Abstract: A shrouded aerosol sampling inlet has been designed from high-speed aircraft. The sampling inlet was conducted using the CFD to perform a flow simulation. The shroud diameter is 150 mm. The inlet is located 180mm from the shroud entrance plane. The shroud is 300 mm long. Results are presented graphically, showing the shrouds have provided significant improvements in flow characteristics. Straighten the streamlines of gas of sampling inlet for flow angles up to five degrees. It is suggested that CFD simulation can be useful for improving the optimum a shrouded aerosol sampling inlet.

Abstract: Based on the flow stages structure of steam turbine, the collaborative optimizing model for selecting turbine extracting openings and steam sources of deaerator and feed pump turbine has been established by means of stages combinational-searching. Taking a 600MW steam turbine unit for example, the validity of the model has been illustrated, and various optimization schemes have been obtained with different steam sources of deaerator and feed pump turbine. The results show that the standard coal consumption rate can be decreased by up to 0.78069g/kW·h when the extracting openings are fixed. And the standard coal consumption rate can be decreased by up to 0.93342g/kW·h when the extracting openings are optimized collaboratively. The optimization method has referenced value for optimizing and designing the regenerative heating system.

Abstract: Embedding the security mechanism into the device is the core of self-securing, on purpose to provide the device with the ability of self-defense. Currently, security of portable storage device is commonly depends on the host, which makes the data easy to be attacked or stolen. Researches on self-securing mechanism on portable device are few. In order to improve the safety of those devices, we proposed the prototype design of self-securing portable storage device based on the framework of ARM+Linux. Combined with access control, intrusion detection based on storage and data encryption/decryption, it can protect data availability, integrity and confidentiality effectively. Since we have expanded researches on self-securing mechanism of portable storage devices, this prototype design is promising to be one kind of trend of intelligent storage.

Abstract: This paper puts forward and realizes local model SQLite and remote model SQL Server two different database processing technology based on Android system according to mobile platform for database technology application deep-demand. Meanwhile, this paper expounds the function of WebService when Android system access SQL Server database. The approach proposed in this paper can be applied to the mobile terminal platform and mobile business management system smoothly, with the better advantage of commodity and technical maneuverability.

Abstract: This paper describes a PDA-based mobile system of workpiece data inquiring and acquisition that can process data by calling the Web Service. The system is practically tested and verified in a MES project, the result shows that it can provide the effective product information through scanning bar code, and improve the rapid reaction capability and work efficiency greatly.

Abstract: Capon beamforming has better resolution and interference rejection capability. However, its performance will seriously degrade due to noise, array steering vector error, and other factors. In this paper, a robust Capon beamforming applied to a planar array is described. It is shown that the proposed method is the natural extension of the original Vector Optimization Robust Beamforming algorithm to the case of a planar array, and can be reformulated as a convex second-order cone program and solved by SEDUMI. Computer simulation has shown that the proposed method has better performance than other conventional methods, such as narrower main lobe and lower side lobe.

Abstract: Software Defined Radio (SDR) platform resource model is the description and organization of the SDR platform resource. Its the foundation of the SDR platform resource management. Through these years, the Software Communication Architecture (SCA) has becoming the most famous specification for SDR, which standardizes the description for the SDR platform resource. Aiming at the shortages of the resource model in SCA, this paper discusses a SDR platform resource model, proposes a transfer port model and a connection model, designs a nested data model for the SDR platform resource, and a plane graph model which is easy to analyze and process.

Abstract: There exists a problem of endpoint effect in EMD, which makes the result of decomposition not perfect. The paper comes up with a kind of envelope correction method to suppress the endpoint effect on this question about periodical signal. The result shows that, the method can solve the problem on distortion of envelope, and improve the accuracy of decomposition.

Abstract: For reducing the communication overhead of data aggregation, authors proposed an inner-cluster data aggre-gation scheme for wireless sensor networks. Agent nodes are selected with assist of location information and only the nodes have different readings with agent nodes transmit their data to cluster head, thus reduce the inner-cluster transmissions. Analysis and experiments show that our scheme reduces inner-cluster transmissions effectively and lowers the communication overhead.
