In this people, the author analyse the dynamic mechanism of urbanization development in Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region based on the analysis of urbanization process. Abstract: For a long time, the Western Valley Cities (WVC) had suffered serious threats from several natural disasters, and integrated prevention natural disasters has been a primary issue to their sustainable development and inhabitation environment construction. As a significant public policy for conducting city development and guaranteeing public safety, city planning serves an irreplaceable function in WVC natural disasters integrated prevention. Take Lanzhou city as a WVC example, the paper firstly analyzing its main natural disasters that include earthquake, flood, sandstorm and geological disasters. Further, it systematically summarizes their four typical characteristics, which are forceful relevance with geographical environment, higher disasters continuous occurrence, stronger amplifying nature of disaster losses and higher costs and difficulties of rescues and reconstructions. Finally, from four aspects that are improving legal status of disasters integrated prevention planning, establishing a rational optimal allocation model of city land-use, building a multilevel natural disaster prevention system and constructing prevention disaster communities, it puts forward natural disasters integrated prevention countermeasures for WVC based on the perspective of city planning.

Abstract: Single core spatial structure is the most general mode of city central district, with the feature of circle structure. Under the influence of hard core form, the spatial morphology of the structure is divided into three types: line type, cross type and agglomeration type. These three types show the three modes of space development of single core structure, which have their respective forming conditions and spatial characteristics. This paper analyzes the gathering mode and driving mechanism of the three types of the spatial structure, and the advantages and disadvantages of the three types, meanwhile, provides a reference for leading the development of the single-core structure of the central area reasonably.

Abstract: Industrialization process experiences the" brilliant -fading - Renaissance". The spatial form of old industrial area is an important part of the space structure of city, and is the key area of the use of land and the refreshment of city. Heavy chemical industry and enterprises is the centre of old industrial area of Baotou city, it benefits our economics, and however, it threatens the safety of environment. The study of old industrial area helps to improve the city's economic benefit, ecological benefit and competitiveness. This paper will study the spatial form evolution of old industrial area, analysis characteristics of spatial form evolution of old industrial area, and put forward certain recommendations of Baotou old industrial district remodeling.

Abstract: Human's daily action is generally contacted by space boundary naturally or unconsciously. Moreover, the existence of boundary influents human's behavior and experience at any moment. Good space boundary will create places full of vitality and have an positive effect on activities in space. Otherwise, space boundary could also exert a negative influence on human’s activity. This thesis, on the modern cognitive theory, expounds problems of boundary effect of exterior space of architecture in the perspective of architectural psychology.

Abstract: This paper selects typical center districts were colony in China’s modern history as cases,and then comparing these centers’ space morphology using both quantitative and qualitative ways from four aspects: common characteristics, land development strength characteristics, land-use structure characteristics, road-network structure characteristics. Author analysis the similarities of these center districts that they always adjacent to the traffic hub, form commercial aggregation mode and have more clear road structure . Author analysis the differences of these center districts that they could form different modes in the four aspects above. This paper finds out these laws, for supporting the further construction guidance of colonial style center district.

Abstract: This paper discussed the influence of the urban rail transport on land use and spatial development of the station zone. This research investigated the land use and real estate prices of the Nanjing Metro Line 2 Jiqingmen Station zone, and analyzed land use of station zone and how it was changed in different distances to rail station. The research shows that the overall land use and land prices of rail transit zone have spatial circle characteristics. As the land away from the rail transit site, the influence to the land-use and land prices form the station gradually decline. At the same time, in the level of the urban morphology, rail station produce significant leading role in the building form development around the site.

Abstract: In this paper, the author compared the changes of urban construction land and driving forces in Jing-Jin-Ji urban agglomeration, Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration and Peal River Delta urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2008, which was in order to find out the differences in changes laws and influential factors. The author introduced Correlation analysis, Co-integrated relationship and Granger causality test in metrology analyses to further research the relationship between urban construction land changes and driving forces.
