Abstract: Sparse representations using overcomplete dictionaries has concentrated mainly on the study of pursuit algorithms that decompose signals with respect to a given dictionary. Designing dictionaries to better fit the above model can be done by either selecting one from a prespecified set of linear transforms or adapting the dictionary to a set of training signals. The K-SVD algorithm is an iterative method that alternates between sparse coding of the examples based on the current dictionary and a process of updating the dictionary atoms to better fit the data. However, the existing K-SVD algorithm is employed to dwell on the concept of a binary class assignment meaning that the multi-classes samples are assigned to the given classes definitely. The work proposed in this paper provides a novel fuzzy adaptive way to adapting dictionaries in order to achieve the fuzzy sparse signal representations, the update of the dictionary columns is combined with an update of the sparse representations by incorporated a new mechanism of fuzzy set, which is called fuzzy K-SVD. Experimental results conducted on the ORL and Yale face databases demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The Research and Application of Virtual Transformer Substation Roaming Platform Based on the OpenGVS
Abstract: Roaming platform is the most important part of the virtual reality, with which can shorten the exploitation time to a great extend. This walkthrough platform is based on virtual transformer substation, and has added collision detect, mouse identifying, natural phenomenon simulation and some other key technologies. This system can basically come to the need of a walkthrough platform.

A New Algorithm of Eyed Typhoon Automatic Positioning Based on Single Infrared Satellite Cloud Image
Abstract: According to the characteristic that the gray value difference is quite obvious in different areas of the singles infrared cloud, this paper puts forward an algorithm of the eyed typhoon's center automatic positioning. After pretreating the cloud image, we use the template to segment the airtight cloud wall area which has high gray value. In addition, the difference between gray values of the airtight cloud wall area is small. Then we do binarization processing to the image and use the method combined with the mathematical morphology and artificial intelligence to process the image in filtering smoothly. We remove the isolated interference point. Then we corrode image and adopt the seed filling algorithm to detect the candidate eye area. In the candidate eye area, the paper puts forward the discriminant function which is based on the combination of the gray information and the distance between the inspection points and the circle's center. The candidate eye area corresponded to the minimum value of the discriminant function is the center of the eyed typhoon. The experiment result shows that this algorithm has higher positioning accuracy and it can be used for meteorological service.

Abstract: In order to further improve pedestrian detection accuracy and avoid the disadvantage of original histogram of oriented gradients (HOG), differential template, overlap ratio and normalization method and so on are improved when HOG features are extracted, then more gradient information are extracted and feature description operators can be obtained which describe human detail features better in lager image regions or detection windows. Considering speed, we select support vector machine (SVM) using linear function kernel as a classifier. Multi-scale detection technique and non maxima suppression method are employed for precisely locating the pedestrians in the image. Experiments show that the human detection system improves detection accuracy and still maintains a relatively satisfactory speed.

Abstract: Firefly Optimization Algorithm (FA) is a novel heuristic stochastic algorithm based on swarm intelligence, which is inspired by the fireflies biochemical and collective behavior. Due to the increment of attractiveness and the fixed step factor, the optimizing results are easily repeated oscillation on the position of local or global extreme value point, and the optimizing accuracy is reduced. Accordingly, this paper puts forward chaos firefly optimization algorithm (CFA), the improved algorithm can improve the diversity of population and the ergodicity of optimization, increase the ability of getting rid of trapped into local minima point. Chaos firefly optimization algorithm is used for the identification of chaotic system parameter; the results show the high accuracy of the algorithm parameter identification.

Abstract: We study the evolution of Glauber opinion dynamics with abstaining and tunable threshold on random graphs. The phase diagram shows plentiful features in the space of the two parameters of the model, the threshold and the abstaining probability. It is found that the threshold that limits the agents to be stable plays an important role in the emerging of abstaining in a wide spread. And it can be obtained that the observables stay the same in frozen state whatever the initial density of 0 is. We also use the mean field calculations to verify the fact of linearity between the density of 0 and the abstaining probability.

Abstract: This paper proposed anAdaptive Driving Speed Guiding (ADSG) concept, which can assist drivers to avoid red traffic lights and thus improve the driving efficiency. The functional workflow of ADSG is defined and a smartphone based system compositionis designed. In order to figure outa legal, feasible and efficient guidance speed, 2 algorithms are designed, simulated and evaluated in the paper. After the evaluation a control strategy is raised, which combines the advantages of the 2 algorithms.

Abstract: Database technology is of great variety, structure diversity, solving data integration and exchanges sharing of the heterogeneous database system have became the important problem in all fields. Because of XML is the very important data exchange technology to realize data exchange and transmission ability, this paper mainly explores the data exchange problem how to use XML in heterogeneous database system, , and .Net platform have good support to XML and heterogeneous database system, so the combination of XML and.net, can realize data exchange of heterogeneous database system.

Abstract: Packet loss is unavoidable in IP multicast using the UDP protocol that will serious influence video quality. In this paper we use the Raptor codes for video multicast to improve the video quality. Firstly, the principle of Raptor codes is analyzed in detail. Then the Raptor codes is implemented and transplanted in the video transmission system. Simulation results show that the video transmission system with Raptor FEC works which can overcome the packet loss effectively and improve the playback quality significantly.
