Abstract: The group eigenvalue method and extension set theory were used to assess the comprehensive evaluation of the satisfaction degree for the public transportion. Analyzing the factors that influence the satisfaction degree of public transportion, it puts forward the evaluation index system of satisfaction degree. In order to determine effectively the satisfaction degree, used the group eigenvalue method to decide the index weight, and the matter element model of satisfaction degree for public transportion was constructed. Finally, the scientificity and rationality of the evaluation method was detected by application example, according to the evaluation result, carried on the corresponding analysis.

Abstract: The optimal selection of the standard instrument departure procedure design (SIDPD) scheme is directly related to flight safety, air traffic flow management, and efficient use of airspace of aerodrome. In practice, the selection of the SIDPDs scheme is usually based on experts knowledge and experience in order to determine the optimal solution, which has the subjectivity and arbitrariness defects. In this paper, we comprehensively study the influence factors of standard instrument departure procedure design (SIDPD) scheme and establish an optimal evaluation index system. In addition, through applying relative membership degree rule, we build an evaluation model for optimization of SIDPD based on the evaluation of each index in the form of interval number. At the end of this paper, we show the effectiveness and feasibility of this model through an example.

Abstract: As the global temperature warming, the ice zone of Arctic is shrinking gradually. In summer, the waterway that can be used to sail has appeared in arctic waters. Based on the analysis of ice condition of the Northeast Passage, the cost accounting of ice enhanced vessel and the cost accounting of voyage cost, this paper comprehensively analyzes the required freight rate (RFR) of sailing. By comparing the Suez Canal routes with the Northeast Passage routes, an analysis for the sailing economy of the arctic Northeast Passage can be given.

Abstract: This paper studies on the status of urban traffic development by analyzing traffic carrying capacity. The concept, characteristics and influencing factors of urban traffic carrying capacity is researched. This paper establishes one quantitative model based on the time-space consumption model, especially taking the reuse coefficient of road resources, reduction coefficient caused by intersections, and integrated utilization coefficient of road network into consideration. And put forward evaluation index which is the level of traffic carrying capacity. Moreover, the evaluation standard and some strategies for improving traffic carrying capacity are provided.

Abstract: Emergency rescue dispatch is not only influenced by current accidents but also influenced by potential accidents, which are caused by current accidents. In this paper, emergency rescue process is introduced in detail to cognize rescue stages, rescue components and rescue resource. According to relationship of rescue sites and dispatch cost, dispatch paradox of potential accidents is elaborated to show that potential accidents have significant impact upon emergency rescue dispatch. In order to minimize the overall dispatch cost, emergency rescue resource dispatch model of expressway is established based on opportunity cost model, improved scene decomposition algorithm and genetic algorithm (GA) with regard to potential accidents. Considering different rescue resource, dispatch schemes for optimization results are analyzed through case study of Henan expressway, China. Results indicate that these methods could accord with practical dispatch operation for emergency rescue process and emerge good effect.

Abstract: Bus schedules are important components of urban traffic. Designing a good bus schedule is of great importance for improving urban traffic environment, ameliorating the public condition, and improving the economic and social benefits of public transport company. We proposed the method of operational research based on goal programming, which through a specific operation is given. Both theoretical sense and practical application are of this article.

Abstract: Passenger capacity of rail transit station is not only the basis of station design and passenger flow organization, but also an important factor to ensure safety operation of rail transit. This paper analyzes urban rail transit station from the perspective of system, and discusses the coordination and feedback relationships of passenger flow distribution between different facilities. By analyzing the law of the passenger flow, a system dynamics simulation model is established with the system dynamics software, Stella, and the limits of passenger capacity of Beijing Dongdan station is calculated under different conditions. These results provide bases for the management of transit operation.

Abstract: The development zone, which consists of freight traffic mostly and a few part of passenger traffic, and which forms of area traffic flow in the internal zone, and which has the significant characteristic of external transport playing an important role, has the different road network evaluation with other general cities. This paper, connecting with the traffic planning characteristics, constructs highway network evaluation indexes of development zone both at the structural performance and the running quality of road network. Moreover, this article, on the basis of the analyses of the comprehensive evaluation methods and the characteristics of evaluation index system, creates the road network evaluation model of development zone that is the gray relational analysis based on the OWA operator to determine the combination weight using the AHP and Entropy as the basis methods. Finally, by the empirical research, it verifies the feasibility and scientific of the evaluation indexes and method.

Abstract: To quantitatively analyze travelers preference under different influence factors on transport mode, the thoughts of orthogonal design is introduced into optimizing questionnaires without the loss of information. Combined with stated preference survey method, data related to travelers preference are collected. In order to analyze survey data scientifically and roundly, BP neural network is used. By taking non-investigated options as inputs, BP neural network can figure out the scores of all options which are not be surveyed. At last a numeric example demonstrates the use of BP neural network in the analysis of demand characteristic of passenger transposition is valid and feasible.
