Abstract: The traffic congestion problem and logistics costs are becoming more and more serious. There is no doubt that carpooling may not only improve vehicle utilization rate but also reduce logistics costs. In multi-vehicle environment, how to distribute service requirements to a proper vehicle is to be solved firstly. In this paper, a heuristic clustering algorithm is introduced to solve grouping progress in deterministic carpooling problem. Based on characteristics of service requirements and vehicles, the conception matching degree and heuristic algorithm are proposed in order to distribute requirements into one specific vehicle. Simulation results show that the algorithm can improve the success ride rate greatly and reduce total vehicle costs.

Abstract: On the basis of actual survey of departing passengers to reach terminal, chaotic time series prediction theory was adopted for data analysis in this paper. In order to find out the self-similarity of time series, this paper divided passenger traffic into two kinds: holiday traffic and non-holiday traffic by changing interval scale. The optimal delay time and the best embedding dimension had been calculated by using time series phase space reconstruction method. To confirm whether the time series have chaotic characteristics or not, it took the largest Lyapunov exponent as determining criterion.Then the optimal time intervals of passenger traffic time series with chaotic character were determined. The study provides a theoretical basis for the application of chaos theory in passenger traffic forecast.

Abstract: This paper based on the genetic algorithm,introduced part search process and respectively established the mathematical scheduling model of full loads vehicle optimal scheduling with soft time windows and of non-full loads on the basis of the long distance logistics transportation situation of some companys distribution center in Shenzhen. Then programmed to achieve the scheduling of multi-vehicle touting and selection, and conducted example analysis.

Abstract: Under the background of the urban mass transit becoming network increasingly, time coordination of the first and last trains becomes the important part of urban mass transit network operation, and has special significance. This paper firstly ascertains the time range of first and last running of trains and analyzes from two aspects. Then find the time quantum that the passengers and companies all accept. The paper analyzes the departed principle of networked first and last running time of trains, the target is the minimum of the passengers total loss of time at the transfer stations, setting up a multiple-direction trains transfer mathematical model that achieves attainability and rationality for transferring among different lines and getting a local optimal solution by using the method of iteration, and the optimal solution is within the feasible region and fits actual situations. Lastly a specific urban rail network is taken as an example to check the model and algorithm.

Abstract: Facing the typical big city is into the network operation ,currently, it brings some difficulties without the section traffic data obtained in real time to monitor and limit measures. To solve the problem, this paper adopts the second exponential smoothing models based on the historical data at the same period, and forecasts the subway section passenger flow. In this paper, the data is collected a section traffic in Beijing Subway from every Monday to every Friday in March 2013, and the former periods are used as the sample data, and predicts the last day, and compares them with the known data to check error. The result shows the method has a strong practical utility.

Abstract: Abstract— The paper presents a new redesigned solution for container terminal production processing system. Firstly, the container terminal Production Operation Processing System process was describe by workflow and DFD Then introduce a new terminal production control system with Computing, Communicating, Controlling Technology character. In the last of article, and the integrality and credibility of new system was proved using Petri Net analysis. The new development solution is to improve some disadvantages existed in old system and to rebuild logistics processes with low cost, high quality, more flexible, faster and smart responsiveness to whole terminal production system.

Abstract: In 2012, for the first time China implemented the toll free expressway policy for part of vehicles on major holidays. However, there is no universal compensation mechanism thereafter. How to choose the compensation basis is the core issue of establishing such a mechanism. A proper solution is to choose suitable data of listed expressway companies as the basis. Factors including corporate social responsibility and compensation theory being taken into account, listed companies with an over 95% ratio of toll operations are sifted out, and part of companies with low efficiency are wiped out by DEA Models. 5 listed companies stand out from data sieving on Annual Reports 2012. Data can serve as the compensation basis of the year.

Abstract: By using the accident causing theory and system safety engineering theory, factors structure affecting the enterprise production safety was obtained. Comprehensively considering enterprise qualification management, transportation organization, employees and accidents, a multi-level safety evaluation index system is built, according to the relevant regulations and current situations of the road transportation enterprise of dangerous goods.

Abstract: In this paper, we propose a method of measuring free flow speed according to different water depth in the ponding situation. With different water depth, changes of tire-road friction coefficient caused by reduction of the wheel load are different. This coefficient brings great effect to vehicles free flow speed. In order to reveal this phenomena, observations data obtained in the year 2009 at the number 202 state road in Japan, which runs through Fukuoka, Itosima. By measuring the recording data, we got the speed range corresponding to different water depth. The purpose of this study is to obtain variation of free flow speed according to different water depth and lay foundations for numerical modeling in the future.

Abstract: According to the urban expressway traffic congestion of Beijing, from the perspective of traffic flow, the study makes a calculation and analysis on road network congestion rate, load of road network and traffic operation index. Training the traffic congestion and load of road network by using the BP neutral network in MATLAB, and put forward some countermeasures to solve the problem of traffic congestion. Through analyzing the load of different section and congestion rate, we can obtain the spatial distribution of the traffic flow and grasp the overall traffic on the Ring Road running load, develop appropriate management control programs for traffic managers, provide service and travel mode for travelers at the same time, so that balance the overall network load tends.
