Abstract: In digital image processing, Fourier transform is an important algorithm of image transformation. In order to improve the speed of Fourier transform, the paper proposes to deal with the image with GPU parallel computing through the method of GPU accelerating MATLB. The relationship of data scale and calculation speed is analyzed through the traditional CPU serial operation and GPU parallel computing. Computer simulations verify that the calculation speed can be improved by GPU about large scale data.

Abstract: The grade examination management program is various, workload is big, and efficiency is low. This paper on the basis of the existing educational system and the provisions of the state on the basis of grade examination system, developed a test management data transfer system based on ADO.NET technology, the heterogeneous data interconnection test process, the full realization of cyber source sharing, improving the efficiency of examination management. Through the introduction of test data of the design has been completed and mature and stable operation of the system, detailed description of the design and implementation, it has good application value.

Abstract: Choosing input variable and networks architecture are key processes for modeling short term incidence rate forecast by artificial neural networks, in this paper a method based on rough set theory is proposed to deal with them. In the proposed approach, the key factors that affect the incidence rate forecasting are firstly identified by rough set theory and then the input variables of forecast model can be determined. On the basis of the process mentioned above a set of influence rules can been obtained through reductive mining process of attributes and attribute values, then a neural networks of incidence rate forecast model is established on the rule set and BP-algorithm is adopt to optimize the networks. The method indicates that incidence rate forecast model can be established according some theoretical principles and avoiding blindness. A practical application is given at last to demonstrate the usefulness of the novel method.

Abstract: Cyber-physical systems integrate computing and communication with monitoring and control of physical entities. The complex interaction with the physical world makes coordination models and languages very important for the analysis, design and development of cyber-physical systems. This paper discusses several new challenges on coordination models and languages in the context of the emerging phenomenon of cyber-physical systems.

Abstract: The Internet accelerates the communication and understandings between people, which make information unprecedented important. Furthermore, it changes the way that people book rooms, which makes rooms-booking diversified, convenient, and individualized. Out of the demand of modern hotels and based on the B/S model, this paper analyzes and designs the hotel booking operation, and achieves the functions of register, login-in, reservation, customer management, and reservation management, and etc., in order to improve the efficiency of hotel reservation.

Abstract: Recently, algebraic attacks becomes a major attack method to threat to cryptography security. In order to resist algebraic attacks, algebraic immunity as a Boolean function cryptographic property has been put out. This makes that Boolean functions should have high algebraic immunity to resist algebraic attacks. In this paper, a specific decomposition method of the space is proposed. By the method, we construct a class of odd number of variables Boolean functions with optimal algebraic immunity.

Abstract: Support vectors (SVs) cant be selected completely in support vector machine (SVM) incremental, resulting incremental learning process cant be sustained. In order to solve this problem, the article proposes optimal boundary SVM incremental learning algorithm. Based on in-depth analysis of the trend of the classification surface and make use of the KKT conditions, selecting the border of the vectors include the support vectors to participate SVM incremental learning. The experiment shows that the algorithm can be completely covered the support vectors and have the identical result with the classic support vector machine, it also saves lots of time. Therefore it can provide the conditions for future large sample classification and incremental learning sustainability.

Abstract: Image feature extraction is an important technology in image matching and retrieval. For the problem of high computational complexity of spatial domain image feature extraction using the SIFT algorithm, and by studying the relationship between DCT coefficient matrix and image, the paper designed the DCT coefficients reduced matrix of image and proposed the algorithm of SIFT feature extraction in DCT domain reduced image. Experiments showed that with the low loss of accuracy in image matching and retrieval, the method proposed can significantly improve the computational efficiency of feature extraction.

Abstract: In this paper, the model based on Petri Nets about maintenance and support of military aviation equipment is researched. And this paper analyzes its process and puts forward a simulation model based on Petri net. This model not only considers most factors in the process, but also appends other elements easily. The model can be applied to the research on maintenance and support of military aviation equipment, or be used for a part of higher level military simulation system.

Abstract: SaaS is a software distribution model in which customers can receive their special types of software application services from the SaaS provider via the Internet, the specified software can be ordered according to customers demand. SOA is a valid architecture pattern to provide integrated systems, applications and processes through the linking of services. With the help of SaaS model, distributed networked software services can be seamlessly integrated and deliver on-demand applications to customers. However, the benefit of SaaS can only be fully exploited if they leverage the SOA strategic framework technology. This paper does researches about recent SaaS, SOA and web services and proposes a new model to show how to combine SaaS with SOA. This combination makes it possible to efficiently develop loosely coupled SOA-based SaaS application. Moreover, in reverse, SOA can be enriched by this convergence.
