Abstract: This paper mainly studied the collision between heavy truck and rigid guardrail. The integral finite element models were established via respectively building the finite element model of truck and rigid guardrail and setting parameters of head-on collision. Then the paper did relative simulation and calculation, and analyzed the curves of vehicle speed, accelerated speed and energy in collision process. The whole process above used LS-DYNA to calculate, ANSYS to do pretreatment and LSPREPOST to do post-treatment in order to test collision safety. Compared with relative documents, the established model is basically correct and accords with the regular pattern of collision simulation.

Abstract: The paper establishes an inventory routing integrated model to economize the supply chain cost based on a supply chain composed of a single supplier, a third party logistics enterprise and multiple retailers. First of all, the paper acquires the optimal path arrangement for the third party logistics vehicles and the initial fixed partition through ant colony algorithm. Secondly, the paper calculates the total cost of the supply chain through the integral multiple sampling period and the fixed partition policies. Finally, the paper adjusts the third party logistics replenishment period for different partitions until the cost of supply chain comes to the minimum.

Abstract: The functional architecture of logistics information service platform for industrial clusters is designed based on the target service objects in the paper. According to the principle of top-down and decomposing step by step, the paper establishes the logistics flow model of the information platform by the method of IDEF0,including business,contract/order process, logistics resource delivery, logistics resource return, settlement and credit evalution.

Abstract: The complexity of modern economic system makes the forecast about correlated variable more difficult. Combined grey system models with general grey forecasting method and grey verhulst forecasting method are utilized to overcome the forecast issues under certain and uncertain changing trends. The results indicate that the forecast accuracy is high and short-term forecasts are available, which supports the methodological applicability and robustness.

Abstract: The analysis framework of relationships between industrial and transport structure was constructed according to the Leontief input-output table. Analysis on the relationships between the three industries and transport industry was made, which was based on the input-output tables of 1992,1997,2002,2007. The analysis indicated that the demand of three industries to the transport in the future of national economy will be on the rise, with the development of industrialization and urbanization in our country, secondary industry and tertiary industry will have stronger demand for transport, railway transportation highway transportation and pipeline transportation have strong role in promoting the development of the national economy.

Abstract: In the process of conventional traffic control, it often occurs that no vehicles run on a lane when the lane gets a right of way, which lengthens the vehicles waiting time and brings down the guiding efficiency. To get rid of this drawback, this paper proposes a traffic guiding method based on actuated control and phase jump. Time to make a phase jump is decided by the obtained knowledge of queued vehicles. For a light traffic, this paper has deduced the dynamic green time, designed a detector and achieved signal timing by the actuated guiding algorithm; For an almost saturated traffic, the maximum green time and cycle length are restricted by Webster-Monte Carlo Simulation. From the comparison of principles and applications of different guiding strategies, it is found that the method proposed in this paper has a better performance in guiding traffic flow than the existing actuated guiding strategy and the adaptive guiding strategy.

Abstract: In the process of Variable lane change, there is a great influence on the intersection of the road organization, which is prone to have accidents. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional solutions for variable lane change, we create a new system that improve the efficiency of Intersection as the purpose and innovatively design a variable lane-change system that adapted to tidal traffic. Thus, we can realize the automated linkage to control lane change; the system has a relatively strong adaptability and scalability.

Abstract: The article presents an interesting result of research aimed on traffic safety of roundabouts. The relationship between the inscribed circle diameter of roundabout and the crash rate in the roundabout is presented. There is a certain optimal size of roundabout inscribed circle diameter identified for safe operation.

Abstract: it's necessary to grade and evaluate the highway freight terminals to reduce logistics cost in China. AHP method was put forward to design the evaluation indicator system of highway freight terminals from 7 dimensions concerned with size, stability, integrity, service management capability, equipment and facilities, space adaptability, informatization level. Then, the empirical analysis on 6 highway freight terminals was conducted with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. By performing weight analysis on relative indicators, the results show that terminal stability, integrity, and service management capability are the critical factors which influence the development of terminals, and should be firstly attended when evaluating and classifying different terminals.
