very difficult to maintain and transplant that control system model is Complexity, dedicated and variability. To solve that problem this paper put forward research and implementation model base system platform based on C MEX S-Function. model base system platform contain model development ,model management ,and model storage and so on function. C MEX S-Function has some advantages that contain flexible, easy to transplant, run fast, real-time code generation and so on. So practices have proven that this base system platform can reduce development circle, reduce development cost, has model reusability and portability better, laid the foundation for embedded real-time code generation.

Abstract: For the demands of unit equipment management under the new situation, equipment management system model was constructed based on Internet of Things, building programs of equipment information management system was put forward based on the system. Information sensing device are combined with inside LAN, which forms a comprehensive equipment information management network in the program, system software uses SQLserver as a database management tool and structure uses B/S architecture. The system is significant in improving the efficiency and level of equipment management.
