Speed Ratio Control Study on CVT with Electrical Pulley Actuation System

Article Preview

Abstract:

The speed ratio control for an electrical CVT with speed ratio controlled by two motors located on primary and secondary pulley respectively for the variable pulley set (variator) is studied. Firstly, the speed ratio control strategy and method are designed based on the factor influenced to speed ratio control precision which is analyzed by means of combining theory analysis with experiment test; Secondly, the speed ratio control model for CVT with electrical pulley actuation system is established; Finally, the simulation is carried out to verify the validity of the control strategy and method.
